Good value for money. Breakfast was very good. The girls who were in charge of the hotel, both at reception, and at breakfast as the waitress, very polite and friendly.

Very good price. The room was very clean and comfortable. It would remove the carpet, as it is quite unhygienic. Breakfast included, no frills, but right.

The rooms are ok for the price they have. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communications with the center also well. If you use a metro, take the 10-trip combined pass (about 18 euros) to get around all areas.
To improve: include a fridge in the room and a better organization in the dining room for breakfast.

This is a typical Holiday Inn Express. After I booked the room either the review which said that the rooms were hot and they had to open the windows. But I booked two rooms and the rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Rooms were very clean and up to the standard of a typical Holiday Inn Express. The parking under the hotel cost 8 Euros but it's very tight. There is ample street parking on both sides of the hotel and is very safe. I prefer to park on the street just because I do not want to bump the car in the parking garage. this hotel is perfect if you are coming late in night or have a early flight and you have your own car. It's a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Rooms are spacious and have the necessary toiletries. Breakfast is a buffet with decent food and drinks.

Good deal for clean room and very good breakfast… Beware hot as a sauna no A/C until late May have to sleep with the windows open yikes…

Very comfortable. I stay often for work and for the price it has is very comfortable both the bed and the pillows. It includes breakfast which is quite varied (the sausage lowers the final note as it is not for throwing rockets). Overall I recommend.

We arrived late. The person at the reception told us that the hotel was full. When I asked him if he had a toilet, Il'ma said no… it's 6:00 in the morning the only thing we wanted was to sleep before going back on the road… anyway, thanks for the welcome we will go somewhere else next time.

Simple Hotel, but very functional, without superfluous details. Ideal for stays simple without any pretensions that you find a spacious room, with everything you need, and a simple breakfast, but with all the basics, including. How to say, simple but functional.

I loved this hotel but (this is not the hotel's fault) people should think more about others as they raise a lot of the voice at certain times that everyone is asleep. All I ask is that you remember there are people sleeping next door and you can't scream as much as you like. Otherwise and I say this is not the fault of the hotel all great and very good the buffet.

Excellent hotel to go with children to visit Madrid, good price the family rooms with breakfast included. Then there's the subway close by so you don't walk with the car.
Highly recommended.

I was here for 4 nights, NOT GOOD… not clean, tiny shower you can barely fit, DIRTY SHEETS!, very noisy you can hear everything from other rooms, slow and not permanent internet, super lower food quality for breakfast, it would take a while to take a taxi, you have to pay €20 if you need an iron… NOT RECOMMENDED.

The cleanliness is better because there were utensils in the room that we could not use because they were dirty like the kettle. The towels very worn look very old. Very bad experience. Rooms are too noisy and one can hear adjoining room's voices. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast is basic. Rooms are not clean upto the mark. If you start internal heating, then the room is filled with a noise which reminds you of a diesel engine. All in all I would not recommend this hotel.

1st floor is a noisy disaster. Helpful front desk staff could not make up for a horrible 2-day stay.

About 4 years ago it was not and I have noticed a significant improvement especially in the re-decoration of the entry and especially in the area of breakfast in decoration and gastronomic offer. I love coming here because the reception is spectacular, make you feel one at home. I will continue recommending and in my visits to Madrid this area you will always take into account. Thank you.

The address is incorrect. This hotel is in the Av of the Pyrenees the street corner road hacked or something as well.

The rooms are very good and helpful. Pity that they charge parking but if that is worthwhile.
