Beautiful hotel — modern in historic building — successful symbiosis.
Staff and service exemplary.
Guests with dogs can also stay here in style. The fenced path for a manageable walk with trash cans, as well as the dog basket with food bowl make traveling with a dog easier.
The regional dishes of the restaurant are delicious and fair in price. For us a relaxing stopover on the way to Andalusia.

Spectacular surroundings, infinite tranquility, exquisite food and unbeatable treatment of all the staff.
The Spa is beautiful and very complete.

I visited as a day guest as there was a great offer for spa, massage, and dinner. I can't speak highly enough about the place. The staff were extremely attentive, the service was friendly and personal, the spa was fantastic, the bar was cosy, and the restaurant was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We have stayed before and have returned to the same welcome and kindness. The staff are very courteous and friendly and our dinner yet again was excellent. We will return again in December.

I stayed at this hotel twice the staff are really friendly and helpful the Building is amazing and what is not to like about the stork nests in the garden.

A wonderful place. The staff is of absolute kindness. At any time available to guests water and prosecco. Large complex, well-groomed, fresh, fragrant! Large and spacious rooms taken care of in detail. Functional spa, outdoor pool a little small… Too bad. We felt pampered and will definitely be back to great value for money.

We booked to spend a quiet night in this hotel outside of Cáceres city, we were not warned that that day they celebrated a wedding with live music until after 12 o'clock at night, if we had known we would not have chosen that hotel, it is indecent that they did not warn you of something so it's going to have a direct impact on the quality of the accommodation. Dog night, no rest and on top to pay 194 euros. I would never recommend this hotel, but if you still want to ask if you play wedding that day. They omit it to win everywhere, very bad!

Currently staying in it until tomorrow. At the moment everything perfect, an amazing place from the moment you enter and in each and every one of the services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The SPA and pool sufficient, clean, accessible and comfortable. It is one of those places that the photos they put correspond to reality, we travel to many places and the disappointment is continuous and I can certainly say that this is my place of retreat and rest. The breakfast was very good. Coffee and hot dishes (eggs to taste) you order and bring them freshly made for the moment. The café was perfectly serviced, cozy and comfortable and the best that pets are allowed… sites in this category don't even usually do so and we can take a walk through these great gardens. Cacen in just 2 minutes. Gratefully surprised to find this site and grateful that there are still professional level grateful and dedicated. Congratulations!

Very nice place. I attended a wedding at a pergola on the outside and it's been beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was nice, but not everything you would expect from the property category.

A very nice hotel, clean and careful in a nice setting. Close to Cáceres but secluded. Very quiet and the spa is phenomenal. One thing I have not liked for those who like the breakfast in the hotels, is that in the buffet breakfast there is a letter that specifies what the breakfast is and it is indicated that it is served natural orange juice and the ham is Iberian and none of the Two things are true. Orange juice is packaged and low quality Serrano ham. I hope they improve that detail.

Nice Hotel but with major deficiencies to be a 5 star: Just get there, the parking is somewhat secluded in a very windy area.
The rooms are not bad but the carpets are very dirty. We are in a suite and have a very bad layout, the bed on the top floor and the bathroom downstairs, very uncomfortable. It's cold in the hallways. The food is pretty mediocre, except for the breakfast, which is not bad. The room service leaves a lot to be desired, the food arrives cold and is not brought covered with anything…
The spa is fine, aunq the floors of the changing rooms are dirty. To go to the cafeteria you have to cross on the outside, if it is cold or rain it is very uneasy. The only thing worth it really is the staff, which is very friendly, but otherwise, the hotel lacks a few minimums to be considered 5 stars.
I wouldn't repeat it.

Fantastic hotel. One of the best I ever stayed in. These people understand customer service. Our two small dogs were welcomed with their own cushion, water bowl and snacks. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent place to rest, pleasant spaces inviting you to take a walk. Very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend anyone this hotel as they book a suite and the aisle Asta arrive smell terrible and the last night the smell came into the suite and you could not stay, otherwise meaning very average rather it is a 3 star hotel and not 5 as they say.

This Saturday I was in communion, and I have only one word to describe everything there EMBARRASSING occurred.
SHAMEFUL since we arrived in the tent where it was held until we left her.
Staff incompetent, unprofessional and poorly educated.
Long, low, cold food and that who served what was on the menu that wasn't nearly anyone from 4 inbound pusieron1, Iberian bad, drinks large bottles (5 star), mediocre products and thus an endless list.

A place with lots of charm. From the reception you noted the kindness and professionalism of the workers. The rooms are very well equipped and the spa is a wonder. We also enjoyed a splendid dinner in which they made gala of a large kitchen.

We were staying at this hotel for the PremioHospesblogs 2015. I was fortunate to stay and enjoy your spa with a massage. I have to say Is a great hotel with a great location, although away from the city. Facilities very good, clean, the food was very rich (we tried the menu of the capital) and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious.
