I arrived today at the Ohtel Villaromana in Salou. I wish I had read the reviews before making my reservation
40 minutes to check
They have not fed us because when the checking was finally done they no longer accepted people in the dining room for the hour.
Alternative a sandwich and a pre-made pizza by the pool.
A pool where there was not even a pin, with animations that encouraged everyone to get into the water, something unheard of when there is supposed to be a safe distance.
The tip of the day, 35 minutes of line to enter the dining room for dinner, and the best the suggestion of one of the hotel employees to go to dinner at 19.30 so as not to have to make a line of 35 minutes.
In 12 hours they have reached the level of the worst hotel I have ever been able to stay in.
The next 4 days look like an absolute nightmare.

I stayed at the hotel in Roquetas de Mar (Fénix Family) in August. I have to say that THANKS to Loli the meals have not been so disastrous, it has solved a lot of problems. She is an exceptional worker, she is aware of everything, she looks you in the eye, she is fast and efficient. If everyone were like her, I don't think the lines that form to enter the dining room would not be liared.

Were to start, Need some lights down the side hill, very dark on a night time.

Room is nice and big, No full length mirror, not enough plugs, bathroom shower needs updating runs hot and cold.
Food in resturant isnt hot, 2 mornings upto now breakfast as been cold.
Salad selection on lunch is great, hot food not so hot : (
Entertainment not that great either, nothing during the day, I get due to covid 19 things will be a little different!
4 star hotel not sure why the 4? maybe because they have sauna, gym, hot tub?
Such a shame was expecting more, ive stayed in a 2*3 star hotel which was better, better location too. Unfortunatly I wont be returning.

A real chaos in meals. After waiting more than an hour to get in… clean, covered dishes, glasses, food were sold out… employees didn't give to vast. Very little variety in the food and took a long time to replenish dishes! We'll honestly never go again!

Stayed here for a week from 18th of august booked it last year as our first holiday. I was sceptic after reading the reviews but wow. I think you get way more than you pay for I think this hotel is absolutely brilliant its very clean. Good entertainment. Good food. Friendly staff. We had a great time here and will certainly be coming back soon.

Absolute cattle market, beds hard, rooms tiny, air-con does not work effectively. In addition to the 20 Euro refundable deposit, we were required to pay 36.50 Euro for 10 nights on top which is non refundable. Breakfast a joke you cannot move, food cold, squeezed in like sardines. Please please spend a bit extra and chooses somewhere else.

In a hotel of this class for the first time, was only in 5' Turkey. I liked the kitchen in this hotel, though not diverse but tasty, gave seafood, fresh orange juice in the morning, ice cream at lunch and for dinner. Of course there are queues for dishes, as well as at the entrance to the restaurant. Cleaning is unpretentious — garbage will be removed, floors will rub, towels were changed every day. They didn't watch the A6, so I won't say anything. Minidisco is, my daughter went a couple of times. More impressed Spain with excursions. Therefore, this hotel is suitable for spending the night and eating.

I came here in August 2018 and the Food was excellent had many different choices, the entertainment is enjoyable for both adults and children. The entertainment team is probably the funny entertainment I’ve seen out of all the hotels I’ve visited in salou. Rooms where clean and tidy everyday and beds where very comfortable, would definitely recommend and will be coming back soon.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel in July 2018. The room was small but cozy with a refrigerator at our free disposal in addition to great meals in the restaurant. The cost of a lunch or a dinner was fixed: 10 Euros for adults, 5 Euros for children up to 11 y. O. The location is convenient. The animation team works day and night. Cons: you will have to provide a returnable deposit of 20 Euros for the TV remote, and I hoticed that the dishes in the restaurant are not properly washed. But I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again.

Great hotel. Lots of different food to choose from. Great entertainment. Rooms clean and decorated well. Pool area good.

Everything from rooms to swimming pool, dining room, spa, etc. By the pool there is a characteristic stagnant smell! A lot of hair and stuff. In the dining room appliances/tables/plates of br. When you sit eating past you always pass and stops the cart with waste and dirty plates. The queue, both at the entrance and on the way out (drinks are paid at dinner).
And our holiday began quite 'fun', we were confused with someone and did not want to settle (the voucher we had), we with great effort knocked out dinner! Which we naturally relied on! The room was only by the beginning of the 12th, thanks to our guide Olga, who in Spanish for a long time persuaded them all.

All in all, a great hotel. The food is good and varied, the location is very good near Aventura Park, min 15 on foot, and the beach is close — min 7-10. Less by numbers — poor air conditioning, few shelves and drawers. There's always a queue in the restaurant.
The animation is mostly childish. All in all a very nice hotel for the 3th, I come for the 2nd time.

Three stars. Rooms for 1-2 are small, but cozy. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant, the hall, is beautiful. A beautiful pool complex. A little far from the sea (minutes 15).

