Everything is great and very well taken care of.

I found it spectacular to enjoy this weekend a lot.

I like everything very much! But the staff of the reception (a blonde lady with braid and glasses) must learn to be friendly with guests.

Beautiful hotel, the food is delicious and staff are wonderful.

Its very nice here only bad thing is food but rest its 10 out 10. Food 3 out 10

I would reccomend this hotel due to room sizes, descent pools and plenty off sunbeds that you can only get to from 9am but it wasnt a fight, on the other side, staff 99% were rude food was awful could never really have a proper meal unless salad, unless you like pig cheeks and pig trotters, yes I understand its Spain different food ect we have been to Spain plenty, the food was just atrocious, with garlic bread ya could off killed someone if threw it and crab sticks and a c…atapult ya would have had a smashed window,
now the pools were brilliant but ice cold we went in 3 times and had to wrap up to get warm, pictures are out dated, behind outdoor bar their is no longer a bridge, to get to bar also their isnt sun loungers behind the outdoor bar either it's now 4 double hammocks that you have to pay and reserve to use half a day at a time, also near outdoor toilets their is now a small jacuzzi pool, bubbles not working all time and freezing again, no leaflets or info on the spa facilities or even where they were, for the cost we expected more the room was fine but only as we played extra for beach pool view, other than that you got trees railway line or buildings and car parks,
also took a while to check in as no English speaker on reception thought they has to speak many languages, food was same most nights no themed nights ect, I would only reccomend due to pool sizes our room and the sunbeds, other than that I wouldn't dream off going back, I would give it

Superb facilities, very clean, excellent varied menu suitable for all nationalities. Room lovely and clean, with two king sized beds in it and mini fridge can't fault it.

Stayed here for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Food was good most of the time but sometimes it was cold. Always plenty of choice. Though. Hi points are the staff who work so hard. The children's entertainment are brilliant. Low point was the pool which was at best freezing. Even the sea was warmer. Apart from the pool being cold as a family we enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

Me and my family have just got back from our 2 week stay we really enjoyed our stay here the food was amazing the best yet and the entertainment was good would of like it to be outside more tho. And the staff were great we felt welcome there
was plenty of choice of food for everyone and the beach wasn't far from the hotel which was great we all really enjoyed our stay here the hotel was very clean. We will be back again sometime.

This is a very busy hotel although saying that we always managed to get a sunbed the lifeguards don't let anyone hog them and if u leave your towel for too long they will move it which is fair enough. You have to time your meal times right otherwise they que out the door. Food is plenty though lots of choice I am quite fussy but always found something to eat even if it was salad and rolls still nice and filling. Inflatables even teeny tiny balls are not allowed in the pool which to me is a killjoy considering the amount of shops around selling unicorns flamingos etc so kids were disappointed we couldn't get one. Bring your own travel kettle as they charge u 15 euros to hire one and if u like your English tea bring your own teabags! The hotel is clean and looked after. Rooms are very small and basic and only two plug sockets. We did have various bits that needed repair could do with a little tlc in some places but nothing drastic. Would we come again probably not but then I never go same place twice its a big world. Entertainment was good.

The entertainment and food are really good and you are minutes away from the gorgeous beach, the staff and reps are friendly and helpful rooms cleaned daily.

This is our last night here hubby and me been here a week it's been great. Very hot but it is August lol Food is very nice a lot of fish but plenty of other choice. Pizzas amazing. Lots cooked fresh in front of you, pool bar great for snacks and if all inclusive self service is fab even on local SPIRITS Bar staff are lovely and the place is clean always would deffo think about coming back here.

Very nice hotel to stay in. Loved the entertainment, the pool, the food, the rooms were nice and each one comes with a nice little balcony. Lovely. The only downsides were a couple of staff members seemed really annoyed and stressed and it made me feel uncomfortable being served my them. Also, my friend got chicken and pork on seperate nights and the food was pink inside. Luckily she didn't eat it. And I also got Roast Suckling Pig and a small bit of the meat was raw. It was pure red and bleeding. Apart from that, it's alright!

Just had a lovely family holiday here. Rooms were a little small but clean. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi as it was very intermittent. Food was good an a nice family hotel.

After reading loads of bad reviews about here I was totally put of before we come. I'm still here waiting to get picked up ready for home and after spend a week here wit my fiance and my sister and her family I def wud come back. Staff were friendly, food was grand wud never be hungry and location brill just 1 minute takes you to beach. Hotel rooms, bar and pool area are spotless clean. We were all inclusive and never questioned about anything we askd for. Everybody has there own opinion don't judge untill you try for yourself.

Had marked 5 star until I returned to my room today. Cleaners entered room while DO NOT DISTURB sign was place on door. Same in our other family room. Nothing taken but we stupidly left the safe open and cannot trust place any more. Was nice other than that but it is unacceptable.

