Great location for walking biking and sight seeing. This hotel has seen a lot of changes over the years and now looks fresh and up to date in the common areas. Food is not that good and never has been you now have to order breakfast the day before which is then table service. The staff are very helpful and most speak some English. The apartments across the road are plain and not that inviting but have most things you need. I have stayed here numerous times over the years and would use again for an overnight stop or maybe 2 nights to ride the local roads. Good large garage space for bikes.

The EcoResort is an authentic high mountain village, where they know how to take advantage of all that this entails. Great for relaxing family getaways.

You can not give more sickening, the worst site is without a doubt that I have gone to in my life. A shame, the door fumao all day and on top is one of the owners. Better I keep quiet, is not what I want to emphasize, though mind BOGGLING! The animals cared for fatal… (And this is what customers say which you have there in the caravans all year round eh) and I that I could verify. You have the farm to take notes and list for when they go up on weekends to spend, the rest of days as the animals don't produce money so there will be rot, not? you who are Cerdanya echo that? Eco wallets I would say… Often antrum well preparadito to the gallery, but the animals that live with you and you are so llenais the mouth of how good they are… I wish I could respond to your incompetence, indifference and little heart. They have no voice, but we for now IF!

I loved this site, the cleanliness superb, l kitchen super equipped for what you need to do, which is spacious, warm and very good care by all the staff reception and bar. For those who have dogs great, you don't have any problem, as long as you're respecting the regulations, that nothing is exaggerated. I recommend it fully. We will come back sure thanks.

Very nice resort. We stayed at a bungalow which was in a very quiet area. Very friendly and attentive staff, great food, a nice spa and pool area and a lot to do for little kids make this an awesome place for a family getaway. Definitely recommend.

Our experience has been an evolution of more than 25 years. During this time we have seen evolve the "family business".
Before you found moments of tranquility and disconnection now, go to the dining room is Atabalador. They should also control the buffet and the manipulation by the customers (as there are people who do not respect the hygiene norms).
Finally, a suggestion, it would be well that the sofa bed of the apartments were made and folded, because in other apartments all Europe deploy and point, and you do not have to make beds!.

I liked the town, the hotel was in renovations, the rooms in our building (in front of the hotel) were correct, they would not be modernized. First-class bunk. What surprised me is that it seemed on the maps and on the web that everything was together in the same enclosure and it is not. The farm and the campsite are at 500 meters + O-, crossing a road to go to the farm. We recommend it anyway.

It's a place with a super friendly shale deal, the food buffet for me is not too good.

Perfect for family stay in the Green!

A great place to go with kids! Is very thought of families with children, with many activities for children, a games room with monitor included, swimming pool, and much more. If you have full board you enter many extras and if you want to go hiking will prepare food to take away. The restaurant is buffet, but quality and with local products. The charming staff. Perhaps the only but that there would be that the facilities have already quite a few years, and in some cases it would be necessary to improve or adapt them, especially the rooms in the oldest part. The bathroom door is not locked, the shower was not very fine, among other details.

If you like skiing, mountain, hiking, mountain biking or just enjoying the mountain in couple or family definitely this is a very good place, great food and kindness of 10, is the second time we come and will return more.

All very well. Comfortable rooms, varied and good food. Friendly staff. The spa is very good, the only "bad" thing is that the pool for small children was cold water and although I asked for it two days in a row that rise the temperature they didn't, I don't know why. But everything else perfect, I would repeat for sure.

Very good resort with lots of facilities on premises. Good bungalows with views, comfortable temperature on room, good restaurants and swimming pool, even it is crowded. Very friendly staff. They have lots of activities for adults and children.

Several years ago we were the whole family to spend a Easter holiday, we were 10 people and we had a great days, we liked both the hotel and the environment, that's why I also wanted my partner to know the place and I gave him for his birthday one this Ncia 4 days.
I chose the perfect option, my partner prefers a little more power to be in an apartment without specific schedules and I prefer the comfort of a hotel, I chose the perfect stay, duplex room with kitchen, charm the idea, it was like being in an apartment with the Comfort of a hotel. We have spent some great days, in tranquility and visiting the village and surroundings.
Yes it is true that at dinner time the food perhaps was somewhat scarce but the breakfast great.
We'll repeat safe and secure in the same room.

The SPA is fine. The outdoor Jacuzzi too, even though it was limited to just one option. The Cool saunas.

The view from the hotel is very beautiful, and the pool is very nice. There is room for playing things like pool or table football and many more. The food at dinner and breakfast wasn't so good and cost more than it should. The workers was very nice and helped as to fined where to travel around.

Hotel with magnificent views over the spectacular sierra del Cadi. Food products of proximity and very good quality. Comfortable rooms and some with jacuzzi and balcony with views. The hotel offers many activities, some free which solve much the where to go and to do for those who are unaware of the area. And above all a magnificent Spa with relaxing tratramientos. The outdoor Spa is spectacular because it overlooks one of the best views of the area. Oh and is only 20 minutes from Puigcerdà which is ideal for those who want to go shopping.

The hotel is very good and very well located. Good service with a family atmosphere.
