Great place for the price! Unbeatable location in a beautiful and very interesting city. I spent several days here and we had great weather too. The city is extremely clean and well kept, much more so than most mainland Spanish ones I know. The Hostal I give 5 stars but some details were not quite up to scratch: when I came there were hairs on the room floor but the bed and the bathroom were spotlessly clean and the next day everything was cleaned well, so I guess it was a small glitch. The people were very friendly and provided me with some more towels I needed, and I slept very well on the bed. The street noise was considerable but that did not bother me. Some rooms are much quieter than mine, so change if you need. Again, for the price and location and overall experience, I give five stars! Lovely place in a lovely place :)
For the performance versus price, this hostel is a great option. Great location, friendly and english speaking staff, clean rooms with everything you need. Not a typical "hostel", you will get your own room and bed (s).

Don't take the single room N7 it's awfu, very poor value at 45 euro, small, steps to get in and to go to the bathroom, claustrophobic, very smelly and with a window in a 20cm light well. The people are nice but that doesn't change my bad review.
