Perfect… Xavi, the Master of the place, is in the small care of his guests: he will advise you on the places to visit and will explain with passion what makes the interest of his city, Tarragona. All the hotel is design, clean, access to cutlery, micro wave, kettle if needed. A stopover at Xavi is necessary!

The room was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom for personal use but outside the room is unusual and there is no way to contact reception from the room. Excellent Hotel location.

Pigal was an amazing and cozy place! I really enjoyed it a lot. It has a beautiful common area to eat and share with other people. Hospitality from the Manager and other personnel are outstanding. I was helped by them all the time, ranging from tourism orientation, and receiving help with cooking my food. Cleanliness is outstanding too. The room is perfect, with a huge glass door that receives tons of light. Everything looks new inside the room, and the same situation with the impecable bathroom. I'm truly grateful for the amazing experience as these people truly care for guests. From my heart, thank you guys for everything!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is very simple and heated by radiators, the beds comfortable and everything perfectly clean is available the Wi-Fi and the TV. The only downside is there is no door in the bathroom but only a tent. To be at a star is a great hotel, I recommend it.

Beautiful place, Super Central. Perfect for getting to know the city (everything is nearby). People are lovely. I would definitely repeat it.

The room was very good. Very good location, very close to the city centre.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The only odd thing, not bad, is that the private bathroom is out of the room.
The rest is highly recommended for short stays in Tarragona.

Great accommodation, basic no frills. Very central. Staff are very informative, good English skills (I'm embarrassed at my lack of Spanish). Breakfast is basic but eatable. Would not hesitate to recommend Pigal. If your a light sleeper ask for a room away from the road. I'm deaf so its not an issue but it could be for hearing people.

Amazing place to stay for a light backpacker. The staff was friendly, the rooms even though very small are clean and well kept. Also there is option to get access to spa and gym for extra fee. Location wise this hotel is in perfect spot. Just a few min away from central road that leads to other sightseeing places and around 5min away from the harbour.

Love this hostel! Clean and tidy, incredibly gentle staff (during my stay the staff offered me the beakfast as a gift and a coffee in the afternoon). Deserves full stars: it's also close to all the main attractions of Tarragona. This place represents the simple things that work well. Excellent staying, I recommend it to anyone.

To time (and we travel quite inside and outside of spain) not recibiamos a deal so good by the reception of the hotel. The person that we recepciono is called Xavi, from here my congratulations, he was able to accommodate us so agile, to explain it all perfect, give us places to dine and eat that were a real success and also we did a route through tarragona foot to be able to see the most important thing in an evening and a morning. Although the hotel is very good, maybe not serious for 10, but if to 9, but thanks to people like xavi, does that give you a maximum. Good bed, good location good bathroom, with no excess room, simple but comfortable. From the hotel you can visit everything on foot. Wifi excellent. Parking does not have to, but I say area to leave the car for 1 euro per day.

Simple but extremely hospitable hotel. Owner goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possiblr.

Cosy and cost efficient. We had an renovated appartment with a balcony. Location is nice, near to many bars, restaurants and shops. Owner gave us some important touristic info and is really friendly. Minuses: 15 min to the beach, breakfast is too simple.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the old city and less than a 15 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are basical but very clean and comfortable.

Clean room, excellent location, very friendly staff. We were greeted warmly and shown how the get to all the attractions as soon as we arrived. Staff spoke very good English. The hotel is a 10-15 minutes from the beach and the old city.

Comfortable Hotel, clean, downtown and close to all places of interest. Excellent Staff, helpful, especially Xavi at reception who welcomes you with sincere interest and affection and gives information about the city, what to visit, how and when. I highly recommend it, a few times I found myself so well.

Nice hotel with a kind and friendly owner and staff. Unfortunately in rooms there is no air conditioned but only a fan. Breakfast is on a long table with other customers, like a family.

I absolutely love this place! The owner and employees where all so nice and very helpful with lots of useful local knowledge of the beautiful city of Tarragona. I've visited many hotels and hostels in Europe and this place ranks as one of the best!
