If you are not happy with your room, pay for luxury apartment thats when we get two bottles of wine water and milk and dark chocolate bars. Absolutely fantastic.

Pool area first class room slightly dated. There are superior rooms but more expensive.

Fantastic location, nice warm pool in winter months but make sure to get a superior room as these have been newly refurbished and the rest are a bit tired.

, no squabbling for sunbeds but, not great really for kids in the pool. Rooms very basic, we have 2 children and booked f and paid for said kids but, arrived and no bed for 1 of the children and the didn't rectify as said didn't have a spare bed even though we'd put babes and dob on booking sheet so, ended up buying a blow up mattress. Wouldn't go back!

Lovely and clean staff great a bonus heated swimming pool close to everything we normally go in November and would definitely stay there again.

Had a fabulous apartment here in July. A bonus was having a washing machine in the bathroom. The only minus was that light bulbs weren't changed. Beautifully kept garden areas and is in a central location. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

A lovely complex, very clean and everything you needed. Central location and close to beach, no faults found here. Would stay again.

Some of the rooms are dated and and could do with a refurb but it is clean. The kitchen is very small with hardly any worktop surface for preparing food, does have essential appliances. Swimming pool good and plenty of sun loungers. Nice and quiet at night.

Stayed in apartment 206 amazing everything you need really home from home spotless villa florida its self was great central lovely quiet secure complex holidayed in caleta for 15yrs will definitly stay again.

Very comfortable and quiet, I felt very comfortable.

Our friends stayed there last October and are returning this October the front of the Complex has ben refurbed it looks really nice basic accomadation but very clean.

Enjoyed our stay here, although the apartment we had wasn't great, it was one of the older apartments that have not yet been refurbished, unfortunately the terrace was not a sun facing terrace and the apartment itself was dark with the most uncomfortable couch known to man. The complex itself is well located though and there are numerous good bars and restaurants nearby. The Tandoori on the corner was particularly lovely.

Having a really nice time and all staff are wonderful except the sour face grump rip off bar man in the onsite red lion bar… during happy hour my wife was overcharged by him and when confronted as he is pocketing (stealing) the extra money he becomes aggressive. Becomesaggressiveand after speaking to other guests this seems to be regular practice. Beware the thief in the red lion pool bar.

Good price and close to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Good complex. But room was poorer. Needs up dating. Staff very good. Pool area good.

Good place. Right. All clean. Maybe something old the bathroom. But all very clean and correct. And the receptionist super nice bed very comfortable and no noise despite going on parties.

Well-equipped apartment with a communal pool.
Located in the centre of Caleta de Fuste. Close to restaurants and supermarket, also from the public transport stop.
To the middle of the island, few kilometers from the airport and the capital.
To keep in mind, do not put soap or shampoo. No dishwasher or scouring pad. But if you count with crockery, pots and pans.

Great location, housekeeping every day, various appliances inside the apartment and quite spacious.

Wow. Clean and the cleaners are always out and making sure that there isn't any chance to get rubbish etc. Close to the restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the sea front. Reception friendly and always welcoming.

Internet is shiet. And I got a wrong room I got old one and I bought an renovated one. Views are only roofs. Those are bad things goodthing:pool is good and reception nice. You can relax outside.

Villa Florida is Not As Advertised, infact it is Totally The Opposite. Firstly it was absolutely filthy, the Shower over the bath was so badly stained, apperared like stained blood. The floors were not cleaned after the last guests, hairs & sand everywhere. The ceiling fan was detaching from the ceiling, that was So Frightening! Reception staff Totally Unhelpful, I personally called upon a cleaning lady to please clean our apartment which she kindly did however the staining (old blood) mould from the bath could not be removed, & the most horrible smell that was horrendous. Anybody thinking this ia a family friendly place to go, forget it. Kids are not allowed any little soft balls, water toys, floats ect into the pool. Luckily they are allowed to swim! Shouting & laughter is not appreciatedby the life guards where children are corrected about "noise" The SO Called Bar where refreshments are available opened for about 4 hours per day & closed saturday & sunday. Gino the bar attendant will greet with an attitude of "what do you want"! My 11 year old daughter asked for diluted orange which wasn't available but was offered RED BULL AS AN ALTERNATIVE! The pool closes at 7pm sharp, infact they make it so uncomfortable by 6.30pm its easier to leave. When challenged about leaving the pool area so early where our beds were taken from us we were told we were not Even Allowed To Sit At The Pool Area BUT WE COULD SIT ON THE FLOOR!

