Highly recommended. The attention is great. The animation group does everything possible to make us have a good time and make the stay in the pool more enjoyable. The buffet is very good. And the truth is that everything in general is very good.
I will repeat another few years.

What a hotel disaster, 4 stars come on I put 2 at most. Vomitive food, there are no dishes in the buffet, all overcrowded, the covid theme is passed through the lining. Indoor pool with more dirt impossible.
You leave the restaurant smelling of frying, of course inside it looks like London from the smoke there is!
We are not recommended at all.

It is a clean, family hotel with a lot of animation.

We have come 5 years to this hotel, we really like the facilities, the shows have improved a lot, animation team are great!
We are currently hosted, and say that if we are disappointed because there is 0 covid protocol, there is no control in the pool area with the hammocks, a lot of capacity, all glued… like 0 covid measures in the dining room, little staff to control the living room, everyone without saving distances in the food queues, to platoon! and people touch all the food out of control.
You should be more careful given the situation we are living and that they can continue to enjoy the holidays safely.

Very nice hotel with beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful rooms but also poorly soundproofed. Many of the dishes cooked but repetitive in the week and a little fat. Dining rooms too noisy. Apart from that we spent a super week.

Good hotel friendly staff but the meals not very varied rooms are not very well soundproofed. No packed lunches on excursions. It is difficult to have a coffee on the day of departure, and without bread or croissant for departure outside the opening hours. B.

Great hotel! I loved it there. Personal was very positive all the time. The main thing that is great about this hotel is a food! A few days ago returned from Spain, vacationed in this hotel. What can I say, on 4 stars it does not pull, all very old, for one person give only 2 towels, and about beach towels there have not heard. Cleaning in the rooms is also depressing, the maids manage to clean the room, consisting of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom, in less than 5 minutes.
The grounds of the hotel could be very beautiful, but it is not well-groomed, dirty, a lot of dried up trees, and the garbage, which is sometimes swept away, immediately thrown into the tub with a tree, saw not once.
As for food, it is monotonous, but if you are an unpretentious person, you can choose something.
And separately I want to share impressions of the gym, because it was one of the criteria when choosing a hotel. So, the gym can not be called, it's just a room with old simulators, dumbbells and 1st barbell, and there could be engaged, if not one "but", in the hall there is no air conditioning or at least some ventilation, i. Nice hotel although dated but think its just the style the spanish do their hotels. Was a bit unsure of booking here due to seeing mixed reviews on canteen/food but do you know what… the food was bang on and faultless. Cleaners around the hotel inc rooms well very very hard workers and did a cracking job. Poolside bar/snacks all good. Pool was fine and no issues. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 though which was due to the length queues for restaurant food. Stayed here 5 nights yet only managed one breakfast due to the very long queue and just waited for poolside bar snacks instead. They seemed to struggle with the influx of large amount of guests and solution would be another counter at restaurant door so as can get the guests through quicker. Also more table clearers/setters required although they were doing a great job they could not keep up with demand. Would stay here again though no problem.

Stayed here with kids and partner. Il start with the positives. Good location to beach and restuarants. Entertainment good for both children and adults. Cleaners very friendly and cleans well. Laura on reception very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very big and very confusing. Easy to get lost. Took us 3 days to figure out where we was. Swimming pools ok but on the small side for such a large hotel. Rooms ok but on the small side. Only 1 plug socket in room. Air con great. Restuarant was very hetic and unorganized. Unless you get there as soon as they open. BE prepared to queue in line to get in and when you do get in. It's like your in a flee market. Some parents let there kids help themselves. You would think this would be ok. But I couldn't as I witnessed so many times. People pushing in. Children dropping plates. I'm surprised no one was burnt. I've stayed in many 4 stars hotel before. I've had much better good quality food. You won't starve but the service and chaos is not good. We went all inclusive. We had different colour wristbands to determine adult from children. Both my children were served achohol even though they clearly could see they were children. When we mentioned this too the staff. They was not helpful and didn't seem bothered. This happened 3 times on our 10 day holiday. In the end we refused to allow our children to get drinks themselves. Overral it's a good location next to beach.

A great hotel to stay with the kids. Enjoyed the hotel's infrastructure: the territory has 3 outdoor pools, the largest — with two children's slides (you can not go to the water park), a second pool with sea water and another pool in the VIP area, which during our stay was free and free for Visit. Total decline. Were in this hotel in 2013-14. No pretensions, only positive emotions. Now it's just a horror: dirt, I had to clean the room myself, lack of staff, the level of food maximum Turkish three. I don't recommend anyone to come here.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 2 childrens for 5 days. Room was a little bit dirty and requires renovation like whole hotel. Each day same breakfast and it was annoying. Food was tasty but not always. Pool is too small for a such hotel. Disco for kids was interesting and that's almost all for them, I will say that is not good for small kids. Hotel parking was 10€/day while near hotel you can find public parking for 4€/day.

