I stopped for one night in La Cabanya (26/08/19) when I was hiking the GR11. It was a brilliant hostela. The service was excellent, I was leaving early before the breakfast was served and they prepared me a full breakfast the evening before to take with me.
Furthermore, the staff (Eule) helped me to get to a pharmacy and a supermarket to stock up on supplies for my trip.
I fully recommend staying at La Cabanya if you're passing through Setcases.

Stopped for breakfast on a short break in the Pyrenees. It was extremely good food and service. Plenty to eat at a reasonable price. Coffee was very good.

The dishes are ok and the place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The issue of the washbasins is separate, the condition of these were unfortunate, both that of men and women.

Nice family hostel with renovated rooms with open cabinets, TV, bathroom with bathtub and comfortable beds. Very varied buffet breakfast (pastries, toasts, cold cuts, juices, coffees…), homemade meals cooked and very good (large quantities). It has a bar area with a large fireplace, a very spacious living room with TV, disco area and toilets on the ground floor.
Located near the ski slopes of Valter2000 The only downside, is the lack of elevator, so its use, is not intended for people in wheelchair/reduced mobility, since to access the rooms, there are only stairs.

Restaurant in Setcases with quality food and abundant at a reasonable price. We will definitely repeat.

Weekend menus 15e. And we ate very well.
Delicious olot potatoes. We will definitely return.

I put 5 stars for The times I came and everything went very well. This last time, even booking table we took 20 minutes to order. When there is a lot of people do not give a basto. Food very good and reasonable price. It's worth it if you come in a time of year that doesn't snow.

Located in the village, this hostel and restaurant is wonderfully and very close to location. We had a lot of fun here would be very well served.
We shared several starters and as a main course there was lamb. The food was delicious.
4 stars are only because my lamb was very roasted, perhaps already burned down.

The Hostal la Cabanya has a room which is made only for guests, in which there are sofas, television, and things for children to play. The service is excellent, we went to eat 14 people and did not hubl any problem with the food or with the service, it is a lovely place.

The food is the best of the hostel la Cabanya, traditional food, rich and generous amounts, sometimes it is almost impossible to terminarselo. The rooms are recently refurbished, comfortable and well-insulated. Just our room had a little leak in the radiator and it leaked, otherwise good. Nice and attentive service, they didn't put any glues to change anything from the menu if they had it, like some dessert.

It is a good place to go to eat the menu at noon, plentiful food and good quality. Unpretentious Cassolana food at a right price.

I have not tested the hotel but the restaurant. Menus at prices reasonable €15 to 20, wine included. Kitchen House, good and hearty, Nice.

Place where you are no longer there, quality price outstanding, full-board excellent, treatment great and accommodation very correct … congratulations!

Well my I find very good, has some spacious rooms, decorated with wood, my family was very comfortable and the food excellent
Note, in relation to what is a hostel, this very well, we always stayed here, this serca d tracks, and when they do not have site we hope some, porq is worthwhile.

Situated at the foot of the Pyrenees in lovely surroundings. Compared to the hostels of your environment are on the same level, but is much more expensive.
