Wonderful place to relax in.

First of all, the location is absolutely amazing. Hike your time away and you'll love every second of it. For the kids there are plenty of activities to be done in and around the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel takes some advantage of how secluded it is and the food they serve is very overpriced. It's not bad, but it doesn't live up to the money you throw down for it. The rooms are decent. Very little to complain about except for an unexplained stench coming out of the sink in the bathroom. It dissapeared as quickly as it appeared though.

In spite of being cold these days, in the room barely worked the heating.
Correct but better breakfast with more quality juices or quality jams (when opening the tub you see a gelatin and read the ingredients and see the first ingredient glucose syrup and fruit only 30% see that cheaper have not found) the buffet for lunch or dinner It costs 21 ' 5 € without drinks that sell you at expensive prices. The food is acceptable.
The cafeteria is nice but with extremely expensive prices. It's not a hotel I would go back to.

I would recommend it, an excellent stay! A 10 for all the staff. Very friendly… I felt like I was at home. The room was very comfortable and clean. I'm sure I'll be back.

Charming Hotel, in an unbeatable spot. We went in a time without snow, and we really enjoyed the surroundings and the distances activities that are in the surroundings of the hotel. The Gymkhana, the different things for kids and the nice rides. More than advisable to visit it.

Unique location in the middle of the
Mountain. It's a problem when eating outside of mealtimes because there's nothing but a couple of bad-looking croissants…

Suitable accommodation for families.

Vall de Nuria is beautiful stunning place in winter and summer. It is very suitable for children to spend a day with snow activities. The railway trip is awosome. The hotel offers you a cable car and railway ticket for free if you are hotel resident.

The place is incredibly beautiful to go with family to ski, play with the kids and drink. The restaurant did not fascinate me but it is beautiful. Mega recommend! They have to go definitely!

The exceptional location of the hotel in Vall de Nuria. Gives it a great added. Center of small or large excursions in the Valley or in the surroundings.

Fantastic. Both the hotel and the apartments are very good. The buffet-type dining room is very full and the food tasty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The second day made us storm but it was great, the isolation of the place is amazing. In the room there would be only two outlets and we did not have a double bed even though we ordered it.

Excellent place and the people serve you incredibly well. They have a guide of name Ana who is super friendly and very friendly giving the information of the history of the Virgin and San Gil.

Beautiful Scenery, with a large lake in icy winter, in summer season is highly recommended, many recreational sports activities, important detail in winter season, there is no free sleigh area, there is an area called Recreational park, these forced to Pay 14 euros per person to enter.

Very Nice hotel nestled in one of the most beautiful places I met in the tour of Spain. Highly recommended.

The place was absolutely gorgeous in the summer, I recommend it specially to families as there are lots of activities to enjoy with kids.

Very great views of the city. Hotel vall DE nurica is a wonderful place to be on the beach and see the ocean.

The worst experience I've ever had. I have traveled through out the usa, Europe, Asia, Northern Africa, and never have I encountered such disregard and disrespect from management staff. This is from a range of accommodations of five star world renowned resorts where I expect impeccable service, but I mean even in relation to hostels and budget hotels, this place was the worst. The manager of the restaurant made the trip a nightmare and extremely uncomfortable. As there is only one restaurant, bad attitude and dirty looks were frequent. I don't recall his name, but he also made it clear to his staff not to help us. We went to Nuria for a get away weekend, however I came down with a bit of a cold. I asked for some lemon and honey. They had a huge bowl of lemons, a lemon press on the bar, and honey for tea. It wasn't a difficult request. Yet, apparently pressing a lemon is very difficult and they weren't able to do because the press was in the bar. So when we ordered from the other bar, the problem was the lemons were in the restaurant. — the distance is the length of a hallway. Literally 30 seconds. The food is horrible. The manager is rude. We ordered from the downstairs restaurant because the frozen pizza was a better option. After complaining to the front desk, thankfully reception is very friendly and nice, we never received any sort of feedback. There was never an apology, there was never an acknowledgment, and we will certainly never go back.

I don't give 5 stars only because of the poor Wi-Fi and the rooms a little noisy. But for an hotel at 2000meters unreachable by car these are details. The place is amazing. One of the hearts of catalana culture, surrounded by mountains, hiking paths, ski attractions, horses lakes boats… All in a very relaxed and totally CAR FREE environment. Food is good and abundant, especially if you book half pension. It's a natural paradise. And a must.

Regarding the restaurant, awesome, part of my parents that were the Saturday, 10 cleaning, 10 in care of the bartenders and a 10 on the food quality. Thank you for all.

This very well for carrying babies because it has a games room and a swimming pool. Perfect.
