It was my second time in this hotel. When I made my reservation, I asked them to give me a room with balcony, nice view and one of the top floor and they did it. Thanks. It's very excellent location, 5 minutes and you're on the beach. There are many shops and restaurants around. 7 minutes is a railway station of Salou. Rooms are simple, but if you go to have sea and beach, you don't care about it. On the first floor was opened small fitness. Staff is good.

Terrible Wi-Fi, fed badly, TV 1 Russian TV channel is the first channel, do not come here.

Had a glass of wine outside, a pleasant experience but did not enter the hotel so I am unable to comment on the interior.

Worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Was booked in here for 2 weeks in July and this was the 1st time I was travelling alone. So when you travel alone you have to pay a room supplement and I have know idea why as there was barely enough room for one person never mind anyone else. I was given the worst room in the hotel which looked out onto walls and was above the extremely noisy kitchen. When I asked if they could change my room I was told " You change hotel" To which I said I have a lot of money to stay here where would I get more to change hotel to which the reply was " Excuse me let me speak. You contact your provider and change hotel" From then on she was extremely rude. And after crying all day on the 3rd & 4th day I changed hotel and the same lady after leaving me standing at the reception for a good 10 minutes just took my key and that was that. Waiting staff were awful. You were actually in their way. They would slam things down and rip up the paper of the table and drop things and match past you and nearly knock you down. I would never stay here again if I was paid 1 million pound. Great location at the marina end of the beach if you are looking for the quite Salop and it is beautiful at the end. Beside the fountain show and the boat trips etc and are some great shops in the immediate area. And as I knew Saou I was really looking foward to staying here but that didn't last long. Extremely dated with only half a bath.

Centre. 1st line. There are two beaches nearby. Shops and cafes. Fountains. The room is freshly renovated. Clean. Polite staff. It's a good breakfast.

Location The location is great. The room for one person is very even nice. Since I came not to live in a hotel, but to rest. To spend the night in a puddle. Breakfast as well as everywhere. I'm not a preveredlivyj person. Very good. The shower is great. Cleaned every day. Towels (who are interested in changing). The staff is friendly. If you are lucky I will definitely stay here. Since I am in Salou 2 or 3 times a year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included in the price, was very complete only found a paste… it was very windy and the door to the terrace did not close well and a small bathroom door that looked out onto a patio of lights, either so, due to the air flow, we had "concert" of Doors all night.

A hotel with a perfect location 1 minute from the beach. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very nice. Ours wide enough to have a big double bed and two other standars for our children of 9 and 12 years old. The bar downstairs was newly opened and looks great. Very good breakfast Oh, and the hotel is also in the middle of the shopping area! Great value for money. No doubt we recommend 100%

Uncomfortable beds. Another hotel where you are "roughing it" when your away from home. Old televisions in rooms, terrible Wi-Fi. No parking for the hotel. Great location but everything else is not good.

Hotel in the heart of Salou. The beach is 5 minutes away. Cons: Strong audibility from the street, there are rooms without balconies, the rooms are modest, but clean.
The breakfasts are good.

Like Hotel D 3 stars is fine. Exceptional situation. Good deal. Good breakfast Clean rooms.

Just got back from 2 week's at hotel planas the room's need a good make over but was clean and tidy food was waiter service so you didn't get much but what you got was good the waiters didn't speak good English so they never spoke to us mainly all the guests were Spanish and French so they spoke to them we have never been to a noiser place in all the time we have been abroad day and night traffic noise and load music outside the hotel and noisey Spanish when all night.

Nice view of the sea front of Salou, very close to the beach and of the shopping streets. Old hotel but nice room and breakfast, only problem the Wi-Fi is very slow.

Not a nice place to stop for a holiday rooms scruffy and food rubbish would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My experience at this hotel has been ill-fated. Hire through booking months ago, double room with double bed and one single, a surprise to discover that in the double room are single beds and the single room has a double bed. The receptionist offered to us as option to cancel the booking. 10 minutes from the closure of the restaurant, the manager tells us that we can give to eat if we don't have reservation is made. Ask for more pillows because they are very uncomfortable for us (about 18:00 h) and the receptionist tells us that there can facilitarnoslas because they do not have staff to we the turn up. All this on the day of our arrival. At breakfast the next day, I am going to take a piece of toast with butter and when you open the container it has mold, I look at the date on the bottom and it turns out that is EXPIRED. Summary of 3* nothing. The only thing decent stay for my family and the views that we had from the room.

Good terrace to go to dinner have a drink. Service attentive and fast. Nestled between the pass Jaume I and calle Barcelona.

I start by the bad attention of the receptionist, that you leave half of registration to attend to other customers, continuous rooms: lousy not… What next, dirty, with clothes that looks like sandpaper, and without even a escobillero in the bathroom, because, according to them, this artilujio is antihigienico. And I wonder: is not more antihigienico have the remains in the toilet until the next day so have to clean the cleaning lady? And then the restaurant: where, in the absence of 13 minutes to finish the reception of guests tells you that you can not serve the food because they are closing. The lack of staff to service the rooms along with the written above makes ke this hotel is for me a hostel is more ke to a hotel of 3***. Let that if you know how to count … Don't count me in for more visits.

Pretty good with very good food and a quiet atmosphere. I liked it… I'm going to give you a 9

High price. Location very good, close to 2 beaches. Room (117) wide, nice terrace, bathroom is small in comparison with the room, and the shower also small. Varied breakfast (I advise against the chocolate of the machine (best to catch a tail joint and a cup of milk) and the juice of the apple) but somewhat tasteless. The swimming pool is very good (better if the people do not leave your towel, occupying a hammock without being in the pool).

Quite place for a night drink, pleasent downtown place for evening dinning not crowded out oof peak season.

Site little care and retail. In the shower a dribble of water q q you can't enjoy a good shower and even wash it with ease. The workers are friendly.

My son and I stayed at the planasfrom the 19 june to 8 july 2017 we found our rooms wre cleaned evey day clean towels ect every day the reception people were really helpful nea could talk great English and was a real help the breakfast was continental so something for every body thr boys in the bar were really great and we would recommend it we will be booking again next year and have told our friends and family so thank you all managment and staff it was great all the best ken david.

Perfectly situated, lovely clean hotel, excellent breakfast and bonus has a lovely swimming pool.

Very good location, excellent treatment, if the room addition gives to the sea and the swimming pool because you cannot ask more.

Try unbeatable. Good food home and that changes of menu from the food to the dinner and not is repetitive in days next. Proper cleaning. Good location near the beach and the seafront promenade in a peaceful area where you can relax. Prefect to come in family with children and also for older people even if they come alone. New swimming pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. I recommend it, I will come back safe.

Correct service, room a bit old. Bed is rather comfortable. Full breakfast. Acceptable quality/price.

Hotel very well located, have been two summers and coming again, the year is a bit noisy and very good care, the terrace is the sea and the swimming pool, the price is right for a three-star hotel.

Were from 12 to 26 June 2015. The hotel is nice, the only flaws are cold and monotonous Breakfast and disposable cups in the rooms.

Best location for a hotel in all salou, this year with new, highly recommended pool.

My in-laws always vacationed in Salou, now my mother widowed 5 years will be the second summer that will go in, wine haunted the family treatment and people there they were staying, the first year was alone and this year anger with a widowed sister-in-law also. I recommend people older even if they have to go alone to seize the opportunity to go to this Hotel, not them bother no host, no there are "rollo". Good summer. Barcelona loam.
