Cuidados detalles y personal muy amable.

Manor hotel, we stayed in room suite 109. Very spacious and comfortable bed, large bathroom but with a bathtub with difficult access and with an artichoke shower very small and without being able to adjust the water jet, being quite small and with a lot of force. You miss a large artichoke like the ones in rainy water that are so relaxing.
We had to go over the room as it was not clean when we walked in, peanuts and a lot of lint on the carpet. The safe did not work as it had low battery. All this I understand should be checked in advance by the category of the hotel. We decided to take a tapa at the hotel and it was not possible as we saw no one to serve after 15 minutes of waiting. We were invited to dig for the whole disorder… detail to be thankful for.

A lovely place to have a drink in your inner courtyard at the same price as in the main square, no color!
We had some tapas and price / quality is very good. I advise you!

Well located, next to the Plaza de España. Everything was very clean and the staff treated nicely. It is a great palace that has been renovated in a very poor way. The quality of the rooms and the spaces of the hotel are not at the height of a 4 star hotel. The Gourmet breakfast has very little gourmet, the products are of poor quality and does not teach the quality of the products of the area. A good hotel but nothing special. It's a missed opportunity.

A place of luxury. I really liked the place. The Restaurant is very good. And the spectacular terrace area… 'll.

El personal muy amable y atento. Íbamos con 3 personas mayores, una con movilidad reducida y todo fueron facilidades. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la casa palacio está completamente restaurada y merece la pena visitar. El bar tiene unas tapas muy ricas y precios razonables. Sitio para recomendar y volver.

Good quality of service and good rooms. It keeps in general an atmosphere of calm, but the hotel is somewhat old and it shows in the various facilities that there are.

I do not give 5 stars because the service in cafeteria is lousy, in the breakfasts only have one person, after being waiting 15 minutes to attend US finally we went to the bar of the square, and in the evening and evening alike, they should improve that aspect.
The rooms are very spacious and I love that mixture of the old with the modern.

It's a charming hotel. Since you enter you breathe a special atmosphere that will transport you to another time. Its decor is flirtatious, the music is select… relax. The rooms are wonderful, the food exceptional. But the great atmosphere is linked to a special treatment of the staff and the hotel manager. I chose this palace for an event and everything turned out great.

Elegant Hotel in a Renaissance palace and in the heart of the historic centre of Plasencia.

The truth is told that both the service and the quality of the gourmet breakfast were pretty good. The Suite room we stayed in was not worth what we paid for it. We hit the worst of the Suites.

Hotel located in the centre of Plasencia, with new facilities. Always very well decorated and with a nice atmosphere. It has several areas that allow you to choose depends on what you want to do, from breakfast in the hall to have a drink on the terrace with magnificent views. The staff is very nice and they always cater great. Highly recommended, especially for the place where it is located.

The Hotel is a luxury but really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are 10. Nothing to Mention in negative about the rooms. The surroundings and location are perfect. For putting something to improve I would say that breakfast is not up to par. The right end of The year dinner and party.

The room and the bathroom very nice. The breakfast is not buffet but very rich and original. In my room there was a noise that was not the air conditioning nor the heating and I did not know how to detect. I said nothing xq I was only 1 night.

Best hotel in Plasencia. Truly an incredible experience, even more so that the price is sub 100€ per night. WOW! Superbly placed, right next to everything in the old town. For The bedding, we were upgraded thanks to our membership with Tablet Plus, it was also really great and outstanding, not to mention the sheer size of the suites which are huge, (2.5m square shower lol). Only problem was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't go through all of the room (un reachable in the bedroom). Also a really great restaurant if you want to stay at night! Finally the breakfast was also incredible, great quality products (and quantity too. ). Also, it's located in an ancient palace that probably belonged to some rich notary or aristocrat, so it looks great in terms of architecture! All in all, this was the best experience I've ever had for a hotel in Spain, truly amazing, I mean it is undervalued at this point (for 100$ a night, this should be more around 350$! ) I mean this in all honesty, it deserves it's five stars.

Excellent treatment. The wonderful room and restaurant both the food and the attention received has been great. A place with a lot of charm.

The food was really good. The service too if you go there I recomend you to pick up the gourmet breakfast.

It was very confortable and it was very centric.

An outstanding hotel. Beautiful to look at, splendid to stay at. Staff courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are out of this world and words fail me when describing the splendour of the bathrooms. The food is exceptional. Probably the best Spanish hotel I have stayed in.

Magnificent mansion in the historical district, the suite hotel is spectacular, the breakfast and restaurant very good, as well as the staff. It has a small heated swimming pool.

A great initiative combine tourism and heritage in the center of the city. Very nice, well decorated and centrally located.
If do not get you 5 stars for that, without being their fault, no parking in the area.

Have only very late in the evening, asked for a room and are perfect have been treated. Have to 10.30 still an excellent meal. The rooms are really top! The price for this is ridiculous.

In few places we have been taken care of my family with such kindness An excellent deal and good to do Of this a year ago and not forgotten.

Not alomajos at Palacio Carvajal Girón for reasons of work, that at the time of our arrival and accommodation, made it a pleasure trip.
Close but respectful treatment, elegant but without pomp, empathetic and custom.
Pity not spending any more night to try the restaurant.
