Brilliant stay at the hotel. Alex, Arthea & Fredrico are excellent entertainers and they kids loved them. Would definately recommend coming here. I am looking forward to coming back.

Brilliant if your on a budget my son had a wonderful time no complaints from us basically if you want 5 star go and pay for it.

Had a lovely holiday at Hotel Costa. The food was really good and would highly recommend it. The rooms were very comfortable. Will decently be coming back.

Loved this hotel. Could never get around the pool as they were scrambling for beds at breakfast, but we preferred the roof terrace anyway. Bar, toilets, sun beds and Jacuzzi plus mini golf too. Food was ok always something to eat but snacks always the same. Would definitely stay here again. Staff friendly and helpful and it's in a great flat location.

If you're looking for quiet place close to the beach it's fine. Do not pay extra for the rooms with the view on the pool. Food is nice but you can find some difficulties with fresh ingredients. No fridge in the room. Activity is poor or very poor. The best thing is staff, always friendly and helpful. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Playground for kids is very poor and during one week I could not see anyone from the activity team who was having fun with the kids.

We stayed at this property for a relaxing and sea holiday, booked through the turquoise travel agency (tui), under their advice. As soon as we arrived we immediately realized that a relaxing holiday and beautiful sea was absolutely impossible. To begin with the structure, the casermone style offers nothing just appreciable. It's spartan, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the pools small and with water so dirty that you can't see your feet. The food in the restaurant is embarrassing and not by Italian standards but by any human standard, both breakfast, lunch and dinner do not even deserve enough, the drinks are stretched and sweetened to the far-fetched, for coffee there are only the automatic machines that dispense other drinks, the "snacks" available during the closing of the restaurant (for those with the all-inclusive formula) are sad and cold toasts and some fruit left there by accident. The property is 400 meters from the sea (as they advertise) too bad that the sea in question is a non-swimmable cliff and that to reach the nearest swimming cove needs to cross the village is to walk quite a bit, effort that could be rewarded if only the sea were decent. The cove is an artificial beach with fake sand and that hurts and the sea is nothing to do with the beautiful sea of fuerteventura!. To save the salvageable we had to rent a car and look for another beach in order to spend a few hours at the Sea of Fuerteventura.

Great hotel with a good choice of all inclusive food and drinks. The pool is busy if you're on a family holiday but the roof terrace is quiet for adults. The local bars and restaurants are good and only a short walk away. I would definitely come back again.

Was fantastic hotel staff so helpful and we all had a great time would recommend for a great family holiday great location for the town. Entertainment was good for kids & adults.

Located in a thickly urbanized area, you are like in a condo with pool in the central courtyard. Already at 8:00 in the morning, when you don't even know if the sun will be there, the run for the cot starts, as there are not enough places for everyone. Spartan dining room, refectory style, unappealing food. We had a room with a perspective view on the court from the side of the restaurant on the 2nd floor; Too bad the cigarette smoke came directly into the room from the underlying shed. The Hotel performs an aggressive marketing policy, often appearing in first place on the booking sites. Also the price is tempting. You have to be aware, that for little money, you can not expect much.

Great location on the island, you can safely reach all the places of greatest interest. The reception is very good as well as the entertainment. Close to the beach, nice rooms and good cleanliness!

Excellent location on the island, in the middle of the East Coast, very convenient to reach by car any location in a short time and 10 minutes from the airport.

A good hotel without more. We came from a better one so the feeling we had was that everything was worse here.
The room was very comfortable, the mattress was not the most comfortable to sleep but it was sleeping well. Terrace facing the pool as you can see in the pictures and the correct bathroom. We did not understand why gel envelopes are so scarce, they left us one per person and it really was insufficient to wash.
We were all inclusive, and the food was normal, sometimes very bland but in the end you eat it because it is food. We missed more types of milk in the breakfasts, the pastry was not too good, and the foreign themed dinners we loved. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Alessandra Mele, a crack! We do not think we return, is a 3 star but there are better, still deserves a 4/5

Hotel clean, it eats very well and the staff is really friendly. The entertainment helped and advised the places to go and they treated us fine. I recommend it!

Nice and quiet all the staff very professional and polite. Clean and excellent all inclusive with wide choice of drinks on the contrary did not convince me of the food with a not great choice and a poor quality. Honorable mention to really 5 star animation are not intrusive but if you need they are always available.

