Very good place to stay in the center of Pontevedra! The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful! The lobby is comfortable and very well decorated. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped with all the amenities! They have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, very spacious. They have a balcony in the rooms.
It also has a bar-restaurant.

The reformed part is going great, a shame not to reform whole.

We spent one night in a superior double room, it was supposed to be a suite. The big room but where there was supposed to be a lounge there was a bank, very empty. The air conditioner made noise all night, even though we wanted to stop it it was impossible, it was blocked. The bathroom radiator did not work and it was cold when showering we told the receptionist to pay and did not apologize or anything, just said it was weird because they had been reviewed. I don't think it's an answer when a client is making complaints. The least you can do is apologize on behalf of the hotel for not having had a pleasant stay.
Overall you see an old hotel, not inviting to come back. And the apparatus of the air to change them, if they make so much noise is because they are old had a reservation for a few weeks later and the I cancelled.

Great service, the rooms are small but very clean and comfy if you are doing the Camino Portuguese to Santiago is a good place to rest… where they blew me away was with their food especially the Paella de mariscos OMG, I would go back just to seat in their bar have a few cañas and then eat their Paella.

Pretty good, clean, nice room with balcony, staff very nice and helpful. My only small issue, the air conditioner is controlled centrally. They would not leave it on long and when it was on, we could not change fan speed or temp. It was a humid day but they said they are not allowed to leave it on. Oh well.
