➜ Very noisy. Railway 20 metres from the rooms. Dilapidated building
shabby. Not soundproofed at all / Wi-Fi paid and broken — full parking — very few dishes — miniature TV and no French channel — no double glazing.
➜ Nothing from the other world. Close to the beach yes, but there is no air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room, so it is very hot in the bedroom. The pool is smaller than it looks, the kitchen has just enough (glasses, plates, fridge and little more) and on top of that we get caught right next to the bedroom the train tracks that pass every half hour and the windows rumble. For the price it has it is more profitable to find yourself a hotel even if it costs you a little more expensive. They don't give you the key until five. All day lost.

We were staying in the apartments that are on the ground floor. With terrace with direct accessibility to the pool.
The apartment is right, ok. Very clean and renovated. Very well insulated from the noises, the train tracks are glued and it makes a lot of noise, but inside the apartment you do not hear anything (with everything closed).
Only air conditioning in the living room, so we slept on the sofa bed which is no wonder.
Attached to the beach and supermarket with good prices.
The problem is the management of the people hosted. The rules set that until 20.00h you can bathe, but people bathe up to a thousand with a lot of noise. You can't keep the doors open from the noise. With the chairs outside, drinks, etc.
The pool is ok but lacks tile maintenance, which are many broken. But it has a part for the little ones that is great, like many hammocks, without problems of place.
The hotel stuck, has a beastly noise until 23.45h every day. With music, karaoke, etc. Also for the day.
If I would come back as I know what it is, but it is very improveable in the noise and safety issue.
What I find abusive is the price of parking 15 eur a day. With no possibility of loose days, it is the whole stay.