One week stay with the family! A great hotel with a friendly and dedicated staff. Spacious room and a beautiful pool view especially in the evening. The restaurant is buffet so do not expect gastronomy! However there is a choice and there is for all tastes! I recommend without worry although it would seem according to the tour operator guide that the holidays in July and August are more complicated by a population much more demanding and less respectful! But it has nothing to do with the hotel!

Good location, very clean and friendly staff, especially reception; Not very big room but cozy. Little variety of food, but good. Great facilities but few hammocks in the main pool. In general, quiet and cozy place to spend your holiday.

Amazing hotel… super clean, all over. Food is great, and I'm very fussy. No mad sunbed rush in a morning but the best spots that get the most sun can be a bit jammed. I have another 5 days here but already know that I would 100% return to this hotel.

We got a lot for what we paid, food is not repetitive and it is tasty. Selection is huge. I don't understand people with negative comments. They expect five star service for the price of three. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, we were very satisfied.

Brilliant hotel for the price we paid. The staff are all friendly and always happy to help out, though language can be a barrier. The double room we booked is only 2 singles pushed together so not much room for cuddles without the beds splitting apart but it is spacious with a great shower. The pools are lovely, 2 large ones in the central courtyard, a splash pool, jacuzzi and small pool are on the roof but aren't heated so if there's clouds out they are freezing! The all inclusive food is great, served buffet style with a different theme every evening. As long as you make your choices before going to pick them up the food is lovely and warm. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and there's plenty of activities to do either hosted by the hotel or easily accessible by bus from the hotel's main entrance. A thoroughly enjoyable trip and one I would recommend to anyone.

Rooms are clean, but are not cleaned on Thursday and Sunday.
Checkin only from approx. 2 pm = (animation team OK and guet mood.
Drinks you have to add water, stop concentrates. But it's enough.
Room tickets only went about 1.5 days so at the reception you know one then BSLD also personally.
Good value for the price.

Very reasonable hotel for the price. All inclusive deal is good but don't expect top quality food or drinks. I found breakfast and lunch to be fine with good choice of food, but evening buffet choice was limited and often quite cool and the place was very busy and noisy. Our room was very very good and kept clean and tidy by the staff. Also the public areas were well maintained. Would I go back? Yes — you get what you pay for and it was good value.

To avoid. The evil. Inclusive is a myth. 3 times no hot shower to wash. The pools and jacuzzi outside of 1 are not heated. What the tour operator forgot to mention. Bottle of water not included: it will be necessary to pay 1 euro for a bottle of 33cl. All the drinks are cut with water.
10 Euros The remote control no Wi-Fi possible if not in common area hyper noisy.
And for lovers of Dodo at 2, the beds are in 90…

I worked at that hotel about 8 years ago. I think they put it up for sale. The director was a jerk. The chlorine dosing switchboards etc of the pools did not work we added the chlorine to cubes. On the rooftop in the Jacuzzi area Solia aver strong smells to sewer from the sinks of the terrace. It was so uraño that only cambiavamos one out of every 2 bonbillas broken. The Vasuras room was not delived air-conditioned. In the kitchens Abia cables and bungling everywhere. A danger. I had No lifeguard and in the evening Avia much scandal. And there really isn't much room poolside to put hammocks… Andavan to the race customers. I see you at least painted it.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are large enough, the food was delicious and plentiful. The pools were well tempered and large. However, the pool facilities around the pools are very limited and if you want to have a recliner you have to get one early in the morning. Also the cleanliness at the pools facilities could be improved, in the room this was okay. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is afghana. Com also good for families. One of the pools is a children's pool and the hotel also offers some care and play facilities.
Conclusion: A visit to a quite good hotel, with some small shortcomings which are not so tragic, can be very good here! :)

Currently staying at this hotel and cannot fault it in anyway. Staff and animation team friendly, food good, cocktails good and the place is very clean. However we are a little disappointed as when we arrived on Saturday we were asked if we liked our room. We said no and asked if we could have a pool view. The receptionist told us that wif we waited till Mon we would be able to move to a room with a pool view. On asking at reception the female receptionist was very rude and abrupt and said that we couldn't. We were very disappointed and asked again later on that day and the male receptionist said it wasn't possible. We are very disappointed with the attitude of the female receptionist not the fact that we couldn't move rooms. Would highly recommend this hotel good value for money and would return. Antonio in the Goa Cocktail bar made our Holiday he makes this bar what it is. In my opinion the Goa bar is the highlight of this hotel. Antonio is very friendly and welcoming and makes fantastic cocktails. Security on a night need reviewing especially to look after Antonio and guests in this great bar. Marcus the Security Guard is also fantastic. However he often works alone and I simply don't think this is good enough! Would definitely return to this hotel and can highly recommend.

