Had a lovely time at this hotel, very clean and friendly staff but the only problem is when you pay for the Bali beds up on the roof and there’s nobody up there checking who’s paid and who haven’t and you have to continually ask people to get off your bed.

The hotel itself is big and nice. The rooms are very good and the staff is attentive. The buffet is a bit fair, but the food is good. There is a cook who makes meat at the moment and pizzas at the moment.
If you have any allergies or intolerances you can tell them and they try to give you options to eat.

Although the weather has not accompanied much, the hotel great the theme of super controlled covid, at lunch at the buffet above all, all the super attentive and friendly staff without exceptions, varied food but a little repetitive, I have to say q the live food is a point in your favor and the pizzas to say of those delicious and homemade pizzas, Spectacular! Asian wok… my daughter got fine hot dogs made at the moment jjj Children's entertainment, show at night amazing views from our room!

We’ve stayed here for last four years, location, facilities, staff everything is top notch. We won’t be staying next year tho as the prices were hiked again (two years running) by £500?! It’s good … but that’s an extra holiday :-)

Lovely place and its getting better was here last year and staff seem even friendlier than last year. Head waiter even recognised me from previous year.

View from the balcony to the back of the kitchen and garbage. Very disappointing reality. The serive pretends there is no problem. I warm all potential customers. Treating guests like that… I regret the decision to visit this place.

Very good hotel. It has everything it needs for a 4 stars hotel. Nice restaurant. Good food. Bike parking. Generous shower rooms near the lobby for the last day if you leave later, so no late checkout is needed. The rooms are are not very spacious, but Ok. Picnic lunch available if you want to spend the day out.

It was a very good hotel. The hotel has friendly staff and they have good food much options you can choice out. But the entertainment on the Hotel was a little bit boring but I had an amzing time there!

Very good hotel for family getaway. Tasty food and very friendly and helpful personnel. "Need a pen? No problem, we got one! " On the another hand, this hotel have some disadvantages. You must pay for drink at the dinner and, what I found very annoying, Wi-Fi connection is just horrible. You won't do anything with this connection. Not every person in stuff know how to speak in English, especially waiters. Overall, I'm recommending this place.

Everything is perfect up to Room No. 12. If you have trouble with sleep then this room is a horror. The pool pump is loud, the terrace and the animation show is right in front of the door, a hell of a noise. Everyone passes in front of the door, speak loudly. You can vainly explain at reception that you have problems, that you are sensitive! no one is interested. I booked 10 nights in this hotel. I hope to survive another 8 nights. Tomorrow I'll go to the pharmacy to see if I can buy something for sleeping. I'm just waiting to go home and finally to sleep.

Great 4 star Hotel. The Rooms are not big, the corsack is on the height. The SPA is normal, but there is one drawback-far from the airport. Our company Odeon has been driving from Barcelona 2.50.

Beautiful big room with sea view. Spotlessly clean. The only slight downside is that you struggle to get a table in the restaurant particularly at breakfast but not a huge issue. Food was good and lots of choice.

Great hotel. Very clean the staff very nice. Only downside in triple room The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. We paid as for an adult for a 13-year-old who had to sleep on this couch which is not suitable for the weight of a teenager or an adult. I would recommend this hotel though as it is definitely worth it. Many animations, very rich restaurant and access to the direct beach.

We stayed here for a week while in Salou. We had a 1 year old at the time and I was 5 months pregnant and this hotel was very good. You could enjoy all the greatness of Salou all the while enjoying some quiet relaxing time as the hotel is situated closer to cambrils than salou. The hotel staff were lovely except for 1 girl but I can't remember her name, She was just very unhelpful and told us we couldn't sit outside but then let others sit outside less than 10 minutes after we had settled to a table inside. But I wouldn't rate the hotel based on her unprofessional manner. I will definitely be back to this hotel as it was great value and accommodated all our needs.

Good Hotel. But they take advantage of that there is no parking and they charge you expensive. You still can't park it because it's small.

Beautiful hotel recently renovated on the seafront. Outdoor swimming pool overlooking the beach, spa with heated swimming pool, children's play area, huge bar, buffet… perfect for families.

