I have a health problem and need a bathtub on the room. I called the hotel and the nice lady confirmed that it would be available. I arrived a couple of hours later, parked in the underground lot and checked in, only to understand that these two lovely ladies at the reception were still working for me. Adorable and in the end I had my bath and could linger pain in my legs. The room was spacious, the bed nice. Location is OK, some 15 minutes walking to the center with the restaurants. Nice stay and value for money. Go there!

We stayed at Hotel Sansi Park on the night of December 13–14, 2025.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we felt uncomfortable with the surrounding area and, due to safety concerns, we were forced to use the hotel’s private parking for an additional €14.50. This was not a choice made for convenience, but out of lack of trust in the neighborhood.
The check-in experience was particularly poor. After a 4-hour drive, instead of a welcoming attitude, we were confronted by a middle-aged female receptionist who created unnecessary tension for nearly 30 minutes, simply to charge an extra €8 for our 4-year-old child. The issue was never the amount, but the lack of empathy, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude. A basic level of kindness and a smile could have resolved everything easily. I would strongly suggest management reconsider staff suitability for front-desk positions.
Regarding the hotel itself: although it appears to have undergone some renovation, the hotel was clearly dirty. There was no soap in the bathroom, surfaces were dusty, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
The room was not very small, with an extremely unpleasant view. While the bed was relatively wide, the room design was highly archaic and outdated. The bathroom door, handles, and fixtures were very old and worn, contributing to a general feeling of neglect.