We stayed there for 15 days the hotel is not soundproof we hear everything the neighbors do, the party goers from the bar until 2:00 in the morning while the rules stipulate that no more noise after midnight. The water of the swimming pools and the Jacuzzi is cold, the deckchairs are reserved for 8h while once again the regulation forbids. The dishes in the restaurant are not very clean, leftovers from the previous day are glued and the menus are repetitive. The cocktails are cut in water and not very fresh. If you want to enjoy the mini golf, ping-pong a deposit of 10 euros per item is requested. If you are French you will not have the same attention as the Germans and the English, they make a grimace when they are told that one is French. The rooms are clean but the sheets are not changed if you do not ask.
The positive points are the massages of very good quality and the sympathy of the servers and animators.

Mass tourism. Whoever likes it is right here. Glasses and plates very dirty.

Nice and good service. The very large rooms. Watch it very well. Good cheer, but on the same song every day. The Room was very Nice and The breakfast was very good. There is variable. 9 Of Note. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you really find a Hotel that there is in the cove, no doubt, I recommend it. We have had a good experience so I leave this good comment.

It is not comfortable to arrive if you are driving, it is behind the main street. I advise you to go to the end of the street and turn left.
It is a complex purely for foreign public (German-English) If you are Spanish you miss the Iberian heat. Very schematic to facilitate the timetable of the tourist but do not advise for the Spanish who wants to enjoy the island.
The food leaves it to be desired. Overheated and unelaborated. I advise you to eat out of the resort but if you don't have time it is preferable a salad.

Plate and glasses very uncleanly disgusting, always had to look out that no leftovers were available. Eat lukewarm. Volume in the room garbage collection every 2 days, on the road. 15 min. To the sea. I'm not going to spend any more holidays here.

The facility is small and clear and in itself quite clean. The staff is nice. The rooms are very nice and also very clean. The animation is rather satisfying and the animators are spreading anything but a good holiday mood (your smartphone is more important). The drinks vending machines at the pool bar and restaurant are siffig and stinking. There is no Wi-Fi in the room – only at the Animationsbar!

Just back from an amazing weeks holiday at costa Caleta, this is the third year myself and my mum have stayed at this hotel and can’t wait for many more holidays here. The hotel itself is lovely, close to local shops, bars and restaurants and it’s also only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The hotel is lovely and clean and the rooms are very comfortable, the staff are all so lovely and would do anything for you. Can’t fault the place at all! Can’t wait for next years holiday here.

It is a good hotel but it is indicated only for foreigners. In fact, many of the employees do not know how to speak Spanish. If I was German I'd come back, not here.

Wonderful experience! I would stay again tomorrow, good entertainment, more food ke enough, a little repetitive, but good! Spacious room, change of towels 2 times a week, organized tours also with your own tour operator. Really perfect!

The place really deserves, as far as the structure excellent cleanliness, organization of the spaces and excellent opportunities for recreation. It was a very nice and friendly staff, always helpful for anything. Everything perfect except unfortunately the food, which from Italian, I did not appreciate for anything. But you also have to adapt to local food and learn to appreciate it. Recommended experience maybe half board to manage the meals in a more autonomous because the structure is really beautiful as in the pictures!

All inclusive The lowest price category. On the day of departure there is no lunch included i. E. In our case one night was a dinner and breakfast was possible. On the day of arrival you could check in at 15.00, so that no lunch was possible either. All drinks soda was in the plastic mug, Originalcocacola there were not only cheap drinks, which also did not taste, because too sweet and with too little Kohlensäur. At the vending machine at the pool there should be coke and co in bottles. This was empty except for Coca Cola light. The Süssigkeitenautomat defective. If you want to have some water in your room at night, you have to pick several cups or go several times.