A great hotel for a family holiday. Spacious and functional rooms, delicious menu in the restaurant, friendly staff, very convenient location, proximity to the beach and restaurants. Nearby bus stop, supermarket, shops. The hotel has children's animation.

Delicious food, 4 points out of 5 for sure. But it's almost the same. Wi-fi then catches, then does not catch, in principle, you can live. Safe toll. There's a hairdryer in the room. Don't look for any robes and slippers here.
In elevators, the door-closing button clearly doesn't work. Maids, sometimes come across forgetful, ie can safely forget to put you a new towel.

Me and my family had a fabulous holiday at beautiful Palas Pineda Hotel. The superior duplex suite was fantastic! The pool areas were beautiful and picturesque. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the people that really made our holiday great were the annimation team! They were so much fun, friendly and attentive, always going that extra mile to makesure you had the best time!
The food was reasonable and always managed to find something lovely to eat.

This hotel is mediocre. Breakfast and buffet services can be improved. This hotel I would recommend people who don't put their focus on perfection quite as much. Rooms are clean and correct, beds mediocre, partly without slatted rust. Animation, sports and entertainment class!

Arrived in the last minute the receptionist makes the effort to speak French and to find us all the comfort possible at the best price. Breakfast with bcp of choice.

Attentive service. The all inclusive is not bad but we have gone to three star hotels that have more variety and more quality.

It's pretty good. Excellent location very close to the beach. In our case magnificent views of the sea (will depend on the room). The pool was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing to improve would be the dining room.

The entrance very nice but 4 star nothing! We had a terrible heat at the end of October because the air conditioning was general and there were people who had complained that it was cold so the others we had to hold on and get hot. Amazing good thing we were going for a short time.
Other than that we had a great time at the Aquum, a spa that is close to the hotel and real reason why we went.

Lovely little hotel. Good location with great space and seating area. Dinning area is clean with food and food items easily reached and identifiable. Good varieties in food and menu only downside is that food cooked are more bland without much kick to the taste buds.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities were great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was varied and tasty. Entertainment was entertaining. The beach was in view and only a minutes walk.

The location is very good, in the center of La Pineda. The rooms were so clean, and the service was so polite and fast.

Very nice Hotel. I've been coming for five years. Very close to the coast. It lacks any remodeling and updating of things, but it's pretty good. I don't know the prices either, but I don't think it's expensive.

Fab time had by whole family. Our toddler especially loves the playground and the swimming pools.

Good food, lots of things for the kids to do, sea view from the room, very clean, next to the beach, big pool with slides, amusing shows at night, very friendly and helpful staff… Only downsides are impossible parking and very poor quality no brand alcohol in the all inclusive deal…

Great hotel very close to beach close to all aminities including the water park (5min walk) and stores also a 40 mins walk or 5 mins taxi drive to salou where theres some lovely restaurants and nightlife, hotel is great. Found the evening meals to be a bit lacking for english travellers like myself as im not fond of pork and cant stand fish but not the biggest problem other than that I would happily go back again.

Great place to stay. Lovely family orientated hotel with children's outdoor pools, indoor pools and Jacuzzi. Light Entertainment all day and going into the evening there's special acts for both children and adults. Staff are only too pleased to help and let you know what's going on locally daily. Food is good with spacious dining area and a vast array of cooked and cold food. Great place. Loved the stay.

Nice hotel on the beach although its let down by the food and entertainment I got food poisoning and when we showed reception a picture of what caused me to have food poisoning they said they would speak to their manage only to get a response saying no one else has had food poisoning considering it being a family friendly hotel its pretty appauling how they delt with it wouldnt recommend anyone coming to this hotel none of the staff are caring enough for anyone also the rooms aren't cleaned fully and beds are hardly ever changed the food is never hot resulting in having to que up for the microwave to heat up our food the lifts are so slow.

Fantastic place to stay, staff very friendly and professional, entertainment much better than I expected from previous holidays, very clean rooms and facilities. The only negative is that not all of the bars are available for all inclusive even though they sell the same drinks and although it is very close the hotel is not on the beach as advertised.

Very nice entry but 4-star nothing move on a terrible late October heat because the air conditioning was general and had people who had complained that it was cold by what else we had to endure and pass heat. Incredible less evil that went for some time.