Good location. The port of Aventura, which is a 10 minute walk to the central beach. Good breakfast/lunch/dinner food. Drinks for lunch and dinner are paid (prices compared to shops are greatly inflated) Bad Wi-Fi in the room (at least in ours). Cleaners confuse how many guests are in the room and forget to put towels. Cleaning is basically mediocre. There were 2 problems: after a couple of days began to drip heavily right at the entrance of the air conditioner. After the application the guy about 10 minutes later came and did. But the door to the balcony at closing terribly creaks — as brakes on the peron train. Tried to grease the guy, but he did not succeed. In the end said sorry, shrugged and left.
The rooms are small. A double room with two double beds. In the toilet room: toilet, bidet and bathroom. More mirror in both the room and the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room is working. Automatically shuts down when the door opens on the balcony. The fridge is also there, but works until the card is input in the room. The TV remote is issued on bail of 10 euros. Lock from safe 4.5 euros a day or 23 euros per week.

Really enjoyed my week there. Fantastic menu, great staff, would highly recommend. Slight downside was no kettle in room.

It's a great place very family orientated and great food as well the rooms are so clean it's spotless I'd definitely suggest it.

The Hotel is huge. The rooms for four are small and they are somewhat outdated. The cleanliness is better. But The restaurant is refurbished and the food is pretty good. The best Thing is the treatment of all the people who work there, of ten. Kindness, sympathy and all facilities for anything you want. 10 minutes from Port Aventura walking.

The Worst of the hotels we've been to. Poor education on the part of the employees. Dirty, old, poorly maintained and ill-organized. Queues of 100 people to enter the dining room. They Take the food out of the firm before the diners finish. Ill-tempered Employees by overwork. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, mattresses like stones, dirty sheets, inaccessible bathtub. I Don't recommend it at all.

Very good stay… Restaurant adapts to all nationalities… fast room services despite language difficulties. A majority of the staff remain smiling… Flat… very noisy hotel.

Good enough hotel for short stays, has good restaurant for all meals, a little pricey @ €70/p as its not a 4* but a 3* hotel, and also it's not a resort on the beachfront, but 10mins walk from the beach.

Beautiful, good service, good kitchen! Pretty clean. From the sea far, but if not strong heat, it is pleasant to walk!

Everything in the hotel was great, near Port Aventura. The food is excellent, especially the themed dinners. The rooms are clean. The pool was almost not, mostly on the sea, not a 10 minute walk.

It's been 9 years since I come to this hotel, in the month of April, very happy, varied meals only HIC the part relaxation area Hammam and sauna that could be renovated.

Stayed in salou 10 times but have to say this hotel was the best staff were great food was great sorry we didnt go there before. The only thing was weather was rotten this week. Well done to all the staff there cant blame you on the weather lol.

Good location to go to Port Aventura, the best of the hotel the treatment of the staff especially the ones in the dining room. Good value for money Would.

We just got back and to tell the truth, quite disappointed. I read a lot of good comments, but there is nothing to see. Food lousy (although breakfast is good, rooms are ugly and old, the smell of poop all over the hotel, dirt and lack of cleanliness, swimming pool ridiculous for so many people: there is neither a metro free for swimming, the children's club is only a name: the animators put the tele to the kids and go. Among the good things: a SPA (although with a lot of chlorine) with sauna and Turkish bath. Quite close to the beach and Port Aventura park, Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel free of charge.

Ordinary, for the plebs and other low classes. A prominent member of the Castilian or Aragonese nobility cannot stay in these places: (

The best 3 * of all Salou for everything, good location, good buffet, cleanliness and the best staff.

Good value for money, not great luxury but level quality price it remains OK.

The best 3 * of all Salou, for rooms, facilities, services, meals and staff treatment. Excellent location and communication with transportation to be able to do excursions as well. The only "paste", to say the least, is that there is no public transport from the train station, only bus (less than 10min)

Staff of the reception very friendly, especially Mayo and Abdoulaye clean the bathroom to review classic food and quite varied Installation somewhat dilapidated: Jacuzzi room and table tennis including hotel well located 10 mn from the seaside and Very many stores good value for money in half board.

The food is nothing of the other world. A lot of fat. Few waiters to attend and clean the tables. I don't recommend it.

Good atmosphere in hotel. Nice staff food is nice one nite then OK next. Place needs a wee update. Maids are a bit lazy only buzz round rooms not giving good clean. All in all nice enough.

Excellent hotel and value for money, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only our second night and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Excellent for kids (pool, pool tables, air hockey, mini arcade). Bar closes at midnight which is both a blessing and a curse depending on what humour you're in.

Very friendly staff. The food is very good and there is a microwave if you like it very hot lol. The rooms are clean and tidy. The outside area is spacious and there is plenty of sun lounges. Over a nice hotel and only a 10 minute stroll to the beach and bars.

Second visit to Hotel Belvedere, location is great, walking distance to Portaventura and the beaches. Local bus service is really good too. The rooms are basic but clean, the maid comes in daily if you want. Our room was on the front of the hotel facing the road but it wasn't a busy road. We could sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the opposite hotels entertainment, for us this was better than sitting in the hotel bar with kids running around. Meal times were always busy, was a challenge to get staff attention to order drinks. It would have been good to have bottles of water on the sides to help yourself to a glass. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again.