Nice some things could be better very friendly & helpfull staff would come again.

Since the last time I was before the renovation and now with the reform, quality and service to down a lot. And to top the day back I leave a blanket, I call three times to receive a response to the two days and the manager of the hotel says it is not… when perfectly where I forgot.

It is an overrecommend hotel. All kinds of services and unbeatable attention. And at a very affordable price. To repeat certainly.

We are having some fantastic days, very good food, perfect facilities, clean, comfortable, cozy, hammocks in the pool for all guests, some armchairs also for sunbathing great, simply fantastic!

Is a family hotel but still quite good. Top location right on the beach. The hotel has pretty thin walls and since the music always plays until midnight, you can only fall asleep after 12:00. German language negative, here is spoken Spanish and English. The hotel is visited to 50% by Spaniards 30% Russians and 20% by the other visitors. So my assessment. Otherwise all the rooms are newly refurbished, looks nice. Safe and Wi-Fi were around otherwise.
Now the restaurant.
The cutlery in the restaurant must be renewed, all bent and scratched.
The dishwashers are definitely also quite old, I would often have to go looking for clean cutlery and new glasses. The food was delicious.
Overall a good price performance ratio.

Fridays seem to have the best menus especially if you like seafood. The Hotel did provide Gluten free bread buns but even when sliced in half they often got stuck in the toaster and burnt. The Thomson Rep Amanda came to our rescue and obtained from her neighbourhood a gluten — free sliced loaf, a very large 5 star for her efforts, she even managed to have our paper-backed novels swopped. Well done that Welsh Lady. The selection of food on offer in the Hotel café was very limited and out of stock on one occasion, necessitating a walk to the nearby beach café.

Great place, amazing facilities, the rooms where incredible, great having fridge and safe in it to use free of charge. However would be better if they had a kettle in room. Also the food wasn't to my liking, very Spanish orientated. Not really a wide for English. Breakfast is the same each day. And dinner only changes slightly, but the bread is amazing.

Rich buffet with international cuisine. However, the food is often only lukewarm, but still tasty.
The service staff is friendly and also for having fun.
The rooms are nice after the conversion but are very small as 2 large 140mm beds fill the whole room.
The beach is right in front of the hotel. On the beach The beds are additional €4. The pool area is free of charge.

This hotel is part of a chain that is used to use. This one is a little less good. The rooms are top, the buffet is very repetitive and little varied. By cons access to the sea via a gate near the swimming pool is well, the problem is that there is no pediluvium to return to the terrace, suddenly the surrounding area of the pool and the pool itself are overrun with sand…

The truth is that the hotel is fantastic! The only drawback that can be put is that the parking is paid €15 day. On the street that is blue area is cheaper but you have to be getting coins, otherwise so much service as fantastic facilities!

The waitress was very friendly and also had fun at her job. The grounds were very tourist friendly. The rooms were large enough and had nice balconies. There are also supermarkets next to the hotel to buy a drink for example.

Stayed here mid September, beautifully refurbished hotel for 2017, our room with a view was top class, staff were all very accommodating, thumbs up to all the cooks/chefs and kitchen staff too. A deserved 5* from us x.

The hotel was very good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd bet five, but there are some flaws, my assessment's more like 4, 5. It's just that the repair is not very good, but it's already smudges on the wallpaper, the bra is bolted, and there are already small mold pockets in the bathroom. And the hotel is 95% filled with retirees, so the atmosphere of decline is very poor, despite the activity of these people, it is still very unlike the order of the restaurant in terms of hot foods, and we must stand in line to receive them. But in general, I like it.

The hotel after renovation. A clean number. The beach is close by. I liked that we don't need litter for the beach. It is enough that the sunbeds of the hotel are within walking distance of the sea. The food buffet, the choice of dishes is great.

