Very nice hotel, with very nicely landscaped garden and incredibly friendly staff. Unfortunately a few too few loungers by the pool for the many rooms.

It is a beautiful hotel, the garden is super great laid out, the rooms are very big and nice. It is super clean everywhere and it is cleaned all day and also the Corona rules are consistently implemented. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful in all areas, we had a wonderful holiday and felt completely comfortable.
Only this reservation of the loungers before breakfast was very annoying, although it is not desired, but unfortunately the holidaymakers are not interested.

Everything is well organized! The system is always in perfect condition. Cleanliness and order is clearly very important here! The care of the guests can not be better! My clear favourite for future holidays in Gran Canaria!

It's been a long time since I checked in with a good friend at 'Parque Tropical' … but I would do it again anytime! Such a great, clean and very nicely designed facility, cozy rooms, rich and delicious food and at the reception I even met a former Spandauerin — 'JetPower' 4 ever! 🤟🏼
But also all other employees were always friendly and helpful.

A very nice facility, everything is always Clean, the room was great. The staff was always friendly, helpful and courteous. Our room was at the very top, therefore, the sea and the plant was able to see directly after getting up. Only of Tenerife, like Gran Canaria.

If you want to spend your holidays in a beautiful hotel, then the Parque Tropical is an excellent choice. A chilly place with a wonderfully well-kept green area, with a very nice pool, which is also ideal for children, a super short connection to the Atlantic and a great jogging opportunity from the hotel. Courteous, always friendly staff, every day program, which you can use individually and every evening show with level. We spent a fantastic holiday there! Thanks a lot to the whole team of the hotel!

Lovely hotel, beautifully located for those who want to get around by bus, taxi or on foot. In fact just a few meters next to it is the parking of buses and taxis to reach any part of the island, beaches and airport included. Good food, although more suitable for Germans, since they are almost 80% of the clientele. Great and courteous the staff, very affable and helpful with us Italians in particular. Super chefs, especially Francesco Italian like us who pampered us and prepared an excellent plate of pasta al dente matriciana. To finish last evening surprise with candle and prosecco to greet us. Really a nice stay I add for the staff who made a difference.

A superb hotel built with a tropical garden in the centre. The bus stop is direct outside the hotel, the beach is a few minutes walk away and the dunes are also within walking distance. An incredibly relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and the friendliest staff make this hotel worthy of a 5 star rating. Highly recommended!

All over a great experience! The food and drinks are very good (breakfast + snacks & cocktails, we went out for dinner). For example freshly made pancakes in the morning. You can even watch the chef making them everone is very polite and nice and the rooms are beautiful and clean.

The Parque Tropical has a beautiful hotel complex, offers good shows every night and the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Can only recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in this hotel for two weeks. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was of good quality and very varied. Everything was very clean and the gardens were impressive.

The hotel (and its staff) is beautiful and actually deserves 5 stars. However, the wireless LAN is so incredibly slow that it is almost a disgrace to offer such a service. I can only recommend not to go here to anyone who needs a reasonably usable internet connection.

We are very satisfied, all wishes are addressed, such as dinner an hour earlier. Rooms are large and well equipped (seating area, double bed, flat-screen TV, bathroom with large shower, balcony or terrace). The staff are always nice and helpful. The food is super delicious every day. The pool bar is also highly recommended.
You always get one lying down.

Paella Sunday with the animation folk during their preparation is a great experience for us tourist friends. In addition, the paella is delicious and their price is attractive.

We spent 1 week in May, in this wonderful hotel. The staff was super lovely, friendly, courteous. The garden, a dream, an oasis of tranquility. Just sit, look and enjoy. The food was very good and varied. The buffet is served with love. The room, tastefully decorated and magnificent mattresses and pillows. Have slept fantastically! I would say a feast for the soul. I recovered wonderfully. Thank you very much for the hospitality and the beautiful time.