Nice Hotel, well located, 200 meters from the sea. Food is not bad, but not something special. The Staff is polite, always willing to help. It is Possible to recommend for a quiet rest, fans to hang out, to look the hotel better closer to Salou.

The rooms are noisy. Both sides, pool and train. Friendly staff and the meals are good, they repose constantly. There'S iron in the dining room right now. Lots Of Lounge Chairs in the pool, they don't fit all.

We asked for a 3 single bed room and we were given a 2 single bed room. We were then moved but only again to the same type of room. Once we finally got a 3 single bed room, we had lunch. The food was not up to standard. The paella was sticking to the spoon and the burgers were not cooked properly. The food was so bad that I had to go to burger king but the burger king was pretty lit! Also none of the staff speak good english and I had to tell them my room number 10 times very clearly.

Room Comfortable. Years ago we go the buffets are perfect. Just a small downside this year for the evenings despite all the goodwill of the animators so sympathetic.

Horrible Hotel! Room overlooking the track with the noise of trains that pass all day, staff little help (except the waitresses of the restaurant), room dirty and uncleaned despite the raises). The only positive thing is the food (varied buffet — but often cold food). The prices are low but given the quality. Flee!

A decent peaceful place. Were at a football tournament among children's teams in March 2018. The hotel is very spacious, the rooms are neat, tidy, the staff is lovely, very attentive, there are at the front desk Russian-speaking managers always. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is quite large and has all kinds of facilities to make the venue a perfect holiday. Good service. The problem with all these areas is parking. Although you can always find some a bit farther away from the hotel. There are shops to buy food and a pharmacy right next to the hotel. It is well located to go to the beach.

Hello. We stayed in this hotel in July. Very convenient that the hotel is located near the office of the bass plan and stop. From the airport by bus drove to the hotel. Tickets for excursions and travel cards can be purchased at the office. Russian employees work there, they will prompt you where and how you can get there.
The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but I did not have the chance to see her. Safe for a fee.
The room is not big, not very clean. Bed… I had to accept. The cleaning was done, but the floor remained dirty. Once in our absence the maid, apparently charter, took a bath in our room. I realized this T k found her underwear on the hanger.
The balcony overlooks the railway, which is a terrible crashing train to the night. If the door is closed, then not strongly rumbles).
The room was very clean and the pool was very nice.
The breakfast is good, the food is varied. Serving, waiters, all right.
Dinners were made themed. That Mexican kitchen, that Asian. Everything is nicely decorated. Drinks for money. I recommend sangria. The waiter brings a check, on which at the exit it is necessary to pay.
In the pool did not go, it is packed with people as herrings in the bank. We went to the beach, very close by. You can take a sunbed for money. The people are very noisy.

The hotel does not break bricks, model years 70 of mass tourism. But it is well located. There is only one road to cross to get to the beautiful and large beach. It is better to ask for a room on the front façade to not hear the train passing right behind. The restaurant at rush hour is really very busy…

I just come home from my 10day trip to best cambril. All was great any complaint were minor. Until day 7 when we left a wallet with 40 euro in the side which was stolen we assumed by the cleaner as it was in a 2hours space when the cleaners were around we wasn't happy but let it pass as we see it as a mistake by us also for been careless.
What was completely unacceptable was the raw chicken on the last day! The chicken was breaded chicken and I wouldn't have known until I cut the chicken it was pink. We told members of staff and they looked uninterested! This could have killed somebody. Pictures below.

Perfect breakfast.

Lovely hotel close to a great beach. Great pool area with Jacuzzi and steam room. Food was excellent with a very wide variety to suit all tastes and often very beautifully displayed. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Large bedrooms with good balconies and all immaculate. We even saw a chap "shampooing" the sunbeds in the evening!

Everything as expected. Reasonable food, room and pool area. I never take part in hotel entertainment but what l saw in passing seemed OK. You certainly get your monies worth and as a base Best Cambrils is pretty good and close to beach. I had a car but busses run to Cambrils centre 3k and Salou 3k every 10/mins or so.

Brilliant family hotel! We stayed in this hotel July 2017 for 10 nights, myself, my husband and our 2 boys (6 and 8 years old). We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again. The food was great, the best choice and quality we have had at a 4 star all inclusive. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made pancakes every morning! It is very close to the lovely beach and bus stops are right outside the hotel to Salou and Cambrils. The hotel and outside areas are very clean and well kept. The only thing we weren't too keen on was the entertain at night but that is really down to personal taste. In all a great hotel :)

Just got back from a weeks All Inclusive holiday at the Best Cambrilis. Great hotel very clean & tidy cleaning staff always working round the clock to keep it clean. Weather hot all week pool very good plenty of sunbeds & parasols. Food was good always something for everyone, but stay clear from having a burger my daughter ordered one cooked in front of her when bitten into I was still raw!. Also if you are soft drinks person beware of the drinks waiter (blond hair bloke) we were a party of 11 of us 5 adults & 6 children we ordered 2 jugs of coke & he said no instead kept giving us 11 small glasses, so I went to the restaurant manager he said were entitled to 1 jug per 6 people but the waiter still said no so we complained to our rep (Ryan) & he said exactly the same as the restaurant manager. Also a big shout out to the little lady who walks around gives out souvenir wrist bands very pleasant & friendly lovely person. Overall apart from the restaurant issues the Best Cambrilis is a "FANTASTIC" hotel will definitely be going back & highly recommend…

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are good which are cleaned daily, the one I stayed in at an extra cost had both a pool view and a beautiful sea view. A very varied selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner catering for all nationalities, English, Irish, French, German, Spanish and Russian. Could not fault the hotel in any way which was not the case when I visited in 2012. I wholly recommend a visit here.

