We have been coming to the Jandia for almost 10 years. This is for us our breath of fresh air over the year. We have come twice a year! The top we love and recommend. The location, services and staff. Everything is there for a successful holiday.

Room service very careless, receptionist overwhelmed, food moderate without spice, half board not recommended, very steep road to the sea no help.

We have just come back from a week stay. This resort is definitely worth its 4 stars if not more! ⭐️ Lovely rooms, great entertainment for everyone and the food is fantastic with so much choice, all staff very attentive and friendly, the whole place always clean and tidy! We will be returning for sure! First holiday where we have not found one fault ☀️ Unfortunately not many pics where we are not in them 😂 Hugely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Venue and hotel is lovely, Staff at reception are too busy at times. Careful what you pay for as you may not get it, rooms are a lottery, do not pay to upgrade.

2 out of 3 with food poisoning, bar and reception staff rude as hell, food rotting after being re used for days. Photo man verbally abused us after cancelling our photo shoot due to us being so poorly! Up side cleaning staff very lovely as are the entertainment staff! Wouldn’t even give 2 stars let alone 3!

Nice place to spend a great holiday, well filled buffet whether in the morning, noon or evening with lots of choice, unlimited drinks at any time of the day. Very clean hotel with very nice and friendly staff, highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, fabulous for children, our family rooms were perfect so much space and double showers. Close the the beach, great snack bar, self serve drinks. The food was brilliant though it could have been a bit warmer at times.

The food choice isn't good and unfortunately it's poor quality and only luke warm. All the hot plates which are meant to be keeping the food warm, need drastically turning up. The bolognese sauce and the chilli were very bland, even in the bookable restaurant. I've found other Barcelo hotel food exactly the same. Not impressed. We've stayed at Barcelo Teguise Beach before which was great apart from the food. Fabulous hotel room here as we were given a free upgrade to a suite on arrival, which was a lovely gesture. The choice of drinks on the All Inclusive Plus option is brilliant. Great weather here in December with a lovely breeze. Hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The grout in between floor tiles is dirty. There are no tables at all outside with the sunbeds! Drinks have to go on the floor. It can be noisy at night from your room as the kids play out until really late. There is only single glazed doors and windows and there must be no soundproofing. I rang Reception early in the morning to ask for our curtains to be fastened back on the rail as some material was hanging down and letting in light. I even showed the cleaner but nothing was done all day. I have rang reception again, and apparently someone should be coming to sort it out. We also requested 2 sunbeds for our balcony as others have got them. Again we asked reception and the cleaner, but nothing was done. That's bad. This should not be rated 4 star. More like 3 star.

Rachael the dancer could dance professionally with a band on tour. If you need a dancer. Look no further.
All of the dancers were great and work so hard.
Obviously the choreographer is brilliant and you can see him putting in extra hours during the day with his team.
Not just with their shows but with their many other jobs entertaining at the resort.
Front desk staff are great.
In fact all the staff are fantastic from merri the Senegal waitress to boba the great chef at sticky ribs.
But all so friendly.
The food is good and food is available all day as are the drinks!
I didnt know but there is a nice golf course just 4 minutes drive away on the other side of the hill.
Salt water pool means you can stay in there all day if you like.
Rooms are nice and ceilings extra high which gives a great feeling of space.
Shower is great and beds comfortable.
No complaints whatever.
The only issue we had was trying to get directions as Google maps showed a 12 hour route with car ferries involved but if you reversed the route it took 1 hour 10 mins which was thankfully correct.
The hotel may wish to let guests know this ahead of time perhaps on Facebook or trip advisor or the website.
Great spot for kids and adults alike.

Fabulous resort, clean comfortable rooms, great food, the team worked effortlessly to accommodate all aspects of service. We had a wonderful 12 night stay. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Great pools, close to the beach, although the hill was very steep! We travelled without kids, however, the youngsters that were there had a wonderful time especially with the evening entertainment!

Fabulous setting. Rooms are terrific… clean and regularly serviced. Food is fabulous, great range of choices at all meals. Staff really helpful and friendly. Whole complex is clean and tidy. Cannot fault anything so far.

The o+ is really good, you get a drink served with an enormous smile. Enjoying our last day of our honeymoon. Very clean hotel, very kind people.