A really very nice hotel, in complete contrast to most hotel bunkers in the surrounding area. Excellent food to mention. Really varied even if what I think is great, the leftovers from the previous day are introduced with this chef to implement this super. The room we were accommodated in was typical of the country but modern spacious and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately the balcony was to the street. There would have to be a discount on the price. Very very clean… not a cockroach which is usually inevitable in the Canary Islands. Commendable to the handling of cats and the environment. The garden of the hotel is almost a dream. We therefore recommend this hotel for this region.

The best hotel we have ever had. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is the finest, a huge choice at breakfast as well as at dinner. We haven't been here the last time. A pity is that the parking situation is very bad. But the hotel with its beautiful park and everything that belongs to it is really terrific.

Great value for money for a holiday. The great EZ and the service too. Spacious room overlooking the tropical garden and the beautiful swimming pool. A beautiful place to repeat.

The treatment of the hotel spectacular, starting with Carolina (always with his smile solving all our doubts and requests), the chef Miguel A. Garcia (I am lactose intolerant, and as soon as I told him, he lacked time to always have yogurts, milk, etc. ), David the manager of the iron (his personalized pancakes, his tacos…), and Victoria (the person in charge of cleaning in our room, great and loving), really all the attention spectacular.

Good rooms, top gastronomy. Own dessert chef. Fantastic food. You will be surprised every day. Very nice facility. You can't go out! Then you see the misery of the bed castles. Animation discreet, but failed (Bofenschießen). Every evening entertainment at its finest.

Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the entire hotel is immaculate. Food is buffet style but great quality and excellent selection. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a lovely time.

A very nice and from the stalk of the surroundings differentiating hotel. We had a room in the tower of the entrance area on the 3 floor where a tree could use all the views and you also needed light on the day, but with a hotel with a very nice and lovingly maintained park you have to live with it. Otherwise the room was very nice and we had the impression that it was recently refurbished.
The entire service: reception, rooms, kitchen, service, can taste, evening events earn 5 + stars.
Only the cramped seating at the food and the cramped pool are tarnished the overall impression. We will book again on occasion.

Superb hotel. Excellent quality buffet at breakfast and dinner. Loved the gardens. Very popular with elderly Germans but maybe that relates to the time of year of our visit. The restaurant buffet is very high quality.

A rustic Spanish hotel. There is good food and the rooms are well equipped. From the bus station you can start a lot of activities.

A wonderful hotel super nice staff in all the services from the cleaning lady to the waiter you always have a smile for one left. We feel very comfortable! are now there for 2 times and will come back next year! The rooms were renovated something moderener furnished! Lots of wood! The food is delicious and there is a Mottoessen every night! The kitchen is exquisite and the service is first class, because the services in Germany can cut off a slice!

The hotel is a very good location to the beach and the promenade. Super dear and nice staff. Great and good food. Rooms are clean. Ours was just unfortunately in the tower above the exit. It was pretty loud there. Since local typical is not a waterproofing in the windows and doors. However, you can live with it.

Rooms, breakfast, dinner and service — everything is top quality. Nice garden too.

Lovely gardens and pool (despite too few sun loungers for no of guests) and great location however the lack of air conditioning and the noise from traffic meant I slept badly for the duration of my stay.

ARRIVAL:
The transfer to the hotel took about 15 to 20 minutes. Once there we were friendly welcomed. Meal times were declared, and you should specify the time in which you would like to appear for dinner. It is divided into three groups. 18:30 to 19:30, 19:30 to 20:30 and 20:30 to 21:30. However, one must say that it is unofficially no problem to come even earlier or stay later and longer.
ROOMS:
Our bags were then brought on the room. Our first room was adequate. Unfortunately, the room in the Tower directly on the side of the road, where it was quite noisy due to numerous coaches went. There was also garden side booked had, been friendly complied with our request to another room. The new room was ground floor towards the garden and pool. The double rooms are large and decorated in Mediterranean. The beds are separated, can be but with limitation pushed together (the head part is bolted to the wall firmly, which is why this remains at his position). The room had a safe (€2 / day) and a refrigerator to the filling itself. To noted only that the rooms are nice and it is time morning woken by early. Was this easy remedy. Negative noted however, that there is no Wi-Fi offered/available in the rooms. Wi-Fi is there exclusively free of charge at the pool bar (often overloaded and unusable) and at the front desk. In the year 2016 a solution should exist actually do this, which will also eventually come according to the reception.

