Three stars for a Hotel that doesn't deserve more. The rooms are noisy and your stay will depend on the people sleeping (or not) next to you. The food (for breakfast and for dinner) is a buffet but for sure you it could be better. I don't like that the drinks are not included with the food, not even the water! Come on… The water!

Everything is fine! But I will put 3 stars because in the hotel there is no Kandicionerov, yes, here many give meat which is tasty prepare but few cucumbers, tomatoes a lot but I do not eat them because I have on them an agery, a lot of greens. Cleaners cleaned every day. We liked it!

Hotel is nice and clean and bright, the Staf are all so helpful and friendly. Food is good and bar in well stocked, most enjoyable experience at Santa Monica.

Excellent hotel and location, staff and all inclusive were top notch. Great value for money, definitely will be back again.

Dont go here I am writing a review in the restaurant of the hotel. The food is not cooked the pasta is cold. Staff and beds are very nice though room service is quite good. Room size is one issue please dont try and fit three beds into a room unless they're big enough. •Foods not to try: scampie, jelly, pasta and anything else supposed to be hot. dont book a room on the 1st floor like 102 etc.

Clean hotel good food. Nice friendly staff. Just wish the air conditioning was switched on. May been warm in mid 20"S room very warm during the night. I know it's expensive to run, but so was my holiday.

Nice hotel kids club poor quality no kitchen facilities. Hair dryer in room staff great.

Excellent staff very friendly I do a balance of price and quality I think that I deserve a good note. Clean well decorated a variety of food to choose I good price. You have to follow the same.

Very good to sleep after a day in Port Aventura the buffet remains correct and very clean but it is not the gastronomy either. The Manager and room staff is very helpful.

If I had a second life, I would have lived in Spain! And the resort town of Salou is a modest but unique corner of the magnificent country. Loved everything! It is even difficult to distinguish something special. Service, cleanliness, attitude, food. And the sea! It would seem that the sea is sea, but here it is marvelous, honest word. Do not believe-go to Catalonia, make sure.

Quite in the years come, quite bright-hearing rooms and evening noisy surroundings. When you eat, you have to make a smear. I wouldn't come back.

Lovely Hotel close to beach and restaurants. Lovely staff, clean facilities, lovely fitness dungeon sauna and pool. Small outdoor pool. The buffet style food was best I'd had at all inclusive. Wide choice of for, sea food cooked to rider on hot plate. Loved it.

Everything is a beautiful place! The Beach people fishing. Nets to play Bolei. Bars. Shopping malls and lots of places to eat!

Good value for money already twice spent there vacation. Very child-friendly. Toni is a super lifeguard and plays with the kids at the pool. Food is fine. Room clean.

We arrived at the hotel to do the Check Inn, it was 12 in the morning, the time that any hotel can enter and to my surprise we had to wait until 14:15 to be able to enter (this all with two small children). Endless queues in the elevator, every time they opened the doors personal with cleaning cars and impossible to climb, bone that back to do the tail, at the end we got to go up the stairs, because the situation was insufferable. The buffet leaves a lot to be desired, poquisima variety of food and you go with half board and you have to pay for the drink (€2 bottle of water) and in the salad Rotten Tomatoes. Then we got to the room and a tetris the beds… everything but cozy! To see the €10 TV deposit to give you the command. Anyway. I did not expect a supermega hotel with what we paid but I would not recommend it. Bad food and antiquisimas facilities! Reception and living room without a single light on… buff it's short for describiroslo.

The facilities are not bad. The pools are not big but they are more than acceptable. Going down to the beach is comfortable and relatively close. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant service is the least I liked. Little Variety.

It is a good hotel, many years ago to the We go, we are friends of the receptionist, the Maître (Sunday) and the Waitresses (Gemma, Ana, etc…) of restaurants that are unrivalled and the waitresses, of rooms are very dedicated to their work, there is no complaint, Whenever I go to Barcelona Paro in Salou, just to see them and stay one night there, or a couple of nights, if I allow the trip and the descent I do the same. It's a pleasure to be as long as I can in this hotel.

Classic 3 stars. Convenient location in the city center. The beach is close. Good dinners. The rooms are simple, the bathroom is not enough hooks in the closet hangers. Cleaned every day. No clothes dryer. A good option for and indelible tourists at any time of the year.

