Great quality/price hotel. Very practical if you travel to Warner Park or need a spot where you can park and be quiet on a trip to Madrid without spending a fortune on hotels in the capital. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in an area near a burger King and a McDonald's. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To be a 3 star hotel follow the NH line. The rooms in perfect condition: very comfortable bed, HD TV, and ideal bathroom with all the accessories (including the hairdryer)

Ofrecen muy buenas ofertas para ir a la Warner bros, es económico en cuanto a la calidad de los servicios, los trabajadores encantadores y las habitaciones dependiendo la que cojas son muy amplias con baño propio, y son muy acogedoras, las recomiendo si vas a ir en familia, el Wi-Fi es gratuito pero no como en otros lados este es de calidad no te pega Cortés por estar muchos usuarios metidos, además de la Warner te ofrecen más opciones de ocio economicos.

Small Hotel of city, with good breakfast but well located do not have the possibility of half board, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

We have spent four days in this hotel. The hotel is good, cleanliness very good, and the staff both on reception as everyone that you cross I was treated super well. The breakfasts were great, the hotel is prepared to go with kids and have a special area for the breakfast of the kids. Only I put a paste, do not have a restaurant in the hotel and for dinner when you come back, in our case, the amusement park was a drawback as the kids come back tired from all day and not have the urge to go to dinner there.

All very good but we asked for a triple room (that is 3 beds) and we have put a double with extra bed.

The hotel is on the outskirts there is not much atmosphere around it, they confuse the triple room with a double and extra bed, something very ugly. There are posters to sensitize guests to take care of the environment by using soap and towels, I find it very well but I have left my towels hung for use on the second day and have changed them for a new, I do not fit their ideologies.

They are well clean a little stiff sheets should be a little softer but they are OK the NH.

When you need well, by necessity or for leisure stay in a public establishment is a marvel to find one like this. Comfort, cleaning, and attention are guaranteed.

We have stayed several times in this hotel and every day is going to better, in Límpieza, assortment of breakfast etc… The best to emphasize the friendly and familiar treatment of all the employees, from reception included Maria the girl of breakfasts, super friendly and helpful. I was in this hotel for 2 days for work, single room well appointed, meeting room at the right price (lacked the projector) good breakfast and staff who also speaks Italian. A few minutes Madrid by public transport.

Mary, Miriam, Fernando, ISAAC and the rest of the staff have made us feel at home. Excellent breakfast, absolute tranquility to Peaar of the complaints of other users about the environment. Honestly, the treatment of the employees has been fantastic.

The night of 5/12/016 /llege very late made it easy for me to rest as quickly as possible, very good breakfast, no gram buffet but several replenish very well, the cameras super friendly, clean quiet and very good beds, I recommend it.

It is a very quiet, clean and good service, it is already the second time that we have come s the weekend and it is fabulous.

Attention horrible, little attentive to the customers, when you have a problem do not help to fix it, I prefer other hotels …

They don't ensure you a parking spot, even there is empty spots for a renting car and it is late in the night, they don't allow you to park there and the area is not secure at all. The employees and the hotel itself are nice.

It is a hotel which has a great service by its employees as also for its location distance with Madrid, half an hour from atocha, very well connected. And another of warne, as also of the shopping centre xanadu, in the same way that Park Europe about three quarters of an hour drive, and half an hour from Toledo. It was my second time at the hotel which I've become to leave very happy to stay and treatment. I thought be in one in the center of Madrid since I went to see the Lion King but doing number not me salian since everything is blue zone more noise with…
I recommend it and safe the next time in Madrid volvere to repeat hotel.

Es un hotel que piensa en el huésped, ofrece actividades como running en grupo, las habitaciones están limpias y sin amplias y además a buen precio, por otra parte el desayuno es muy variado.

Habitaciones bastante bien, cama grande, buen diseño y ambiente agradable. El desayuno incluido es buffet aunque algo básico. La relación calidad precio está bastante bien, sobretodo si tienes que hospedarte por la zona sur de Madrid.

It lies in the South of Parla, it has easy location, since it is on a main road. But it is away from the Centre of the village. Recommended for people passing.
