Lousy… The truth. The receptionists, you slobs. The rooms are simple, and not very clean. The bathrooms are missing several things,. The second day we had k ask for towels, we hadn't even been left in the sink. Very simple breakfast, a little toast to toast, some industrial pastries and some cold cuts… without further a do. The truth disappointed.

Things disappear… We stayed one night to our holiday in Granada. Leaving at about 9:00 my wife forgot her wallet on the bedside table and about 11:00 when we realized we called the hotel and they told us that it is not there… I spoke to the Hotel Manager and without accusing them of anything the first thing he tells me is that "there they don't keep the customers' things"… very professional response.
At no time did they shuffle the possibility that the wallet would have been taken by a hotel employee but if they questioned our version. I hope that the person who took it puts it to good use for the 400 euros it contained and I ask that Xfavor send the wallet to the police with all the documentation of my wife and children to send it to Leon.

The hot water from the shower was hard just for one person and the next day I was still without enough hot water.

Worst hotel in my life! Very dirty room, the bathroom had hairs and stains on the screen, the closet door was broken, the room furniture was full of dust and dirt. The beds made noise when you moved. You can hear the showers from other rooms and noises. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is not bad. The only thing that has bothered me is the attitude of the cleaning girls! I understand that they have to work… but at nine thirty in the morning hitting and talking loudly down the aisle… throwing the doors… well, it doesn't seem right. It's like they're kicking you out of the street.

Since I enter the hall smelled of tobacco and when I enter the floor of my room every time more, there is not the thing that the room and bathroom smelt of tobacco much, much… even my 10-year-old son said so. They moved us out of room. Plastic curtains in the bathroom, pillows harsh buff I'm not going to be back for sure.

Hotel simple but enough to spend a night or two. About 1000 meters from the commuter train stop from where you can move to the center of Madrid. It has a small covered parking under reservation.

Good place to stay and go to Warner Bros Park, it's a 7 minute drive away.

The hotel is good, the room was clean and well prepared. It has some remediable flaws, like some broken trim or you notice that some things are old, but for something it's a 3 star. The bathroom is the worst harmed, I would need a handyman to restore, type old gaskets and stuff. We've only had breakfast here, typical hotel buffet. Recommended if you have to spend one or two nights if you catch it.

Pinto is the most beautiful town in the south of Madrid.

It is a very good hotel in which to spend a weekend, more time would make eternal, but perfect to stop and rest if these pass. This very well located, being very close to town hall and the main streets in which it develops all the activity, and the train also caught very close, so that one of its best features is the location.
