Beautiful place, with large gardens, highly recommended to visit them. Good service and ideal location to spend the day in Aranjuez.

Very good location with respect to the city centre. The hotel is cosy, the breakfast is abundant and varied, the great but I would put it in their double rooms, they do not have a double bed and in return they are replaced by two singles, which is really uncomfortable if you are accompanied or in couple.

They should improve the rooms, the pretty malillas, dock beds, the 6-jet Whirlpool operated 3 and the artichoke wall bracket is bent or broken it's not clear to me. On the other hand, the super clean room, in that sense you have a 10 and the great views, what a shame the rest! It would not be too much for the TV to be at a normal height to see without splitting your neck and not at the table in the room. Thank you.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom is spacious. The staff was very friendly. It is very well located (close to places to eat, the garden of the Prince and the Museum). Not very close to the RENFE train station.

A well-pulled Irish beer with lid and in a cozy place. To repeat many times. The bar is very cozy.

It is a three star with some details of four, like the bathroom dryer, very powerful. The rooms are very good. The shame is that the pillows are of a better quality, they can provoke bad nights being a detail not very expensive to improve.

I put three stars, although I would put you two or even one, but as I want to make a general assessment because I have to say that the good thing about is the breakfast buffet is excellent, the room is beautiful, large, well furnished, with jacuzzi bath, also excellent care, all that is well and pay for it, but as I was a part of tourism also to relax and unwind, because I must say that the beds are awful I have come in worse than I went, towels pillows are like a cigarette paper. Noises are heard much especially the bathrooms of other plants the indipendenti, the cistern of the toilet, when people shower is, hear a loud noise that began at three in the morning and did not stop until half an hour later, abstract, among a few things and others don't sleep. There should be more soundproof and spend something over budget in comfort.

We are delighted. Yes, they are 3★! But the deal, beds, food, and location are better than others of more star I've been. Very comfortable.

We find the promotion of the hotel that includes rental of bikes and the truth was all very well, the accommodation great, with everything we needed and the visit to Aranjuez is also very good.

Last weekend we were staying in this hotel and it truly is the best by far. We will often Aranjuez for family reasons and work, had been staying at another hotel nearby, and the difference is abysmal. Attending staff, restaurant, brewery, breakfast. It has everything to be a landmark in the actual village and site of Aranjuez.

Taken to this Hotel by local garage when Motorcamper broke down. What a wondeful surprise! Helpful staff, delightful room with every convenience including a whirlpool bath, TV and A/C, all at a reasonable price in the heart of the town. Spotless room, fair breakfast. Will certainly advise friends to stay there and to see one of the finest Palaces in Europe. Negative. We did not stay longer.