We had lovely 14nights here, the food was really good something for everyone. My son really enjoyed maxi club. The team were amazing with him. The pool team where really good. The bedroom was big spacious and clean.

Facilities in good state. The restaurant is very spacious. The hammocks and pool are excellent.

Beautiful hotel with 3 pool. 1 heated. Rooms are lovely n clean n spacious. Food was nice u can always find something u like. It is on a steep hill but u could get bus shuttle for free down to beach.

It's far from the center it takes cars but in 5 minutes you're in the attention center at 11pm closes everything.
While from the sea are 15/20 minutes of walk of which 10 uphill x get to the hotel and the rest from the road to the sea the beach is immense but very beautiful wild and isolated from the chaos of the country. Anyway for the lazy There's shuttle but there are times is not continuous

Xe at 8:00.30 are already occupied by the Germans who take over the deckchairs until late in the evening.
I had to do it myself to be able to take a bath in the afternoon. Because if by any chance you want to take a dip in the pool after the sea there are deckchairs occupied by towels alone
In many villages lifeguards collect all the towels and put them in a basket. They should be here, too.

I absolutely loved this hotel it had a great pool, beach, shops. All the staff in all areas of the hotel where lovely and I loved every part of my holiday especially the photos I could take on my camera and the nature. We walked to the beach everyday and we would walk past and their was green parrots and a few of them went on my arm to take nuts from my own hand and so did the chipmunks which where adorable. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I hope to go back soon.

We spent a week in May. The reception at the airport and the hotel perfect, everything was well organized. The staff very helpful in all services. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained (small flat: when we arrived, there was the painter who finished alterations in our room). In general we had a very good stay, very varied catering, squeezed orange juice included, everything was perfect except the wind.

Nice look from the outside but ageing hotel, poorly soundproofed rooms, industrial buffet and as a double bed… two single beds glued together? And more normal after the reception! I don't pay €80 a night for camping!
Hours to eat 20h15/21h30 specified nowhere.

And if you don't take the all inclusive option you don't have access to the buffet water! No water in a restaurant?

A great resort with two lovely swimming pools, spa and gym. They have a buffet style dinner hall that mostly caters for all inclusive and a restaurant that in not inclusive. The gym is also inclusive and has some decent equipment to get a work out in. The spa offers an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is 10 euros per adult and kids can go in before 10:30. Staff are great and very helpful. The entertainment team are also very good and shows are great too. Kids loved it. The beach is at the bottom of a hill which is pretty steep so change your flip flops before decent.

Very good hotel very large very nice pool (two) very large dining room (but a lot of noise) very large room very large bed cleanliness very good very large beach (down a coast of 200 meters) hard for the calves). I would recommend this hotel to spend a very good week.

Hotel very good. The published photos conform to a reality. It just lacks a drying rack to dry the towels on the terrace. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Very varied and abundant food. I recommend! Indulge yourself through the SPA I wish you a pleasant stay!

9 @ all inclusive amazing, profusion of Hot buffets, cold, vegetables, fruit, desserts, unlimited drinks (based on local alcohol and beer), a beautiful site!
On the other hand the time is the hour, so that a huge site like this rotates it takes discipline! So start time of meal and end of meal should not be mistaken! As well as drinks, at 23h 01 c is over…
You just have to know that here nothing pushes the landscape is Lunar, volcanic Earth, so outside the watered areas nothing grows… There are only wild goats, little squirrels and parakeets!
Cheerful and friendly animators always polite… A downside on some waiters in the restaurant which it is hard to hide their annoyance against people on holiday…

I mostly felt positive about this hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the room was similar to most others I’ve experienced in similar hotels. There were plenty of deck chairs, and chair “marking” was actively discouraged. I thought the food was actually very good for an all inclusive resort, with a different theme each night. I didn’t experience any issues with clean tables each night. It was easy to access the included free drinks, and I’d recommend the filter coffee for breakfast over the machines. Actually drinkable. I found a couple of the staff unnecessarily rude, which was absolutely no reflection on the staff overall. Most were lovely, but those who weren’t were just down right aggressive and it’s not what you expect on holiday. The regular cleaning over the week was a bit slap dash. The hotel needed fixing in places. Bits were taped up or cordoned off. The gym was also too small for the size of the hotel. I’d say my complaints are minor, but stop me from giving in 5*. Not to say I wouldn’t be back, I felt overall the stay was enjoyable and relaxing.

