The train was delayed and arrived around 12 p. M. But it was convenient because I could enter the room with a password.
The interior was very clean, and it was probably recently remodeled.

Sssshhhhh please keep the just between us. If it gets out about this amazing accommodation in Santiago we won’t be able to get a room again.

The hotel overall is very nice with a good breakfast. Very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. A great breakfast was available.

Liked: Small, tight site (pitches too tight! ), fab location above an accessible beach, excellent but small facilities, Wi-Fi ok (free), cycle along coast to great beaches, bars, restaurants.

Disliked: Strange set up to add an extra night on arrival. Told to come back next day to check!

I just got back from spending four days at Casa Almoina and I couldn't be more satisfied with having chosen that place.

At the end of August we enjoyed a few days at Casa Almoina.
It is a very cozy rustic house surrounded by forests.

Great little hostel. My partner and I stopped here while on the Camino de Santiago and the owner/manager was so sweet. It was like having a grandmother in Spain. Such a welcoming and kind atmosphere.

Good service, impeccable rooms and good parking at a good price.

After walking a long way the lady on reception couldn’t find our booking, this was a little uncomfortable as we could not communicate with her.

Great location in the heart of the town in this old building where the walls are still bare — great design feature. Quite a basic hotel, but clean and has everything you need.

Liked: When we first arrived, we wanted to turn around and go back out. The campsite was deserted of people but was a sizeable shanty town of vacant (primarily old) caravans.

Liked: Location, close to the sea and looking over towards Portugal. The showers, loos etc in a large well lit light clean building with modern sanitary fittings and plentiful hot water.

I rented the private room for three nights. Great location and I can hear the ocean when I sleep. Two comfy twin beds in the room (private toilet and shower too). I'd love to stay longer!

Beautiful setting from the terrace. Siliva best hostess. Two bed room really nice with great beds and awesome shower. Clean and tranquil.

I stayed here for one night with my sisters for our first night before starting our part of the Camino Portugues. It was organised by our travel agent but we were very pleased with the choice.

Great hotel! For the excellent price of 20 euros you get clean spacious room with private bathroom. Pet friendly without extra paying. Free private parking with enough space and convenient entrance.