Food absolutely superb. And I mean, SUPERB. Staff super helpful. Hotel very clean and well looked after. Air con in lobby and restaurant beautiful. Air con in rooms a far cry from that. Took ages to cool it down. Sometimes way into the night. Rooms slightly cramped. Not much space to walk past the beds across the room. Entertainment (loud) outside every night till midnight. Brilliant if you want to party on with the kids, but irritating if you want to get to bed earlier. Beach only 5 steps away from hotels back entrance. Go onto the roof of the hotel! Yes, I mean the actual roof. You will see what I mean when you get there. Awesome. Take your camera. When eating evening meal, if you want water you can have a 1.5 litre bottle for 2 euros 20. BUT the shop just off the foyer sells the same bottle for 1 Euro. Oops! But you are not permitted to take it in. Pop out of the main doors, turn right, walk a short distance to "simply supermarket" and the same bottle is 27 cents. What do the Americans say? … go figure! Bike hire is dirt cheap (6 euros for an hour). And cycle lanes very good down the prom all the way to Salou one way and cambrila and beyond the next. Oh, when you step out of the rear of the hotel to go onto the beach (5 steps, remember? ), don't forget to look left and right because the cycle path is there and you might/will get knocked over. Pavement sellers out all over behind the hotel (mainly African), but they don't pressure you. Very polite.

Has just been refurbished so looks the most inviting of all the hotels. Pool area clean with enough beds for everyone. A few more umbrellas wouldn't go a miss. Food is fine and plenty off it.

Best hotel I have stayed in. Looks like it was refurbished this year as everything felt new. Located immediately next to the beach and in a quiet area. Highly recommended.

Bedrooms are a little bit small but comfortable. Food is good with a wide choice. Very few english people on our stay which made it a bit lonely for our 11 year old daughter. Nice hotel though.

Yesterday returned from the updated best maritim) ) ) ) as always very happy that despite the break of 3 years returned again) food as always on plus 10! We're picky, but it's something extraordinary. ) ) abundance of everything)

This Hotel is fabulous. We stayed here for a week and had a great time, the staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were in the minority being English which was great! The food was excellent, something for everybody. The location is good too, a bus stop outside for local and excursion trips and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach out the back, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

Great hotel staff super friendly and welcoming cleanliness impeccable meal overall OK we have direct access to the beach I recommend it to everyone and I think even come back one day in this hotel we had a great holiday.

For the rooms they are a little small or otherwise there cleanliness is OK.
The receptionist spoke French well and he was helpful.
A 5 or 10 min walk (it depends on your speed) of a big city plugged in.
And for the restaurant nothing to say except that the staff does not speak much French.
The bar and pool are top.

We went 2 times in this hotel. First off-season as a couple, and a 2nd time in high season with our little girl. Of course, everything is different. There seems not to be in the same structure!
The main advantage of this hotel is its location directly on the beach. It is quite rare to be stressed. Just a bike path to cross (beware some tourists think they're on a velodrome! ).
That being said, we have little to criticize. Updates share, unfortunately as with most hotels, reservations of sunbeds for 8:00 in the morning by the dozens, often adults who "send ' their teen book (how sad)! " but we we are in f. T because we prefer the beach.
Of course we hear some noise from neighbouring rooms but nothing serious: long live the earplugs!
For those who wait, dinner on the terrace is a real pleasure. The food is varied, plentiful even though some might say it's "always the same". But when you love about everything, we get to diversify his meals. We have never wanted for anything regardless of the time (and let's have dinner instead that Anglo-Saxon Spanish time! ).
The staff is charming and ready to oblige; home and especially at the service of the restaurant and yet they work hard! The only complaint might concern women in households of the floors are very noisy even early in the morning. It is regrettable to respond from one end of the corridor to another when you know the hotel full.

Quite noisy due to the amount of people and any representations about the pool. The food is good, there are cafes and supermarkets.

The hotel is no more than 10 steps away from the beach, the more Beautiful and because of the corals are gold glitter particles in the sea. There is a very large selection of food, and you can even see yourself as a chef the food grills etc, the staff is very friendly and well cared for. The room and bathroom are small but clean. To sleep, it takes hardly any more space. — All round a good hotel if you want to spend a luxury holiday. There is a relaxed atmosphere. That bothers many Russian holidaymakers here are actually little. A few years ago, "swarmed" it in this area of German — and to others not a holiday where you want? So long all according to "behave" the nation is doesn't matter. You must be able to communicate just something.