Food not the best not alot for children and full of German people bar staff very friendly entertainment staff very good waited 40 mins for disco then told cant take my little girl in by a very rude security guard who then took it on him self to follow my family around for the rest of my holiday then walked past loud drunken naked men and did not care main pool closed the hole stay rooms were very clean and a nice hotel.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms large and welcoming, even with a terrace where you can put your wet bathing suit to dry on the floor or on the chairs.
There are plenty of entertainment programs around, but I do not recommend the "Hotel Disco". Except for 2 guests of mature age, the room was completely empty!
From the food: my attention to the kitchen and the service staff! In the morning and in the evening a buffet is always prepared that must have been seen! Absolutely WOW! Every evening you can enjoy a culinary tour of the Round the way – from freshly made pizzas (freshly called a few minutes ago it was still in the oven), pasta, to meat and fish was something for everyone; Salad and appetizer buffets were at your disposal and as if all this was not enough gabs even a dessert buffet with cakes, different creams and even a section where you could put together your ice cream in the squirrel or on the plate! Absolute Top Class!
What I call an absolute insolence are the guests, who grab so much food rec dishes, that at their table suddenly a mini-buffet arose, and afterwards over half without any shame simply throw away! That can be net that we, where we can talk thank God, that we live in abundance so shabby with food "just because we have paid for it". There were animals for the dead, that we could now draw the meat plate that we now have in front of us and it is pure disrespect to throw exactly the same meat plate half eaten in the trash!

Rooms very basic but clean. Facilities are good. Food is ok. Pool bar food although under a heat light is still fridge cold but main restaurant is good. Waiters, Bar staff and entertainment all extremely friendly and pleasant however the reception team especially the one on tonight so rude and unhelpful asked for one bottle of water for a poorly child was told No! Go Buy! Even though the restaurant is full of bottles. Single mother poorly child. Disappointing would expect better lets hope this bug doesn’t spread through the hotel. Reception team could do with some customer service training! For this reason I would not return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay here. Food good and varied, with lots of choice. Very much a family place, despite there being all inclusive alcohol, at no point did I see anyone having overindulged, despite some very generous measures of spirits. I particularly recommend the brandy! The staff were very friendly and helpful and my 7 yo daughter loved the Barcy club which kept her entertained and did a large variety of activities including gardening, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is lovely, but is at the top of a STEEP hill. Fortunately taxis are cheap so go for a walk down the hill and along the beach or front to the taxi rank and then get a taxi back for a few Euros. My only warning would be to be careful if it rains (not very often I'm sure! ) because the tiles are unbelievably slippery! A fabulous holiday!

Big queue checking in took ages. We had to take our own luggage to the room. A couple we met said we get free water in the room which is one bottle all week, we didn't get one. I rang reception and I still didn't get one. I went to reception and still didn't get one. I filled in a form and still haven't got one. Also no tissues or cotton buds in the bathroom. Food is good. Plates are cold. Ice cream in the dining room is very good. Drinks are good and plentiful and room is clean. Jandia is very nice but very windy. This hotel is better for families.

Excellent staff. Food is average. Rooms quite cold in march. No heating.

We had a very pleasant week from February 18 to 25, 2018. Unfortunately, the postcards that we had deposited, properly stamped, in the mailbox indicated by the hotel staff have still not arrived at their destination. What is going on?

Beautiful hotel in the south of Fuerteventura.

The Hotel is very nice and the location is very good. Our room was spacious and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the meals were not of a high quality: large noisy room and fairly flat food. The desserts were mediocre. We tested the spa and massages: to do without hesitation.

The hotel has excellent cleanliness in both the rooms and the outdoors. It is very quiet but has plenty of activities to do. To emphasize the good attention of the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many animation initiatives. Highly recommended.

Hotel very nice heated pool, animators top and very funny. The staff of the hotel in general very smiling and pleasant (apart from a youngster at the very limit self puppet not smiling and not very pleasant).
The meals are very varied and good.
Big worries with the coffee machines works once in two. Big àmelioration to do.
But the hotel is well located beach not far as well as the shops.

Great hotel with wonderful childcare.
The buffet offers a wide range of dishes.
We were here in August and we are looking forward to the next holiday in October.
The rooms are clean and large enough. You're more out there anyway.

