We have been a large group of friends, a total of 20 people between adults and children. We have been taken care of wonderfully well. We have been able to take a menu (15th adults and 12th children) on Sunday, fantastically prepared, with excellent products. In addition the décor is exquisite and well maintained. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are the inner courtyard and the spectacular viewpoint.

The private spa has a window which still makes you relax and enjoy that little bit.

It's a spectacular place, very nice. It is close to the Plaza de Llerena. Before entering, seeing the facade outside, and you expect what you're going to find inside. Of the accommodations in this town is definitely the best. The only downside is the high prices. For those who can afford it, it's worth it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one person at reception implies waiting for customers if they are claimed elsewhere. The high is the restoration, both the restaurant and the cafeteria are catered for by one person, the poor must be coming and going from one place to another; If you are in a restaurant and go to the cafeteria you can throw 10 minutes waiting for me to come back to order anything, if you go to the cafeteria you find it empty and you have to go to warn to come.

It is a hotel within a classic building but completely renovated and with everything that is required today. It has a small individual spa The breakfast is served at table, and you can order whatever you want to have breakfast all the staff very friendly.

Nice location in the village. GREAT staff! Every need we had was met immediately and with a smile! (Sometimes even in English, which was very kind! ). We didn't take advantage of the spa or pool… Next time we will! The room lacked sufficiently hot water to have a comfortable shower, but the staff said they would check that before the next guest arrived, so that isn't a big complaint. I would suggest that they leave the little papers with the Wi-Fi password in every room, rather than asking the guests to call or visit the front desk… That's just an unnecessary inconvenience (or give it to the customer when you give them the key). The breakfast was very good quality, with a large variety of hot and cold. The beds were comfortable, but there is one large, think pillow for the entire bed. This would be perfect for a couple who are back-sleepers, but it's challenging when you're fighting for different arrangements of the same big pillow! Having two smaller pillows in the closet would be very welcome! Wi-Fi worked will. Rooms are quaint, with high ceilings (in the main building) — very attractive!
