First time away in ten +years and have to say this hotel is amazing pools are amazing so clean every where love it.

Design facilities, new and clean. The staff very attentive, family atmosphere for what is Salou in the center.
The terrace is spectacular, you have to visit it!

Staff very unhelpful and not friendly at all. They sell tickets to the roof top bar/pool so it’s over run with non residents. They don’t stop stupid people from hogging sun beds when they aren’t even using them. It’s so frustrating. All sun beds reserved with towels so you can’t get one after 9am. Crazy! Food is ok in restaurant but too many fish dishes.

The food is 10, very rich and variable. The hotel reception is very friendly. COVID measures, very present. Highly recommended. Surely repeat.

The hotel is beautiful in itself, but that's all it is. Staff not welcoming, disappointing food. Concept poorly explained or not at all. I left with my friend it was our first we were more than disappointed with this hotel.
Drinks are paid, if we do not take them we take the glasses, which I found rude. Housekeepers hit and go straight into the room. The information on the departure time was not communicated to us, so we had to pay extra to be able to return to our room and pack our bags. So I don't recommend this hotel, where guests feel like they're bothering the staff.

This hotel has had a major referb since I was here two years ago. It’s certainly enhanced itself as a must stay hotel in the centre of salou. They have done a excellent job of it and it’s well worth a stay here 9/10 for me.

We spent a few days of vacation to a hotel with a spectacular quality good facilities, food delicious and staff superb, A PERFECT HOTEL.

The truth that all very well-both the rooms and the pool from above like the one below, staff polite and attentive and good ambience for the surrounding area.

Hotel is lovely. Food was good. Pools are lovely too. This Hotel is not aimed for children or young adults but because its so central, this is not a problem. The entertainment again is aimed at older people. As a young couple, I would not rule it out, but if entertainment is key for you this Hotel is not for you. We did not mind as we had a beautiful room and were close to everything.

Great hotel! Close to the beach, the nightlife and to the supermarket! Awesome terras on top of the building and a restaurant with lots of variety. Even multiple glutenfree options. The rooms are very clean, nice bathroom!

Renovated superior room, on this date the solarium is undergoing renovation, possibility to take meals and dine outside, one more off season.

Beautiful room, well appointed, nice space, but zero insulation from no one hears everything that is going to be rated and above! Non-understanding day staff, very amiable night guard man! Cleanliness of the room nickel set apart below the beds! Correct food, enough choice, very good apart dish a bit cold at times. Is located near the shops, beach, … I do not recommend because I did not spend a great holiday in this hotel really noisy and not isolate!

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days on full board basis. We ate 3 times in the hotel as the food was always cold and really wasn't nice. We booked a superior room because it was supposed to be bigger with a better view but was tiny. I mean very small. The holiday ended up costing alot more to stay in a hotel that we really didn like. And they charged us 10 euro per night to park the car there too. Would really recommend another hotel. As it would be cheaper while offering u more.

Very very clean hotel, friendly staff, poor restaurant should improve the entrances more varieties as well as desserts.

The hotel is accustomed to the service itself of who serves 3rd age and foreigners. Much affection and dedication. It eats well and the rooms always made in their time.

Great buffets! All freshly made — you notice the high standard. From this season there are really comfortable renovated rooms available — make sure you book these! it features high quality bedding — large flat screen with numorous international TV channels — live music at the pool at night — private garage — multilingual staff which are all so friendly and prodessional — great place! will return!

Rooms had everything you needed but the Wi-Fi was patchy at best and the food was of an average standard.

Nice place, with parking and roof chill-out… Perfect to have some gin-tonics with some fresh air and to get some sun on evening.

The excellent location of the hotel to the beach can be reached in 10 minutes on the street of Zaragoza, near supermarkets, entertainment. The hotel staff understood my Spanish-French) ) ), Russian No. Rooms were cleaned daily, although maids may not have seen. At night the streets noise, humming, but we clean. Relax in the hotel right now. The service is very good. At very many oldies from across Europe. A quiet relaxing holiday. 400 metres from the sea. The food is monotonous but tasty.

All very good, central location, clean, good buffet, very friendly people, I recommend it. I will return to this Hotel.

The hotel is very well located to approx. 200 meters. From the beach and the great ride Salou maritimo by a pedestrian street full of shops. The food, that is type buffet, this superbien, very varied and quality, to highlight especially the Catalan dinner on Thursday and the seafood Fridays. The staff is friendly and correct feels them great professionalism. On the roof of the hotel they have another pool more, plus two jacuzzis and sunbeds for sunbathing next to a small barecito and all surrounded by flowers and greenery, is a very nice hotel.
In short, we spent an unforgettable holiday, surely we will return, they made us feel like family and the value for money very good.

Nice and very well located hotel during the day is fine, but at night the noise is infernal as it is located in an area of bars and not this well insulated acoustically, my personal experience very good daytime and nighttime fatal.
