The pool area could be improved. Has a small pool and another medium with the water to a good temperature because it gives the sun. The rooms are old and the bathroom also. Are clean. The hotel is very well located to visit the city on foot, and in addition the reception staff if you ask you will be given a map and advises you.

Well located, clean and with a pool that you can enjoy in the summer. I was in the family, is in front of one of the areas of roman ruins to visit in Merida. The front desk staff is very friendly and will explain where are the emblematic places to visit. You can access walk to all the center, if you like to go taking a ride.

If there is one thing I hate is that in the hotel room there are no plugs next to the bedside tables or bedside. A single Plug and was occupied by the connector of the bed. The Hotel is very well located. It only offers breakfast (no meals) and the swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 1st. If you want to rest at a good price.

Several hits, access to the elevator leaves you want, no fridge in the room, the toilet does not have an effective evacuation so you have to be pressing the exit of the cistern for a long time. I tell my experience: On April 5, 2018 I sent an email to the hotel as it had a chest Wonderbox 2 nights for two people, wanted a particular dates and in the mail I asked if there was availability for those dates to give the code of the chest and so book The. Seeing that they did not answer, at the last hour of the afternoon I called them to ask, tells me that as it is a "reservation" with chest Wonderbox takes it directly the director of the hotel ie, reception that is who picks me the phone can not tell me anything?. I indicate that the hotel manager is not at that time and the next day (Friday) will answer the mail. On Friday they do not answer and on Saturday I call again to ask, tell me that the director had not gone and that Monday without fail will answer. Today, Tuesday, April 10th, I still have no answer. So as I do not think that customers have to beg a room, I have looked for another hotel with which I have not had any problems and, incidentally, has much better score than this one that looks pretty justito.
Without having gone, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The same if they stop having customers accept those who go with gift boxes, which gives me to think that is the reason for its non-response, if it is not, I ask forgiveness and then I think it is because of the inefficiency of its director.

Bien situado, en frente del Mitreo y a menos de diez minutos andando del centro. Tiene aparcamiento propio aunque sin sombra. La habitación estaba bastante bien en relación calidad precio. Se ve que es un hotel que tiene unos años, pero la atención es muy buena. Cómo contra poner que la cortina de la bañera se le echa a uno encima mientras se está duchando, lo que da un poco de reparo.

The only good thing, the free parking. The hotel is inaccessible, the rooms are not well insulated and the furniture is old. Only 1 plug in the room (discounting the plug from the TV and in the bathroom). The quality corresponds to a pension of 1 or 2 stars, on the other hand, the price of almost €50 in the night is typical of a 3 star hotel. I would not go back or recommend it.

We stayed here for a 1 night stay in Merida. Lovely little hotel, keep your eyes open or you will miss the entrance. The pool area is nice and clean. The rooms aircon is acceptable — but is either on or off. There is a Lidl up the road, which we used to get nibbles from we didn't eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that. The bed was comfy and our room had a bath — which is always a win for me. It is centrally located and has free parking. Easy walk to a lot of the sights and would stay here again if in Merida for a night or 2.

For cons bathrooms need to be modernized and especially little hotel accessible for people with disabilities.

Good professionals, helpful and attentive. The hotel is OK, the rooms cozy and the location is good as it is ten minutes from downtown walking. I recommend it.

You don't see the three stars in the hotel anywhere. Small room and claustrophobic. Poor value for money. Well the parking and more or less the situation. It's not far from the center. Very expensive breakfast, €7 per person seems excessive.

Family business look a like. The best employees I've ever found, always available to help. No access for people with physical disabilities.

Merida was such a wonderful surprise for me, many many Roman ruins, and a Roman bridge still in daily use. I think several cities in Spain, including Merida, have places as beautiful as La Alhambra.

The hotels are like twins, always have something that the difference. In this case, the price-quality ratio is satisfactory; resembles coherent assessment that may include the option of breakfast: plentiful, varied and palatable. My priorities in the choice were the ease of access (did not know Merida) and the free parking of the hotel itself; both of these requirements included in the offer, together with a swimming pool that, if instead of being fall it was summer, it would be appreciated. The hotel staff is very nice and the hotel is clean, but it is impossible to compensate with this, how small are the rooms, how badly soundproofed is. In urgent need of reform, and expand the size of the rooms, mine had no closet.

You are very kind but I have liao with the air conditioning is not operating by not know that roll I was told (not what they believe or they) but well, I have compensated invintándome the buffet breakfast and I appreciate that, although the evening hours of hell I have been in the tenderloin.
