Very nice staff especially at reception. Overall we have enjoyed the stay. When we return, we will definitely stay again at this hotel!

Close to the airport, good rates. Recommended.

Perfect, very spacious room, clean and with everything you need! The bathroom still had nothing negative. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Economical, clean, comfortable, ideal to stay if you are passing. The best thing is that you call on the phone to go to find and take you to the hostel… Same thing when you March.

Excellent we had a good experience with this hotel. They have a shuttle from and to the airport. We arrived before the check in time which was 1pm and the recaption was very friendly and they got us the room at 11:00 ❤️ . Also it was rainy and cold when we called for the shuttle we asked them for the breakfast time and they keep it for us half hour after it was close! Clean and comfortable room recumbent it for a hotel near the airport.

Excellent place to rest, has a shuttle service to the airport terminals that are very close, from 10 to 15 minutes depending on the terminal, also make transfers to the metro of the barajas village and to the Madrid IFEMA fair, the cost is very good, the breakfasts quite complete. It's a little off. Great as a transition site as it has an airport service. Very friendly staff, always attentive and solution of any problem very fast. The cleanliness and the nice rooms.

Small Hotel on the Via Della Plata, unpretentious but cozy and clean.
Equipped with wide and bright restaurant bar, where I had a good breakfast.

Adequate minimum services, the room we got with minimum comfort, for trip stay well, although the price of 61 euros for the room and breakfast seems high.

A good place to rest… good access for public transport… good attention.

In general the hostel is well, there are small details that you can not overlook, an example of this is the Wi-Fi signal was intermittently for several hours.
I find it somewhat exaggerated to pay almost €7 to be able to use the parking.
How I mention the bad things, I also do with the good, the staff very friendly and cordial. Modern and very clean rooms.

So far, so good. I called for shuttle from the airport and it arrived on time, and I actually arrived early (check in time is at one pm) but they got me a room. Very friendly receptionist. Room is neat and tidy. For a hostel near the airport, it's good for a night's stay.

Unpopular opinion time: you won't like this place if you are spoiled and entitled. It was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was extremely polite, so I loved it. It was really close to the airport, which also meant it was on too busy a road for us to feel comfortable walking off for a sightseeing stroll. Not much to eat, but the staff was accommodating. It had what I wanted — a bed, a shower, shuttle service, and smiling faces.