Fantastic location for portaventura and the beach. Only a 10 minute walk for both. Rooms are clean and comfortable and include a mini fridge in the room. All staff we encountered are really polite and helpful.

I got a breakfast number, they asked us to change, they said no seats, it was late in September, and the curtains in the bathroom were stained like blood, they said they just took it off, and they never hung it. Good value for the price.

Nice hotel. Rest mainly with families. The distance from the sea is 10 minutes away from the beach. The Port Aventyra a 15-minute walk to the amusement park. The hotel has a pool, a aquazone, a fitness room, a sauna. A small refrigerator for storing drinks and snacks in every room. Wi-Fi on 5. High-quality food, different. No comments. Rest with pleasure.

Basic but clean hotel. Rooms facing the pool area are very noisy. The pool area looks nice but so far I haven't been able to get space around it as it is too small for the size of the hotel. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel and just wants a clean place to sleep.

Staff were great, the entertainers, pool staff, the restaurant workers, the reception staff were all friendly and readily available to answer any questions. The food was good, variety to choose from. There were problems with queuing but we were lucky for the times we went in for both breakfast and dinner. Rooms could do with updating but were generally clean, housekeeping did a good job too. We had problems with a. C in room that was our only complaint had to go down a couple of times before they sent someone up to fix it. All in all good hotel with the staff doing a great job.

We just spend Holy week at hotel and generally good are conditions: good buffet, good rooms with fast Wi-Fi, pool open in March for the brave people who wish to do so. To put some "but" the bed and remote control of the TV that is €20 (must have had a great demand for theft of them) and a bit of overflow at the Holy Thursday breakfast. But usually a hotel recommended to spend a few days with family. And that we were in the Salou Fest!

The service of reception, animation and camaresos is very good. The dinners better than the meals and the desserts exceptional. The service and attention of the waiters at the tables is delicious. The basos and covered too many times they were dirty. Not with bobbles. Dirty. Lipstick, food residues, traces of juices… The rooms very well. The first day we arrived we found the toilet dirty. We had a paper and came out black. The first fold. Where we sat down. One of the days, the towel left on the floor to change it appeared hung. Had a spot of blood, that's why we gave how much. The hotel well. But it is a 3 star hotel, not more.

Resently stayed at the belvedere hotel and I have to say it was a great stay. rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. stayed half board and food was very good, a good selection for all and plenty of it. the pool area was clean as was the pool with plenty of sun beds to go round. the hotel is very quiet so able to get a good nights sleep or day if been out partying all night. all in all a great holiday and would definitely return for another stay.

Park without problem practically at the door. In 10 minutes walk from the beach, and Port Aventura. Great meal, but really! Breakfast with sparkling wine, dinner with prawns, all very good! Rooms are normal, clean and since this, not have more. Point in favor of Tania, a receptionist, that we resolved very efficient and kindly a problem with the entrance of Port Aventura. And a cook african super cute and nice and good at their work! Negative point for one of the "waitresses" of the dining room (a lady very thin with hair long brown wavy) that we tried to fatal, dry, edge, and lifted us up to the voice… In order to… But the rest is great! We will come back!

We have been delighted! We came on the recommendation of a few friends and we were surprised because normally we go to hotels 4****but this hotel in many ways was at the level or even superior to other hotels 4**** we have been, especially for the food. I've gotten but it has been worth it, everything was delicious. Friendly staff, impeccable, very well organized everything and that we were in July and the hotel seemed to be full.

Hotel was nice and clean, ddo the shower by the pool could do with somesort of make over, the food was fantastic, what a choice they have at each meal seating and all lovely, and the fresh pancakes in the morning were just yum, could live off the psncakes, and fresh pizzas being made at lunch and evening meal times, didnt go to bar much only for game of pool, staff were friendly most of the time I think the ladies at the reception could do with a smile to make them seem friendlier, seemed stressed and fed up, but that wouldent stop me from going back their, looking forward to the next holz.

Very enjoyable stay in the belvedere hotel only went bed and breakfast but the choice for breakfast would suit everybody found all staff very friendly especially the manager in the restaurant and the bar staff Jesus and tono will definitely be back again.

Great Threesome with good nutrition, is fully consistent with their money, a huge plus is the location, not far from all that is in Salou.

THE heating in the rooms are not activated.

To good to be true staff were exellent best hotel I have been to Best food ever great rooms great pool The only thing is that they need an indoor pool. Also this hotel comes with an indoor jacuzzi.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in may 2012 with friends. The hotel was what you would expect for 3 stars, but the facilities and entertainment were very poor. It had nothing to offer like discos or bands as it claimed in the brochure, and things went missing from my room. It had a very anti English atmosphere and the reception staff were rude. By all means go to salou, its beautiful, but avoid this hotel.

This year we have not gone to the BELVEDERE. But next year, if we can not we will fail. We have a 10 year old girl and this crazy to go back to this hotel, The animation for the kids liked it a lot. What we taste is the treatment of the staff starting from the reception and ending with the cleaning staff. The food seemed good. Relationship quality good price.