All's very good here. Strange they don't charge for coffee but if you have milk it's extra to AI. Other than that, unless you're really fussy, it's well worth a visit.

A nice and Gemütliges hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The preparation of the Christmas Eve evening 2017 was very good. The food was carefully prepared and tasted good. The hotel offers its guests a variety of activities. I was very pleased and recommend the hotel to other interested parties.

Hotel in itself, food and staff really great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Especially with snoring and noisy television neighbors. You can understand every word spoken in normal volume!

The truth is that it is expected more than the hotel. We have had a very bad experience, and the attention in the same was very poor. The truth is that neither return, nor recommend it because instead of seeking solutions is dedicated to avoid all. In order to bring them to health among other things.

Great hotel but don't pay extra for a sea view. We did and got a view of a toilet block and a bouncy castle. We still had a great holiday though.

The hotel very nice and clean. The buffet is better, the dinner very good, the best that I have gone to 5 stars. Located in one of the best beaches. I highly recommend it. Quality excellent price.

The food is good and the place nice but best of all are their workers, the cleaning ladies are super nice they do a great job… the animators incredible luxury of little people… one of the waiters (Luis) is very friendly, sympathetic, pleasant and very efficient in their work… And that to say of Rosi Gonzalez a wonderful person entertaining, dicharachera the treatment towards us is spectacular, my most sincere thanks to Luis and Rosi we made you feel at home if God wills and all goes well we will return without a doubt… although we are still two days of stay I assume that you are being a good holiday… Thanks to all the team of Western Jandia Mar.

Ai here is not really AI indoor pool for an hour 8 euros. Drinks are only about 3 to choose from… Theme restaurant also not included in the AI not even 1 visit?!?
No you have to book AI Plus to enjoy several drinks and that at only one bar for an estimated 1000 people… Honestly. Ridiculous the 3 stars there for rooms, room sevice and location of the hotel.

That was perfect my 45 J birthday.
The location was excellent. All are staff helpful and nice friendly. That was food all are yummy. Someday I want to stay again.

Nice hotel, good food, good room. I think the 4/5 overall score kind of reflects what you can expect as a guest, in addition, good hotel at reasonable price. If you are picky or prefer real high quality food and drinks and luxury service and rooms then it probably will cost more. There are some annoying things I should mention thou: -10 € deposit for towels, -there is no real place you can relax in silence, you will be entertained even when you don want to be, due to the quite pool is very close to the area where the animators make the "party" and also that quite pool is not heated, -the bad sheet is very noise, not too comfortable, -i don't really understand the long trousers dress code for dinner, smart shorts should be acceptable for winter periods as well. That is all from me, some people might find the food a bit boring day by day but personally I was satisfied with the variate. On the positive side : -free parking, with lot of space, -beach is very close, walkable and there is a bus service in every hour? which drops you there in case u don't want to walk, -hotel is very nice with a lot of plants, trees, flowers… Which might be useful as well, grocery, souvenir, clothing shops are in walkable distance. Experiences such as boat trips, jetski, diving, snorkeling, Oasis Park are very close in case you want active relaxing. It was a pleasant week we spent there I highly recommend the hotel, you will have a nice holiday there for reasonable price.

I would go with a bit of suspicion by some of the comments that I had read, but I have become enchanted and eager to return. The Rooms: Are spacious, clean and beds comódas (by putting a but, it would require a bit more light in the mirror of the sink). The Food: is good, there is a theme every day. If you're a little tiquismiqui can q you don't find a lot of variety, but for a hotel with so many customers this well. The Staff: From the maids, reception, waiters, dining, bars, disco are tod@s charming, friendly and always with a smile. Animation: Excellent, always doing activities so that you do not time to bore. Are pleasant, helpful and always with a big smile and make you feel part of the large family that they form. The All-Inclusive: it's okay, the coffee machine, but this good. For my taste it would have been very good to enter the mojitos ;) and what I see wrong with it is that it ends very soon (23h) you finish dinner you see the show that has just about 22.30, and you are left with 30 minutes to use it, you should end up to 24h. Thanks to tod@s, but in particular to Jordi, Alexander, Caesar (animation), Carlos (waiter disc), Eli (terrace bar) for an unforgettable week. I would return to the hotel by the staff and animation are charming/ras.

