Ideal location 10 mins walk from Playa América. Spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Friendly and willing to respond to requests. To note only the need for some maintenance of the facilities.

In general, you need a "hand of sheet metal and paint", that is, you could use a reform to update on facilities and decoration, but the price and the location near the beach make up for those shortcomings.
Very friendly staff.
Not ably the parking, most rooms have a private garage with direct access to the room (the rest have free parking space within the premises) which is a luxury for those of us who take care of our vehicles.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Not what it used to be. Ordinary room, the only good thing was the large bath. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Not at all intimate, the bathroom itself had ridiculously bright lighting and the bedroom no night-table lamps.

The Hotel well located, close to the beach, you can walk, parking very well, in many apartments you put the vehicle inside to have more intimacy.

I have been gone for years and the truth was two weeks ago and very bad and has no separate garage the room dirty and smelly to kept the jacuzzi did not work in order needs a good remodel but you can say no good better be quiet I say nothing more…

Hotel?. No!. It's a full-fledged motel.
It still leaves a lot to be desired…
The rooms were would come and the room was very clean. (painting, Little TV signal, with only the house channels, the noise of the neons and the heating is very annoying. ) The food arrives cold to the room since the food dishes do not even come covered with a paper or cover… that yes, it's homemade. (although half of the letter does not have it available)
And, for auction, do not serve breakfast in the room even when making the reservation several days before I confirmed Q yes!

Located next to the road, two large rooms joined with a single bathroom and one with no light without window. Without furniture practically. Very poor internet service works poorly.

The best: location, parking, room size and deal.
The worst: old-fashioned. It lacks a bathroom shelving and the dining room for breakfast.
To go a couple of days to the beach is fine.

Old, old-fashioned, like sloppy, old sheets. Smell like humidity in the room. I wouldn't recommend it and would not go back.

Motel type, great deal, great service. We have been given our family an exquisite stay.

Simple hotel road with particular services, parking, private and confidential.

Close to the beach, some of the rooms have a stunning bathtubs.

There is No air-conditioning.

Hotel with moisture, chip, unpainted, total lack of maintenance, I found myself up a nail in carpet, high-price 75€, do not come back not even if I paid, the only thing good that had taken two days and cancel the last one and I wasn't charged.