Top Lage — Promenade, Busbahnhof und Shopping Center in Sekundenschnelle erreichbar. Gartenanlage einzigartig. Man entdeckt täglich neue andere Pflanzen. Kakteen, Sukkulente, Palmen, Kois, Goldfische, Katzen. Zimmer sympathisch kanarischen, heimelige Atmosphäre. Essen sensationell bis galaktisch. Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. WLAN in Rezeption/Lobby sowie am Pool/Hotelbar (wo es aber nicht immer funktioniert). Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. 6 von 5 Sterne. Ich komme wieder.

The low rating is mainly for their crap Wi-Fi. I believe a 4 star hotel should at least have a working Wi-Fi, this hotel does not! I understand that the Internet is basically bad on the whole island but this is referring only to the local Wi-Fi at the hotel. You get disconnected every second minute and it takes about 5 min to get a new IP-number. If you are at least interested in a working Wi-Fi and Internet connection don't choose this hotel. For the rest, the food and service is really good here. The location is also good.

It all fits. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The whole facility is well maintained. One lives quasi in a Botanical garden. Many palm trees and cacti species were planted, that you sometimes forget in a Hotel. Not 0815 Bettenbunker but by far the best Hotel far and wide.

Definitely the best hotel in Playa de l'ingles (if not of whole Canaria island). Food experience is fantastic. Animation is outstanding. You are lodged in a real tropical botanic garden!

THE BAD: — NOTICE: you must pay the entire stay upon arrival. And they are very uncompromising in this regard. — It is not true that there is free public parking. IT'S ALL BLUE ZONE! — I agree with other users that the reception staff is quite unpleasant. — We arrived at 10am at the hotel and they gave us the room until 14h (the input was from 12 o'clock). Wouldn't have minded had it not been for other clients germans who arrived much later than me, and they gave it before. The germans seem to have preferential treatment in all services. And, in fact, all of the services are focused on the public retired German (food, schedules, entertainment, activities) — Go into the rooms without asking permission. — All the rooms overlook the pool, where they have music pachanguera and activities all day. — Architectural barriers (there is no elevator to get to some rooms) — Bath tub in place of shower. Above is curtains and the water goes everywhere. — Furniture old and broken in the rooms. — Beds uncomfortable (eye, not of the worst that I've been). The upholstered base of my bed was cracked literally. — Bed linen and towels very worn and frayed. — Schedules for germans: dinner ends at 21.15. Eye, has to go much before because this is the time that you removed the calipers and all the dishes (we will, throw you "subtly") — The dinner buffet is repetitive, almost every night is the same and low quality.

We come here like to repeatedly for years. It just about fits.

Very well located and very pleasant and helpful staff, few sites treat you in this way that makes you feel so comfortable.

The hotel is too loud from the music for the room. Rest and recovery therefore equal to zero. The current Director of the hotel promises much but it remains. No bar in the trocknemen. Everything under the open sky. Humidity at night you have to stay in the room. To the restaurant, you must always, in wind and rain, run. Drinks are too expensive.

Some friends of the peninsula stayed at this hotel a week ago and les fuui to visit. They were delighted with everything. Highly recommended. A large image of our island.

The truth is that I felt like a King at the hotel. Great facilities, surrounded by a beautiful garden in the heart of paradise on the island of Gran Canaria. An unforgettable weekend. We will again repeat experience.

We had been here 22 years ago — the hotel is super filed the plant like a botanical garden. Food excellent — even with champagne for breakfast, rooms have no air conditioning — what is no problem but in December. You should look to get a room at the garden.