The structure of the building and aesthetics very nice, clean, spacious rooms, new and the majority with terrace staff. The garden is very large, and very beautiful, the pools very clean. The distance to the beach is pretty close, although using a hill, very steep. The breakfast of ten. The food I cannot comment, as we were on half board. The dinner is worse than breakfast. The negative aspects to the hour of meals, it is slow to replenish, as that is drawn down immediately and had to be waiting, countertops and/or countertops lacked cleaning, since I had food or fluids drawn that in the self-serve falling or spilling out and was not picked up by the staff. The TV broke down and we fixed it, “it was only for foreigners”, the Spanish while in Spain we didn't have channels. The gym and spa closes very early, at 7 pm, and on Sundays or open. As to the service of room cleaning good, but not replenished the towels. The hotel in general is fine, but we lack quality in several aspects to be a Barcelo.

The plant has been in the years. Canteen Flair Noisy. Staff often grumpy. Cocktail in a plastic mug. If you want to have breakfast in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere you have to pay 5 euro extra per day. For us, all in was not worth it because we were always eating out. In any case, it tasted. Never again this plant. We arrived at 11 pm at night and there was some food offered. Bean peas dry bread all without cutlery.

It could be perfect if not the dining room with the charm of a 70s Mensa. Improbablely large and noisy, the service forces are constantly fighting (as loudly) against windmills and the dishes/glasses are too often not washed cleanly and still so covered. In addition, the AI drinks are offered exclusively in small disposable plastic cups, coffee and tea in the same way from Styrofoam. A flood of plastic waste that could be avoided — and should.

Stayed here supposedly all inclusive however this was not the case having to pay for coffee at the bar and most cocktails the staff are not very friendly. No change of bedding or bathroom towels. Had to pay 10 euro deposit for pool towels (refundable) but had to pay for exchanges 3 euro each towel. This is not all inclusive. Having to stand in que to get served at the bars. We will not go back here ever.

Nice facility, although I do not like to stand on hotels. Two pools that are already nicely done and a bar of course. The food is rich and quite varied and therefore you always find something that tastes good. I would have liked more national dishes instead of roasting pork, for example
The sea is within 10-15 minutes walking distance. I can recommend a stay there and would also go on vacation.

My wife and l arrived at 9.30pm and were directed straight to the dining room to eat and check in after, which was a great introduction. The room was huge as was the bathroom and very clean. The food is very varied and of a good standard generally but I did have cause to speak to a head chef on the second day when after cutting open a piece of chicken it was raw inside!. I think for Families this Hotel is wonderful but if you do not have children it can become very tedious in the evenings when so much of the entertainment is focused on kids. Their evening programme is supposed to end at 21.30 which I think is quite late for little ones anyway but on Sunday a brilliant ABBA tribute band started their act at 22.00 and towards the end of their spot at well past eleven pm when couples were trying to dance the Female "Animator" was leading a procession of tots around the dance floor like a Manic Pied Piper!. I think there should be more entertainment for adult guests not just an hour each night which if the Animators have their way they try and interrupt as well. An adult only drinking area would also be very welcome for guests who come without children and would prefer not to have to put up with other people's. Also found it a dissapointment that everything seemed to close at 11pm. It does state that the Disco is open at 11pm til 2am but not on Mondays and Tuesdays so on those nights it's early to bed folks.

We are right here right now and we love it. The hotel is huge but has a personal feel to it. The pools are amazing and is just perfect for my husband and myself to laze around enjoying the sunshine on our well deserved holiday. We are already looking to book next years holiday at the jandia mar and we havent left yet! Fab time we love it thankyou jandia mar.

Enjoyed the holiday at the Jandia Mar but was a few issues! Needs to be some policy regarding sunbed! We couldn't believe how many people was up at the crack of dawn putting towels on sunbed and not returning all day! It spoils it for people like us that probably want a bed but not to go on holiday to be up early going to be reserving sunbed! l Also there wasn't enough shade — No brollies at all and for the size of the hotel definately not enough sunbeds. But apart from that great holiday food and cleanliness brilliant. Xxx.

Amazing holidays better it's not possible. Great staff great rooms great pools and gardens. Food very very good and a lot choices there are twoo bars at the pools area where you can to get everything : whiskey, vodka, wines beer, champagne and cola fanta sprite etc. I recommend this hotel thanks jandia mar for my great holiday.

Great hotel but cared for and well maintained.

