Well, it is the third time I go and there will be many more, it is an incredible place, you rest, you disconnect from the outside, they take care of you, they pamper you and listen to you, only its owner, CARMEN, knows how to do it, I am already looking forward to returning.

We have just returned from our second visit to Carmen's beautiful home in Extremadura and we can't wait to go back! We have been spoilt with beautiful scenery, peace and quiet and the most amazing sighting of vultures at Salto del Gitano, Portilla del Tietar and in Carmen's very own bird observatory. Carmen is full of warmth and energy and she has run around after us, catering for our every need: jugs of ice cold water, watermelon by her outdoor pool, 4 course dinners every night. We love you Carmen and we long to return again soon.
