➜ Hello good morning. It is easy to have blame the partner which has replaced the reception. I understand. Last year I spent my vacation in this apartment and the fuy very happy, I wanted to repeat this year, and the day June 3 went through reception, asked the receptionist if day 1 July had free room, on the floor 2 or 3 and answered me that possibly not. He looked at the computer and if it was for June 29 in the second and third plant free rooms, I forward my vacation until others reserved to them and pay book them the same day, and happy me fuy. My surprise was when I arrived at the apartment and I said that my room was on the ground floor in the garden, where I never get it because I don't like and is why, that the other rooms were already occupied. The penalty for this is I'm Canary, but I would remind you that someday we will be what save to hotels. I'm hurt and not helpful but never at that apartment. What a pity.