Had a great family vacation! We went at the beginning of April with our 3 young kids. Everything was clean and kept tidy. Food was buffet style and was very good. One of the pools was heated and that was nice! It's quite a walk to the beach and uphill all the way back so bring everything you need with you when you go. There were people that worked for the hotel that lead fun activities around the pool. It was not all day and they were not obnoxious about it. *In fact, I would like to know the name of song they played twice a day that we danced too. The main guy would get on the bridge and dance and sing.

Really nice place kept clean nice rooms spacious and friendly all the staff pools clean eat international but good always different and cared never lacked nothing unique flaws that there is a descent to get to the sea and who has leg problems or Buggies is very steep C is the shuttle but a few times so who wants to stay down late or end up walking or takes taxis that really cost a few euros.

After a weekend in this hotel we have come out of the same disappointed with the treatment received. The service has been awful, from the arrival at the hotel we had to eat at a table dirty because they refused to limpiarnosla for missing half an hour for the closing of the restaurant, in terms of the all-inclusive you do not have quality no, drinks white markings, only one waiter in the bar which was large queues at the time of the shows and also drinks most common as for example the mojitos, to be paid aside from the all-inclusive hired. In the spa, which we booked for use, you must pay a cap of€ 2. In addition to this, our door to the adjoining room open, which facilitated the access to both rooms, called to report to reception and come to close it 1 hour and a half later, the next day open again, without more reason, and therefore our belongings in danger, we call and two hours later it closed, disculpadondose of the delay with the reason that" the technical service has more things to do. " After all this, we put a claim sheet which we delivered with arrogance, over for the night we come of the dinner and the room door didn't open, we go to the reception give us a copy of the key, which doesn't work, we call from the mobile phone and tell us that already at 12 he was the technical service, that they try to send us to the segurita, who is not among their functions and therefore did not understand the operation of the machine to open the door.

Just came back yesterday stayed for 11 nights with my boyfriend we loved this hotel entertainment team were brilliant always busy getting you involved in activities. Rooms were very clean and spacious, the hotel grounds are very big and relaxing. The shows were good and cocktail show we loved was good fun! Couldn't fault this hotel at all we had such a lovely time and we already want to come back! I would 100% recommend this hotel for fun but relaxing break.

Beautiful, clean with plenty of space for the kids to run riot and chill time for my partner and I.
The entertainment staff were fab!
The shows where outside entertainers came in were brilliant.
Lots to keep the family entertained in the day.
The beach is a right trek down a massive hill.

Bottled water however isn't on the all inclusive package. Which I was a little annoyed about as our children were drinking pop or slushies all day/night.
Could do with some more under cover sun loungers as there was a lot of bed hoggers forcing families with kids to be in the direct scorching sun! 50+ sun cream wasn't enough!
Over all — wish we were still there however location with the heat and transfers etc was a bit much.

Returned today. Excellent structure that matches the picture. Impeccable cleanliness. Great service all inclusive.

2015 there simply gorgeous.

Without the encouragement of offending anyone. It seemed to me, in comparison with the barcelo lanzarote hotel, nothing to consejable. Last week I spent 4 days in fuerteventura and 4 in lanzarote. In both cases, hotel barcelo. In fuerteventura, very to my grief: disorganization at the time of receiving their guests, giving long, with the excuse of the checkt list. Doves in the reception, defecate, and may do so, on customers. I do not taste anything the separation at the time of separating the clentes dinner for all inclusive, half board etc… in order to… in barcelo lanzarote, attention from the first moment you pick up your luggage, gift for children, again… (much sympathy on the part of the staff), buffet the best of the best without separating your customers, order, cleanliness, lots of activities, and above all anything that I needed, were not lock, or explanations on the part of manager or such rolls, simply were professionals and sonreian, and address your needs. I beg your pardon if I have offended you, but it is not my intention, is to inform how I have felt during my stay in both hotels. I will never come back to this hotel in fuerteventura
in change in september if, I will be in lanzarote.

Not to hate it like me and looking for work in another perspective change of scenery.

Me & my family stayed here for 5 days before Christmas. I can't praise it enough. Was a fantastic holiday! I can't wait to go back… The hotel staff were very accommodating especially the customer relations manager (can't remember her name) was very professional and helpful. The entertainment team (especially Jesus, Omar, Denis and Mariam (Italian) ) are a credit to the hotel-very energetic and friendly and made the holiday more special and memorable. The heated pool, jacuzzi & sauna facilities were exceptional. Thank you.

