The reception operates 24 hours a day, and the staff are generally described as very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Many guests highlight the manager, Omar, for his personal approach, hospitality, and constant smile. However, there has been negative experience: one guest described a reception employee, Marga, as a "disaster" because a promised room was not provided.

Guests should be aware that payment at the apartments is accepted in cash only.

There are no kettles in the rooms, so tea lovers must boil water in a pot. Additionally, there was a single recorded instance of a temporary water outage lasting two days, which was an exception over the complex's many years of operation.

The rooms are mainly described as stylish, comfortable, and modern, with very comfortable King Size beds. Many note the presence of luxurious balconies, some of which offer partial or full sea views. However, there are complaints about worn-out furniture in individual rooms (for example, room №25), where kitchen cabinet doors were hanging crookedly. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, but the constant wind provides sufficient cooling.

Cleaning is performed regularly, and many guests rate the staff's work as very efficient and high-quality. In some cases, cleaning is carried out in the mornings; in others, on specific days (for example, Wednesdays and Sundays), and towels are changed upon request. Nevertheless, there were complaints regarding insufficient cleanliness in the shower cabin and that the maid arrived at an inconvenient time during lunch.

The complex features a swimming pool and two jacuzzis, which guests can use free of charge. Most guests are satisfied with these amenities, but one visitor reported that the pool was not cleaned during a three-week stay and was unfit for use. The complex also provides sun loungers.

The beach is located directly below the terrace, providing the easiest possible access. It is a white sand beach with very safe lagoons for swimming. The surrounding nature, featuring rocks and crabs, is highly appreciated by ecology enthusiasts.

Guest opinions are divided. Some families have enjoyed their stay here and praise the staff for their warmth. Others note that rooms allow a maximum occupancy of three people, which creates the impression that families with children are not welcome here.

Overall, the atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and peaceful, making it an ideal place for recharging. However, it can be noisy during holiday periods due to the large number of tourists. Some guests also mentioned noise from construction work taking place in the vicinity of El Cotillo.