The ' All inclusive ' offer is really convenient and worth it. Most of the staff are Italian and they are all very nice. The hotel is in a place that does not offer much entertainment, but if you are fond of hiking you are in the right place. The buffet offered during meals is very plentiful and for all tastes (the pasta is definitely not recommended). The experience in general was very positive. Relaxation Guaranteed.

Hotel in the standard the only flaw they stole from our inflatable turtle named Gina… The food is not the best… Animation Let's forget about it except for Antonio who is the top! The rooms clean enough they could do the housekeeping even on Thursday and Sunday… and Matthew Super sympathetic!

Great hotel, good people, room service, common areas, reception and especially every one of the hotel employees make the stay as being at home.
I recommend it as much for economic as for the attention from the first moment.

The only good thing for me is the food and the dining room staff who are friendly, caring and super attentive. But it has flaws since you passed the door. First in the reservation it tells you that you have the room from the 14 hours but you really can't get in until 15:30. We asked for a room with two beds and no didn't get it had to be reclaimed and until the next day we did not facilitate it. The entertainment of the hotel is good, the first day, then time they do the same thing every day. Same music the same dances. Just change the show at night after putting the kids the same dances and songs night after night. Every night you do thematic food, India, Mexican, Italian, that if when the Spanish arrives do not expect much of a special paella and no potato tortilla. And you don't even expect food from the Canary Islands. Every day pasta, rice, chicken or fish and salad. That's what makes you delicious. But the subject could be more Curran. The pictures are misleading, it looks very big the pools the hotel and all that time. The pools are small, the maximum bottom is 1 ' 40. Hammocks are few. And they close since 6:00. On the roof they have more pools maximum one meter. The mini golf is of bad joke made very cumbersome. And honestly the rooms would need a modernization.
In short a 10 to the staff especially the dining room. A 2 to the facility. Hotel mainly for foreigners the Spaniards here we are displaced.

Three stars and not one more. There is no cleaning on Thursdays and Sundays in High Season (August), little variety and quality in the buffet. The pools look yellower than we all know. We didn't even try them. The room doesn't look old, excellent cleaning, shower curtain in the repulsive bath. We asked for a new one and we also gave it used (although not so old or with so many lamparones)

Nice hotel just a few things poor Wi-Fi, food a bit hit and miss, TV was pretty much all in German or Spanish and they make you pay for a safe that is already in your room if you need to use it.

Absolutely not recommended, rooms with mold and falling apart. Really bad food and drink. The Italian animation was the only Solievo in the moments in the hotel. Convenient if you plan to move around the island as it is centrally located.

Very basic rooms no fridge does the job if u only want to sleep in there… food again not very warm but eatable if u get in early … rooftop sunbathing area lovely as long as there no kids up there which there shouldn't b but there ave been.

It is a hotel with the facilities are decent, the staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. We come with fear because of the comments about the facilities, but in the end we were very happy. A three star hotel very good.

Well! We arrived on a Saturday night at around 9:30-10, at first impression it's clean and looks lovely, we was a party of 9, 3 being my children so we booked to have 3 adjoining rooms, 3 to a room, but 3 of us was put in a room on a different side (wasnt happy) and they couldn't do anything, the room I was in with 2 of my children was above the kitchen and delivery drop off, the air conditioner was broke so the room was far to hot! I told reception to be told hotel Is at full capacity so it's won't work as well, and we can't be moved, so I went back the second day to tell them, again they said they can't move us as they had no room, (yet ppl was checking in and out) so 5 days in I went back and told they they need to move us and I wanted to talk to the manager! They started looking for a room, by this time my daughters had prickly heat from not being able to cool down (going from hot weather to a hot room) they finally moved us to another room at around 6 that evening, much better a lot cooler but with in 2 days we noticed the air conditioner was leaking so had to use towels on the floor, told reception and they "sorted it" so we thought, but soon as we put it on it started leaking! Also we had ants in the room! 3rd floor! Some staff are great others are in the wrong job! Food was ok but repetitive and the Childress the same everyday not much choice! Pools on the roof are great for kids but it's got no covering at all so can't take them up there.

