A complete organizational disaster. I would strongly recommend hospitality schools to visit this hotel as a case study on the importance of proper hotel management — and to see firsthand what happens when no one is actually in charge. None of the staff members who assisted us seemed to have the necessary skills to perform their duties, and it clearly doesn’t appear to be their fault.
A surreal example: guests are asked to switch languages because the staff lack the ability to understand them — hardly logical for an establishment in the tourism industry.
On the positive side, the facilities are acceptable for the price and cleanliness was satisfactory. However, breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very poor-quality products and a dining room organization that could easily belong in a hidden camera show.
The pool is small, with rather murky water and plenty of leaves and debris floating around.
