Very nice property, I can’t speak about the hotel, but the garden and pool looked amazing, lots of space. However, the beach here was not charming as the other beaches in Formentera.

Amazing place and views. The creamy rice with seafood is really good. (And heavy) Live music and you can see an man grilling the fresh fish in front of everyone. The scenery’s are amazing…

Start with some pan y aioli and continue with the best Formentera fish or the wok. The food/wine can be a bit pricey, but great value because of the amazing quality. The service is also excellent, especially maître d' Sergi. Combine his great attention to service with the great location and excellent ambiance, and you have a place you definitely want to return to. 5/5

This place is perfect if you’ve a lot of money and little taste. I didn’t stay here, just went for lunch and it was quite disappointing. The spot is really great and the decor is good — rather charming actually — but the lunch experience was everything but. We are outside looking out to sea but couldn’t hear the sea or the birds or the swishing of the palm trees in the wind or eachothers’ conversation because the awful muzak covers of great songs was playing way too loud from the huge speakers in every corner of the dining area. Do you need crappy music in a beautiful place like that? The food was ok but nothing more — for the price it was acceptable. When we were there there were almost as many waiting staff as customers and between them they managed to forget our wine even after we got up specifically to remind them. That’s waiting basics, guys, and you didn’t do well. We didn’t stay for coffee because it would have probably taken too long. Go somewhere else.

Relax and atmosphere in a fantastic location!

Just had a fab week at Gecko. The bedrooms are a little small but you won't spend much time inside. The hotel is located right on a beautiful little beach with a sunset shack metres away. Lovely gardens and pool area. Very calm and relaxing vibe. Great cocktails and food. Friendly staff. Well maintained and high standard of cleanliness. Short cab ride from Juan and Andrea's. 5 friends had a fab, fun time.

I did not stayed at this hotel but I did a tour in the garden and around the property. I asked the front desk for the prices to stay but they are a little high at least for me despite the structure being very nice and cared for.

For Italian average Catty who did not really understand the island. A place like a thousand other chic trés (it is to say). Definitely nice the English lawn type Country Club but… in Formentera? However it is in front of a piece of beach with good odds of being always covered with algae poseidonia. It depends on the current.

Lovely place, gorgeous view, relaxing atmosphere. Everything it s just the way you expect to be, from food, to cocktails. Staff as well extremely friendly, especially Camillo, who had a very nice attitude, he was a pro, and helped us with everything. Many thanks for that, we will certainly come back to Gecko next time when we gonna visit Formentera. We travelled as a couple.
