This property is AMAZING! The location is perfect because it is close enough to the Cathedral but not right there where you have to deal with the crowds. You can walk around at any hour of the day or night as the whole old city area is under video surveillance. Lots and lots of really good restaurants and bars just steps away. The rooms are superb and they are all named/themed after a king or queen. This makes your stay very fun. Upper floors have a fantastic view of the city, the Cathedral, and the City of the Future. The staff was perfect, helpful, and always very professional. This is just one of those hotels that you never want to leave. I highly recommend it.

There are many things to value in an establishment like this, first of all the rooms are well equipped, they are comfortable, they take care of the details and everything apparently points to the excellence, but there it remains for little.
Excellent price, excellent location, exquisite treatment, very interesting decoration, clean, but, for very little, to my knowledge, so little, you have to criticize so that next time you can say, is perfect. Bedding, exquisite looking, with careful details, I found it uncomfortable, cold, humid, the weather did not help, but I looked at the composition and was not 100% natural, very good quality that if, which did something detract from the experience, it seemed that it did not transpire a Excellent bed.
There was a spectacular television, but in a city so beautiful to the present time, to live the moment, its streets, its people, its rain, in color, salpicándote the face was a much more advisable experience, of the hand besides, of whom I discovered with passion its Corners and Secrets.

El servicio y la atención del personal fue de 10. Nos resolvieron todas las preguntas y estaban a nuestra disposición para todo. Un trato muy personal que a veces es difícil de encontrar en las grandes cadenas hoteleras. Aunque estaba todo reservado y sólo nos quedo la habitación del ático que es algo pequeña y techos bajos, no merece quitar ninguna estrella por el gran servicio que ofrecieron. Para aquellos que nos gusta oír la lluvia, esta habitación tiene una ventana justo encima de la cama a menos de 1 metro de las almohadas. Esto puede ser algo agobiante para algunos o super relajante para otros. Simplemente algo a tener en cuenta si os toca la habitación del ático. La ubicación del hotel es espectacular, a pocos metros del centro y de las zonas principales de Santiago. Como crítica constructiva o cosa que podría mejorar seria renovar el papel de las paredes en las habitaciones.

A wonderful stay! Excellent service The Lord was in everything. He called us to the elevator, lent us a umbrella, told us all the sights and restaurants…
We had included the breakfast and the truth that was quite complete (I ordered) : NATURAL orange juice, fruit piece, sandwich, tail Cao and yogurt The hotel is very well located and has a modern and beautiful decor.
Definitely a site to go back to also say that my partner and I were confused on the booking date (we noticed past the date) and for an "extra payment" we were allowed back to book… when they really lost money as it is high season.

Very good room. Good access to the hotel. A big TV screen. Good insulation, even though the shutters are difficult to handle. Complete and functional bathroom. Fair breakfast.

In one of the landmarks of Santiago, right on the way. A few rooms but cozy. A point of reference for a few comfortable days in the Galician city.

Good location, located in the old city close to the cathedral and many bars. Key card allows you to access the room at any time of night (which is only unusual for someone used to staying in Albergues). The only room available was an attic room, which felt fairly cramped for someone 6' tall. Good, strong Wi-Fi signal even at the top of the building.

Nice place in the beautiful city of Santiago, but service could be improved.

Great rooms. Unfortunately, they forgot to order our taxi. Was net so super to 7 o clock early with unoccupied reception.

The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly. It has all the services and is very secure. The place is very well located from the city center.

Superb accommodation in the heart of old town, impeccable laundry service.

The treatment has been excellent from arrival to departure. The spectacular room, very well equipped and very modern, with a mattress really comfortable. In addition, you have an agreement with the nearby car park of The Salle. But best of all, without doubt, the isolation of the windows: despite being in the old town not being heard or a noise of the street. A hotel very highly recommended, and with a great price.

Good hotel at the entrance of the old town of Santiago. A few steps from the Plaza de abastos and a few minutes from the main monuments of the city. Good soundproofing. Historic building, well refurbished with lift. Have an agreement with parking nearby (10€) to leave the car. Good customer service.

Very good hotel with a stylish design, good location and comfortable rooms. The staff excellent always willing to lend a hand if you need it. By putting a but, the reception space is a little small.

I stumbled upon this gem after walking 42km, mostly in the pouring rain. It looked so nice, clean and modern that I didn't know if they'd let me through the front door. Once the receptionist saw my bedraggled self she hurried to open the door for me and me sloshing through the lobby didn't phase her a bit. It's small and beautiful. About 200m from the cathedral as I recall. Such fond memories.

Great little hotel very friendly staff nice room.

Couple with older children, we were in July 2009. For all, it was a hotel with exquisite treatment of the staff, excellent location. Excellent breakfast. And to say the room where is agreed the ancient with the modern. They gave us two rooms adjoining and separated from the rest by a door which towards more easy family coexistence. Our congratulations.