The place is nice nice pool, balcony great view on pool still nice but there is a lot of noise sometimes, the beds are hard and the duvet is not comfortable and the air con is not adjustable so too hot or other room frozen the rest is very small lunch as It does not have an extremely high quality but C is mangable there is also a well opened roost as the evening meal C is a self no more to say compared to Port Aventuras A walk would be long anyway the bathroom has shower tub and toilet sink and Another mini sink on the floor.

Very good option to spend the night in the area, the breakfast buffet advisable, Wi-Fi on all floors.

Stayed here for a week but wasn't that impressed. Pros — staff at reception were nice (but couldn't tell us what the local bus plan said…) it was cleaned and mopped daily, even the balcony. There was English music played at pool (but mainly during day) the hotel was only a about 5mins away from beach and pubs. At around 12pm there was a dancing class in the pool. The pool area was decent sized and so was the pool. Cons — maid tried to kick us out of room when she wanted to clean it, the probably understood us but she only spoke in Spanish. Breakfast (as we didn't do lunch or dinner) was varied but boring, nearly the same every morning and it was usually cool, they didn't have much entertainment at all (the English music they played during day seemed like a cd stuck on repeat) they Had couple of kids disco and singer 1night, a dance act 1 night and DJ the others (I say DJ but played the same Spanish music every night till till 12 and only had like 2 English songs played) if you plan on staying up all night your sorted but if not, ask for a room facing away from the pool (trust me) when they cleaned rubbish out the pool, they dumped it behind a tree. The kids play area (chute etc) looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. If you don't want to take the long road round the hotel it up a steep incline. Bar staff look fed up and only serve in half pints (1.60) the rooms were bland and very basic. It was 10e to get the remote for the TV.

I've given the hotel 4 stars but can't really fault the place. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. It is kept clean and tidy, the rooms are largish enough room for 3 single beds. The entertainment we have not yet seen but all in all I would recommend the Santa Monica.

Staffs were very helpful, Hotel perfect for all ages, rooms very clean and big. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants, pool amazing. The only problem I didn't liked about the hotel was the food because the food was just the same every morning and night. Overall I would come back to this hotel.

The more, the rooms, the staff are polite, the people know their jobs, the kitchen is excellent, the atmosphere is very good, everything is near the sea.

The location is very good: close to the beach and the most awesome club in the city of Tropical. The room has a free Wi-Fi and Kandej. But we had a broken pen in the closet and shower in the bathtub. And there's no illuminator air or brush in the toilet. We got a room with three beds, even though there were two of us. The room was very noisy and the bathroom was very helpful. There's no event for young people inside the hotel. The pool is small. Perfect for a night's stay, but boring for someone who doesn't want to go beyond the hotel. There are no free drinks in the dining room in the morning, but we can eat the watermelon for dinner. It was noted that the vegetables were bad, especially tomatoes, so the salads had to be abandoned. The food is so unstuck, but you won't be hungry. Delicious ice cream for dinner.

Arrived on 21/05/2016 and received extremely hurt by the reception. Room 601 at the top floor (without elevator access), with the mould in corners (REF. Photo), door window works bad, bath cracked, leaving sheets to desired, hole in the ceiling and vents full of musty… without forgotten noise horible of the elevator and the slamming of a heavy door of the technical room which prevented us from sleeping for 2 consecutive nights. Power level, it was awful… anyone looking for diabetes and cholesterol do not hesitate. Need to get there. Forced to book pr the same taken via the booking site at the neighbouring hotel (15 metres) the LAS VEGAS who today deserves all my compliments…

The hotel well and the attention of the personal good mui but the buffet bad mui.

The food is exactly the same every morning, barely any nice food in the morning. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are decent, location is really good too.

Because in my opinion, so many complaints of people for food, ami it seems to me badass, all good and the best thing is the situation because this close to all the pubs, tropical, pachito… I went 3 years ago with my ex-girlfriend and I will go every year because you desinhibes an egg, I love it…!

The small room. The food was disgusting, worse than a school canteen. Always got the same thing. Gora Euskadi INDEPENDENTZIA.

We have State from Thursday to Sunday and all good. Room a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children and cleaning of the room a little low, but otherwise pretty good. Employees very well both at reception and in the dining room. After dinner the friendly animators. The only thing when we were there was very young chavales/@s with a stunning party rooms sleep then was a little difficult. Summing up pretty good quality price.

Excellent hotel near Salou's seafront promenade. Very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, good food, Wi-Fi Internet access very fast. Better many other four-star in Salou although only 3 stars. Will in future try to stop it.