Very justito. We had works in apartment next door but we were not given option. Wi-Fi doesn't get anywhere. I won't repeat for sure.

Arrival was perfect, receptionist was friendly, professional and informative. All communal areas are clean and tidy. Room was a little dated but more than adequate for our needs and was spotless. All staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is in a perfect location for access to everything. Would definitely recommend and return.

First impression was great. Central location, very nice staff at the reception and generally a nice ambience in the outdoor area of the complex and in the entrance area.
The evil awakening then came in the apartment. Spotty bed towels, dusty cabinets, musty smell and toenails from the previous tenant in the bathroom. Plus an ant road in the kitchen.
A good reason to explore the beautiful island and return to the apartment very late. Unfortunately, only two stars.

Excellent apartments, lovely reception and bar staff. One extremely friendly and social female lifeguard and one very rude and antisocial female lifeguard who seemed to favour locals over visitors. Other than that, fantastic apartments, would come back!

Been going there for last 10 years tho they are doing it up very sad that they stopped the entertainment in the little restaurant by the pool and think it is time to try a different place to stay.

When we arrived we did not get any gifts ie wine or choclet we got cockroches running all over the apartment we were moved to another apartment with a bit of augment with a staff member, very basic no aircon only a fan hanging out of the celing in tje bedroom staff were friendly wardrobe smelled of mould would not recommend these apartments to my friends or any one, they are doing them up but the ones that are done up are dearer and have aircom, they should not rent out the apartments that are not done up. Not a happy holiday maker.

Love fuerteventura very friendly people and food very cheap also drink too.

Quiet (in May) and close enough to the centre to be convenient. Clean rooms, very good value and the pool is big enough to move about in.

A great apartment and a service and quality staff. We have traveled with young children and have not hesitated to make us the pleasant stay. The location is very good, you have shops, playground and other amenities very close by. I recommend it.

Stayed in villa Florida for ten days. We loved everything about this place. The cleaner's came every day with clean towels and toilet roll. The staff in reception were all so helpful always had a smile nothing was to must trouble for them. Two life guards one really nice the other not. The pool bar had a lovely gentleman working in it give my girl two free ice creams, the food in the pool bar not that good but the drink is good. Pool lovely and warm. Loved this place so much will book it for 2 weeks in August can't wait.

The best, the location. The "resort" is very careful and tastefully decorated. Another important thing to note is that the landlady let us out somewhat later than the time of departure from the apartment and we were able to leave our things, go back and shower before returning to the airport.
In February, absolute tranquility. He's got a pee. Close at 18:00, but in these dates the sun does not endure much more. In any case there are thousands of beaches to look like to stay in the pool.

Chocolate, red and white wine and bottled water on arrival at this beautiful modern apartment. More chocolates Cava and a card for New Years Eve. So many positives. The garden areas are creative and attractive. Very quite. The only downside is the freezing cold pool. No one is going in. When we spoke to reception, the receptionist was rude and defensive saying it was warm enough. Then the pool attendant was telling everyone that the heating was broken. I know who I believed. The poolside bar could do with a bit of personality. I would definately come back here but don't think I would bring the children as they are bored without the use of a pool. Can I say that the location is perfect, minutes away from the beach with shops and restraunts on the door step.

I've returned here 6 times, found apartments to be clean with good regular maid service. Staff are always very helpful,, pool and sun bathing area kept very clean, and for location — perfect — good restaurant and bars 2 mins walk, perfect! For getting home!

Great central location to use for a base to visit the island.

Stay here in 2008. Not great but was ok for a good price we paid. Had a good time in the resort so this made up for it.

We went 4 2 wks in aug 2010. (self catering) the room we got (212) was infested with ants. Which meant we couldn't eat in, had 2 eat out all the time. Being s/c u expect 2 get what we paid for. Also let me add insult 2 injury, this was our honeymoon. Recomend staying @ la tahoona bungalows.
