Great value for money. Super friendly reception and cafeteria staff and great atmosphere for families with children. Also very close to Warner, Madrid and other areas to visit.

We celebrated our wedding there this weekend. It has been something familiar and it could not have been more beautiful… the delicious menu, the impeccable service. Close, pleasant, attentive at all times for anything… better impossible. I would go back to do it there with my eyes closed.

Spectacular complex with playita and lake to celebrate beautiful weddings and different spaces to choose from. The complex offers a lot of amenities and also let you take your own decorators. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My experience is for the wedding of some friends and I must say that the place is great, cozy, we were treated wonderfully… my son loved it because he had a castle for the kids to play with. The food was… starters enough not to feel like dining. Wonderful dinner and the waiters are very nice and attentive. I can only say "Chapó".

I visited him at a business meeting. Very nice and cozy cabins decorated with different themes and great taste. Very spacious meeting rooms. Bar area also very nice. The exteriors were very clean and in Nature.

We were invited to a wedding, and the ceremony, the setting… All very well. But…
FOOD ALLERGIES are not taken into account at all:
Being allergic to tropical fruits (and having warned before) I was desserted with a mango ice cream. We first asked a CAMARERO what ice cream was, he told us he would ask in the kitchen, and he never came back.
We asked the room manager later, and although this one did know the allergies I had (and knew my name), I didn't know if the dish had mango or some tropical fruit, the room manager! He told us he was going to ask the kitchen, but he never came back either.
So in the end the dessert stayed all on the plate.
I know you understand that a wedding is a complex service, but with food allergies it's not an issue to take so lightly.

Good place, good places. Good food and restaurant area well served. But in celebration of communions overflowing good food but poor service and lousy attention. If not for the attractions for the kids who enjoy as Dwarves I would not recommend it to anyone.

It's a good place to go with kids, in my case we went for a celebration and did night. The place seemed clean and enjoyable, for putting a paste, that at the breakfast buffet had a bit of chaos and not put Savannah up, just a quilt and for which we are a bit hot…

The pools were closed without any information at the reservation time. The room smelled funny, suppose it's from the woods we needed to open the windows everyday so that the smell go away. Still is a heaven near a large city as Madrid. We only hear birds and nature sounds. Breakfast was average.

I went to the stork for a family event. About the food, the portions are plentiful, and well flavored without being special dishes. The service somewhat slow, surely because of the amount of events that are held on the site. The best thing would be for the children, as they have varied activities to make them entertained.

Very quiet and nice place. Great breakfast. The only downside is the strange smell in the cabin. We think Q is the wood itself or the treatment they give. There are loose rabbits Q The kids have a great while trying to catch them. All the staff q has served us lovely.

Beautiful resort. The cabins are very nice and comfortable, all different. The mattresses are super comfortable. I have been twice, every time in a cabin type and I liked them very much, clean and nice. The food in both the restaurant and the cafeteria very good. Totally recommended.

An unbeatable site… We Went to try our luck and meet him as we had heard of him and the truth is that we did not disappoint anything. We went in June passing by as we were traveling. Impressive site with a variety of activities. Great for the kids by the lake, the mats and the pool.
The houses smell a little strange because of the wood used.
The breakfast buffet is awesome.
We had a problem with the door and the staff were quick to fix it.
How it looks. Negative to indicate that the wedding parties generate a lot of noise at night. However, the site is film and I'm sure I'll be back with more people and more time.

A lovely and cozy place. The cabins are ideal for a romantic night in a natural environment, close to the city.
It has activities that face the summer have to become a good experience even with children.

We were staying my partner and I in one of the cabins and we loved it. The cabin was super clean and the bed is great to rest. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

It is a very special complex, there are wooden cabins, its interior is spectacular worthy of any hotel room of 4 stars, the superior restaurant with very good views to the lagoon and to its zone Chilaut, have also a spectacular swimming pool, in general a site Very good to spend a great day with family.

Food was really good, as the bed was, cozy and big, the bungalow was all built with wood, a nice shower with different options (rain, spa…), air conditioning was OK, as you can see, everything was OK, but our water heater was locked in really high temperature, but they'll fix it ASAP. I really recommend it. Oh, they have swimming pool and a lake with a beach like sand zone.

We went to see the site as a possible candidate to celebrate our wedding. The people who attended us were lovely explaining in every moment all the details and resolviéndonos the doubts that arose. The site is huge and with plenty of space to welcome all guests, they also have separate wedding areas so that at no time join each other. We were very happy with the visit.

I met this resort for a wedding to which I was invited. It is a very charming place, overlooking the lagoons of Arganda, beautiful gardens, bungalows for stay and attractions for children. Very nice in a very nice and cosy environment. It is ideal for all kinds of celebrations, I attended a civil wedding, and I really liked the Organization of the event.

The menu for 18, 50 euros, without the Vat, I was pleasantly surprised. Good deal and very nice views to the lagoon in some of the tables.

Some years ago, the customer service was better than now. I usually go once in a while for my daughter I spent a while on the trampolines while we take something. The treatment of the waiters is distant. I'm not surprised by the low pay of the hospitality industry in Spain. With the drink you put a dish of nuts. Not much stretch.

It is a perfect complex, the staff is exemplary, up to the girls of room service are very sympathetic, and even if you don't put the poster so that they come to clean the room, if you see on the terrace come and they ask you if you want to clean it, very attentive, I read in a review that did not change you the wet towels you have to leave them in the ground next to the shower.

I can't describe how much I have loved this resort. A little gem unknown to many and so close to the capital. This complex is surrounded by the large nature reserve of the lagoons of Arganda del Rey. It has cottages to stay beautiful, as well as a lovely restaurant next to the lagoon. With incredible views. The food is very good, and they also have very well organized to perform weddings and events. At the beginning you misses much the place, but if you let yourself carried away by it, you'll end up discovering big surprises. The website does not do justice to the place, so don't trust by appearances.

It's a great place for celebrations, weddings, communions. They have a room ready to open air to perform the ceremonies which is very nice and they decorate it in such a way that it is cool. As for the tents, I've been in carp Los Olivos which has a huge Palm trees lit, inside which is nice for celebrations. The food is great.

Acceptable quality service, price a great place with good service until the girls cleaning are sympathetic we have children and they have enjoyed. Divine dinners and the gin and tonic on the terrace. We will return.
