Excellent, nearest impossible to the beach, amazing pool that never had more than 4 people in it, with full confidence lifeguards, Ping Pong, books, daily cleaning. To put a but, impossible parking and tiny refrigerator. I'd go back to the same place even paying more than the rest.

I was very surprised, and for the better. The apartment has everything you need. Every morning they leave you a bag of bread on the door and come in to clean and tidy everything up like it's a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't put 5 stars because the bed was too hard, but come on that's the least of it.

They are perfect apartments to spend a few days. They are very close to the beach and the leisure area of Maspalomas so you can move without car. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was very clean. Oh! And they leave you bread for breakfast at the door hanging in the morning (a whole detail). The only downside is that reception does not open 24h, but they leave the key to you at another hotel nearby.

I would have to make several trips. The hotel is simple but clean and quiet and the staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I am disappointed by the Arpartement as regards cleanliness. The toilet still has dirt from its predecessor. Also the cutlery was not clean. That's the bad stuff. Otherwise it is OK for someone who has no big claims. The Kashba and the Metro are close by. And the other shopping malls are also easily accessible. The beach is also only a few minutes away.

Las Dunas is my first choice for a stay in Gran Canaria. The place is full of respectful guests and the staff are really friendly.

Nice apartment Hotel. Simple but clean and very friendly staff. One is super fast on the beach, at various supermarkets etc.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Short walk to beach although downhill with some stairs. Shops and eating close. Supermarket 30m from hotel. I would recommend.

Great place to stay very clean just a few niggles shower is run off a water heater a very small one so you have to be quick in shower or like cold water. No body here after 8pm every day have a key to a side gate to get in after 8pm. Otherwise great location.

Great location — close to the beach and local amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice, self-catering apartments. A little noisy area at night but expected during holiday season.

Ideally located and very friendly and helpful staff. Can't fault in the slightest. Rooms bright and kept very well by friendly housekeeping staff. A glass of Cava at the pool each day, was a lovely touch and also fresh bread rolls every morning at the door. I will certainly be back.

Plus:Close to Playa Ingles beach. Friendly and helpful staff. You receive fresh bread in morning for free. Parc places nearby, ocean view from 4th floor above. Good value for money. Minus: small water heater for bath. For Tv and safe you need to pay additional.

Very adequate pleasant. Comfortable. Sea views good. Location excellent. Value very good. Staff helpful. Very clean. Amenities adequate. Short walk to sea. Nice pool. No English TV chanels. Bright airy. Big balcony. Everything works in kitchen. Supermarket 500 metres. Don't pay silly prices elsewhere. This is almost half the price of places nearby but equally as good. I'm booking again.

My little peaceful holiday apartments. Everybody is so friendly. Been coming here since 2004.

It is very quiet. The swimming pool is ideal, not is full of people and you can be comfortable. It is very close to the beach and the commercial centre.

Beautifully maintained apartments. No noises. Very quiet. Near the beach. They make a quality difference to other apartments in Playa del Inglés. Very recommended.