Currently staying at this hotel for a 2nd time and to say it has gone down hill is an understatement. Our room is very cramped and also has no plug for sink or bath. Reception staff told me this was island policy not to provide plugs. Basically lied to me as a neighbouring room gave me their plug when they checked out. The noise from unsupervised children is horrific going on well past midnight screaming right near our room for no apparent reason while the parents are drunk at the bar. The reception staff inform me this is normal for a 'Family resort' although in UK it would constitute child neglect. I have 2 children myself but would never allow them to scream and shout outside other guests room. The food is also dreadful with very little choice. To sum it up this hotel is the council estate of Fuertaventura with staff and guests being obnoxious and rude. The clientele are the dregs of society and would fit right in on Jeremy Kyle shows. I still have 5 days to endure of this sess pit.

Hotel is very comfortable with a quality-price ratio great. We loved the room; comfortable, nice and pretty. The cleaning staff with some incredible details (put the pajamas very beautiful way and when you get to the room, we loved it). The rest of the great staff, both the restaurant and reception. In particular, highlight the attention that we gave Alexandra and Abitai. We took a trip "3 islands" in the hotel and it was very fast and effective. The hotel facilities are good, has two swimming pools in the lower part full of English and children but then you have in the roof a space with sun loungers, two swimming pools and a jacuzzi quite a bit more quiet (even that I recommended that this space could be reserved only to adults). The restaurant is very spacious and the food quite good, we liked the idea of dinners with themes (night of indian food, Italian, mexican, Spanish, china…)
The location of the hotel is brilliant, close to the beach and shopping area of Caleta de Fuste. And in addition it is in the middle of the island so it is ideal if you are renting a car and touring the island. Possible things to improve: The hotel had flaws, Even I could tell that they were fixing little by little, so something very good to continue mejorandolo. The animators do not speak Spanish, but the performances for the night were good and in 5 languages including Spanish.

Phenomenal, the hotel is super good. The rooms are very clean, the hotel with a very nice atmosphere, the truth that the staff we treatment great. On the other hand you have areas for both large and small-scale, the play area I loved because it tiebes to the side of the pool at all times you could have watched. Already and gone to several hotels in fuerteventura but without a doubt, this is the best, if I go without a doubt serious to this.

Lunch and dinner the same food, bland at best or over spiced. When thay say local drinks thay mean it. Soft drinks are only drinkable if you water it down but just went to the local shop to by coke instead. The alcohol is not much beter but you are close to some great pubs. Rooms can be a good size of not a party of 2 and stuck in one of the corner rooms that are very small. There are much better hotels out there but this one is cheap. Water in the showers dont go between 5pm and 8pm as no water pressure. Good luck and enjoy this hotel if you can.

Nice staff and good rooms but it's not the cleanest place and the food is average.

I have to say, that we were all family, all-inclusive, you have what is justito for a 3 star hotel with all íncluido. The pool area and solarium is short when it is full. The food without a big fanfare, is quite thorough; with something that makes you like, yes, palate-neutral total. Our room correct, although a few family members, the air was not going. You don't have views, but is a 2-minute walk from the beach.

The hotel is located close enough to the sea, 400 meters, it has several swimming pools, two on the ground floor and others on the roof. Personally I was in those on the roof, as the highs were always very crowded. The rooms are very large, the restaurant good.

are only just back went on 14.3.17 stayed till 28.3.17 room was lovely apart from twin beds with cable ties loll and we got a pool view, the only problem me&mostly everyone had was
the food, it was always cold although they said there's a microwave to heat it up but doing that for 14nights and days put you off… also kids buffet same ever night and day, also not good reheating food when your pregnant, as I am in catering business, anyway it was very friendly and as a said staff were lovely… would I go back yes not for food though would eat out more… see you all at Christmas time although we have booked another hotel thanks again PaulClare-Ann&Bumpaloo xx.

We spent a week's holiday over the Christmas days. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the food in buffet form is mostly matched to the English guests. We found the mattresses with plastic oversized on the beds negative, so they sweat very strongly. Otherwise the hotel offers everything as described.

Lovely place, rooms clean maid service brilliant, staff friendly as can be, food repetitive that's the down side. Entertainment well… absolutely superb welcoming brilliant helpful friendly the teams will be missed dearly.

Exactly what you'd expect from a three star resort. Cheap and cheerful with lots of stuff to do nearby. The only things that let it down are the quality of the food, though there is plenty of choice, and the beds are squeaky with mattress protectors that rustle as much as a forest in a gale when you move around. Otherwise it's very clean with fantastically friendly English speaking staff.

Went there in August Omg it was the best place EVA.

I have been this week, and I've had a great time, it is highly recommended. I will come back.