I was at this hotel since December 21, 2015 until January 6, 2016, in room 245.
My experience has been very good trip alone and the staff of the hotel I great treat.
I went with the all inclusive what stupendously came to be on the beach all the time he wanted then made a terrific so time when returning from the beach and food at the buffet Mimosa schedule already was over, then went to the Snack-swimming pool fig and drank me a few beers and some itching, this option seemed good until dinner.
Special mention for Vanesa de el Lobby-bar, Nile and Jaime Buffet Mimosa.
Dinner two nights in Tuscany and the two waitresses who are one in Madrid and another from Germany I was treated correctly.
My thanks to the workers from Uruguay that I treat superbly in La Higuera.
Nice room service workers.
And finally thank the bottle of champagne that left me in the room.
Thank you for everything.
I hope and wish to repeat the next holiday season.
I have to say that people exaggerate much with slope that separates the hotel from the beach is not so have not used neither down nor up the bus, the exercise is good and also every afternoon I was walking up to Morro Jable.

Super hotel, basement staff. Food wonderful and plentiful. Off to the beach is ok. You should be there but it's okay to walk. Because it is a long slope down and up again later. But really good to deal with. To the emergency is also shuttle. Pool and everything is clean. Leisure time is great to make. Animation is ok. Who wants to make holiday and want to relax, is there in the right place! Thank you for great fortnight! PS: Oasis/the Zoo can be reached by bus and one worth a day trip.

We returned yesterday from a week in all included, and I have only praise to do on this property, whether on the cleanliness of the hotel of the rooms of the quality of the food and especially the availability and permanent smile of all personnel.
Note also that we took a maximum two pools which are very nice as well as the SPA.
We can only be delighted with this week in the Sun who has fully recharged our batteries.

To repeat. Excellent staff, from kitchen to reception. Treatment of human, family and custom (have cooked me the baby porridge when, as at home, that is priceless). Cleaning and hygiene everywhere. Food varied, rich and freshly made. The beach nearby (walking is manageable, for the more lazy bus). Plenty of activities for adults and children. 100% recommend it. I have no words to thank that they have made the food of my child, every day, morning and afternoon. The chef a unique guy. Thank you team Barceló Jandía Mar.

I just got back from spending a week there. Very nice hotel but the attention a fiasco. The bar of the pool that is supposed to be open 12 to 18 hours, from the 17.45 there is nothing take away aside that bread for puppies or reset it. It is a dinner at the Italian restaurant in which we spent 50 minutes of clock waiting for a second dish we had to book 3 days before calling for the table. The waitress who was there gave us bad side and gave us a bad reply to ask a nonalcoholic beer because he had not, and when we told her we went for her to another bar he repented. PA children is wonderful, but if you're Spanish not give them a simple certificate of assistance as to the rest of the children attending the miniclub. The photographers who had been there or siquieran spoke Spanish. As for the food, tasteless and always the same at the buffet.

Absolutely worth book — sea view room.
Pools with a slope of 50-160 cm, ideal for children. Some floor tiles loose.
Very, very noisy pool animation to the lunch and — Nachmiitagszeit. Prefer to escape to the beach.
Steep ascent from the beach back, nothing for prams, pregnant, damaged etc. There is a beach shuttle bus 3 x a day for free.
Restaurant very loud and somewhat stuffy and dark.
Prefer airy dining in the Terassenanbau with pool and sea views.
There but somewhat lightly dirty and tacky stalls.
Food and drinks are okay — for everyone. Everything perfectly!
Service at the hotel very nice, attentive and courteous.
We felt comfortable.

The hotel is located 8 minutes away (on foot) from the beautiful beach of Jandia in the South of the island.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet, the only downside I saw them is that do not have double bed. All inclusive is very comprehensive on the subject of food, but the alcohol leaves much to be desired as the cocktails, say that they have separate a restaurant that you have to pay a supplement.
The pool area is large enough and recommend a coffee at the bar of the swimming-pool, total relaxation.
The parking is free, a plus.
In general, very friendly staff especially the reception team.
To visit Fuerteventura I recommend renting a car, since in the area of the hotel is only a small shopping centre and the beach, but the island offers more to the visitor.
