Lovely place with great staff. Will be back this year for a short break.

Had another great 2 week stay here, we are welcomed by name now on arrival, which is a nice touch. Food was good and cocktails were lovely to, hope to be back in September, very relaxing holiday once again, no complaints from me nice and quiet in late April superb!

Such friendly and helpful staff.
Its is a pleasure to return every year.

My boyfriend and I came here without quite knowing what the place would be like. As we arrived we were served by Santi one of the front desk staff, we were given an unbeatable welcome. Encourage with its joy to savor the island from the time you settle in. Every day has made us feel like a family. This place and its staff will always remember it. Indispensable to return.

dd is not easy to make a judgment after so little however I do not recommend the MEZZA PENSIONENo I propose the same menu with single dish for dinner with a choice of 9 courses and three as a starter. Always the same. DI versus friendly and helpful staff. Pool ALWAYS open without the obligation to clean headphone every day. Comfortable apartments with TV and air conditioning that goes off by taking the key off. Ideal for families or families who want to cook on holiday. I don't really think about these dds.

Lovely place, great standard. Very helpful staff from the receptnists to the director Barbara. The apartment was cleaning daily. Apartments have good equpiment. If you need more things to your room you can ask in the reception. All you need is there: pool, chillout zone, restaurant, minimarket. Very teasty meals in the restaurant: fish, lasagne, sangria, smoothies. I recomend Club Vista Serena as the best plase in Maspalomas.

I absolutely love the place, the staff are so nice, the food and drink are lovely too. The apartments were cleaned every day, the pool was perfect too. I will definitely be coming back.

A bit far from the jumbo centre if one has to go by foot but otherwise I am very satisfied with the apartment that I had. Clean modern kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Some neighbours can be noisy and the sound will travel through the bedroom windows although that was only during one night when children were around m.

The interior of our bungalow was a bit dated. The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the whole place made up for it though. The hotel’s restaurant is not bad either.

Accommodation divided into small cosy cottages. The apartment is well equipped, although in our room it was already noticed something old and worn. The bed was very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A very nice and charming place for a nice price. Unlike all the neighborhood's speakers the Vista Club Serena has a real little corner of paradise where intimacy reigns. The apartments all have the necessary to cook, which is a plus to avoid restaurants and there is even a supermarket has 50 meters.

Highly recommend these apartments, staff very friendly and welcoming, apartment well laid out and clean and comfortable, just a shame I was not staying longer, definitely recommend to all my family and friends, a big thank you.

Nice apartments, in the south of Gran Canaria, quiet atmosphere, familiar and very cozy, ideal for a relaxing stay.

We stayed in an apartment in this complex. The whole complex was clean and tidy, the staff were very welcoming. The pool was really good, it was relaxing and quiet. There was parking for cars outside the complex. So overall it was a good place to stay.

Amazing place and amazing staff, can't thank everyone enough for making me and my boyfriends stay the best it could have been, apartments cleaned daily, and great bar and pool area!

Wonderful complex, friendly staff, good restaurant and extremely clean.

Good amenities, great food and brilliant staff. Apartments are cleaned daily unless you ask them not to as well as towels changed. Reception staff can't do enough for you and they have a chef who prepares food as good as anywhere on the island. When you're at your table you are looked after and entertained by the lovely Jo.
Possibly useful tip — There is a comprehensive and cheap bus service on the island but the timetable is more of a rough guide and you can't be certain of the route the bus will take so it takes a bit of getting used to. There are also 100s of taxis, it's so easy to get one and they are also cheap.

Nice apartment and great pool. Needs a lick of paint but that's in progress now along with the pool bar renovations. Would go back.

Great complex with a big pool and a cracking polside bar. It's a way from the coast but makes up for it by being friendly and relaxing.

Quiet; bungalows very modern and in good condition, the pool a marvel. Highly recommended.

From 20 to 27 Nov 2015: very nice and confortable place. Despite to they don't say and don't answer to the email about equipment you can find in the flat phon, iron, iron table, sponge and soap for dishes. So you have only to consider to bring with you sea towel and eventually Moka for coffee if you're Italian or coffee dependent. Otherwise the free Wifi is only near the swimming pool and it doesn't work very well. If you want Wifi in your flat you have to pay or consider to subscribe an orange Simcard for only €10, 00. If you want spend the last day on the beach you can leave luggage in the reception and eventually just before to pick up you can have a last shower before to go away. In this case I suggest you to mantain the towel of the flat.
