Excellent care ❤👌 I loved confotable and a very warm atmosphere.

The fridge didn’t work, and the door won’t close in the morning. The hotel advertises nice continental breakfast but in reality the breakfast is very poor where they offer only bread, coffee, kiwi and yogurt for 9 euros per person. If you can, avoid this hotel since there are a lot of nice hotels for better price.
The parking is also expensive 13 euros per night.

Second hotel in Pontevedra and surroundings. The ranking is led by the Parador de Baron. It deserves special review of the Great professionalism of the members of the permanent waiter corps at H. G. Palace.

The stay was pleasant.
The rooms were large and spacious, the beds were according to the size of this one. The mattresses totally comfortable.
The bathrooms were pretty nice, especially the shower. Maybe the dryer was a little dated, but it worked properly.
The best thing has been how central it is, having supermarkets nearby and all kinds of cafes and bars quite cheap.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Participate in the fraudulent promotion of FlexiBreaks. These are "free hotel" vouchers that El Corte Inglés gives away in exchange for paying for breakfast and dinner. When it comes to the truth, they don't even give that, as it's not valid for the three summer months, no weekends, no holidays. I imagine the hotel believes that participating in the promotion will give them visibility, but all it gives them is a bad image. Also, if you call and ask questions about the promotion they treat you as if you were begging and don't even give you the option to ask the price without a bonus. With minimal kindness and explanation, I would have booked this hotel, but we are going to another one.

Very fair four star hotel. The rooms if a decoration, the best the shower, the old-fashioned reception and the breakfast buffet very loose, without variety or quality. Best of all, the staff who have been very friendly and professional.

Pretty good, Nice and helpful staff. Wi-Fi in the rooms but our connection was very unreliable. Rooms was okay size with good beds and Nice bathroom.

Comfortable and central Hotel. You have No feeling of being in a 4 star but it has all the basics. The price also goes according to what it offers.

Suitable Facilities. Staff who seem very qualified and friendly but scarce (as far as the cafeteria is concerned) at certain hours to cater to the customer as expected from a hotel of these features.

MONTHS LATER: The problem persists on the terrace. The Place is full, the semi-crowded terrace and just a waiter who, with the best will and professionalism, tries to cater to everyone, but this is inhumane, shameful and proves, on the part of the company, a lack of consideration towards the customer. Unfortunate!

Very good treatment on the part of his staff. The only thing the garage, has few squares and many of them little accessible.

The staff is super nice although I have the feeling that the management of the hotel are a bit crappy and grabbed as what stands out is the imminent need of the staff for new uniforms, it seems that the clothes are 1000 years old.

It is a good hotel, located just 10 minutes walk from the center of Pontevedra. The service is very good but the downside I would put is that it needs a deep renovation from top to bottom.

The best thing is the staff. Large rooms and comfortable beds. The girls of reception are of 10.

We stayed during a series of excursions through Galicia. The accommodation was included in the package tour, and had full board. The room was spacious and comfortable, the housekeeping service excellent, and we learned that there was renovation work for the cartels since it is not heard any noise. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. An excellent breakfast and very good menu. Ee service staff always took into account the special needs of my wife who is allergic to lactose and margarine. Very good location, steps from the historic centre. Recommended in all its aspects.

Located 5 minutes walk from the Historic centre of Pontevedra. Although old the rooms are perfect, the price unbeatable and the excellent treatment.

To see pontevedra, is a good place. Very well organised, dining room, reception and good customer service. If you put buffet, since that would be super!

Is it more until it is warm, not is because but is the hotel more good news that I have seen, alomejor is a dream. It is very good, the more than the more I give them five stars for life.

The hotel is very well. It is a 4-star of the past. I spent two full weeks and I felt at home. The treatment of persons receiving has been excellent, with special mention for Cristina that made me a summary of the best places for dinner excellent. The rooms are very spacious, good bathroom and very clean. TV with usb which could "click" my movies and watch them. The hotel Wi-Fi very well, with up to 4 MB depending on location of the Wi-Fi Repeater. The location is good. In Pontevedra, everything is "together", and from the hotel in 5 minutes walk are in the old town. In addition, its around has shops, supermarkets and several good restaurants. Perhaps the only thing which doesn't stand out despite its 4-star is breakfast. The buffet is a bit scarce for this category, but are good breakfast.

I had to go to the Hospital Provincial de Pontevedra for personal reasons and recommend me this lovely hotel. It is one of the hotels in Pontevedra with better access to the hospital and the city centre. The breakfast buffet was correct.