Just returned from a 2 week family holiday here June/July with 2 Children 8 & 6 years old and it was fantastic. Having read quite a few negative reviews I was worried what we would be greeted with but was very happy with our stay there. The whole of the hotel, rooms, pool area, dining area, toilets etc were spotless, food was lovely always something for everyone & show cooking every night. Staff were very friendly the best we've encountered compared to previous hotels. The pool bar has a help yourself area so if your all inclusive you serve yourself to pop, milkshakes, beer and spirits which was great. People have previously complained about the train track at the back of the hotel which I can understand as we had a pool view and could hear the train quite often so can imagine it was a pain if you were round the back. The entertainment could have been better but it was ok the kids loved it anyway and that's what it's all about. All in all a fab hotel and we would definitely go back.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are lovely and the balcony is a great place to sit and relax after a day on the beach. The food on offer is delicious, great variety and quality. The staff are friendly and helpful, even if you don't speak Spanish. Location is ideal for going to the beach and buses regularly go to Cambrils and Salou as it's a bit far to walk. The bus stops are right outside the hotel too. The pools are awesome, and there are loads of sun beds so you can relax by the pool while enjoying drinks from the outside bar. Definitely staying here again.

Had a very very good time a the Best Cambrils. We're a family of 4 with 4yr old & 1yr old and found the facilities great value. Our room was overlooking the pool which was nice. The food was top notch with a wide variety to choose from every day. The staff were very friendly and they all provided excellent service especially restaurant staff and bar staff.
We'd definitely holiday again at the Best Cambrils!

Close to the beach.

We have spent 10 days my wife and I, and the conclusion is that the hotel as a whole is relatively well; even though it needs some improvements. Staff, although at reception could work is a little more; the best with difference are the two MAÎTRES of the dining room.
The correct food.
The €9 per day charged for leaving the car in a place outdoors, and under some trees sticky to each day to leave the car "enguarrado"; It is an outrage.

We were hosted from 14 to 16 May. The room is spacious ground floor and large terrace. The treatment of the right staff to point out teresa and madelys… but above I want to highlight to manel a great professional and a great person… thank you very much manel… (I would appreciate to address is it forward) … pako and Antoinette.

I have 3 year already visit Best Cambrils. A wonderful hotel (suitable for families). At the reception friendly staff works, but in the past year, one of the regestratarov (Eugene) spoiled the mood. The hotel's restaurant you will feed a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner, and leave you out of it with a smile. Waiters speak both English and Russian. The restaurant Best Cambrils dobryžilatel′nyj head-chef who teaches Russian language. Every Friday in hotels dinner passes Catalan or Mexican and d. R. Hotels include a gym, pool, poolside often hold master-classes from head-chef.

Since a few years we tend to go to this hotel. Ademas that is located in a perfect place, the buffet is very good, the pool is very good and the staff very amable. Solemos go the family and also have tended to coincide with people going all the anos. Por something sera. Este year also repetiremos.

The hotel is not novvj, but the brand holds.
Fed perfectly, every day a new menu from Chinese to Catalan cuisine. But the biggest plus is the location. Sea 2-minute walk away, across the road from the hotel there is a bus stop (there's also sold all kinds of travel and tickets).
On the bus to the Port Aventura theme park 30 min. Buses run every 30-40 min.

Good location, comfortable room, Wi-Fi Internet access. Happy.

If you have small children this is not your hotel, buffet, lousy, attractions for the children of very low quality. The rooms are clean although they are rather old and worn from use. Before contracting with the agency to stay in this hotel I asked them to be cercioraran if they did purees for babies, I was told that without a problem, speak with the chef to see what we wanted, everything was perfect. When you get there. 's all a lie. So if you are thinking of coming to this hotel I advise you not to, insurance that there are more options (the 4 stars are given when they opened, now just look at the facade).

Were in June 2012. Only got around to write a review. This was our first vacation in Europe. After reading reviews I was afraid to go with us was a small child. This is the best hotel in all of our criteria. This was followed in Italy, Greece, France and Bulgaria. Don't worry about the railroad, I have that spouse, that child is sensitive to noise. Railway does not interfere, the more You will close the window and sleep under the split system. And I have not heard that they went at night. Very tasty, different shaped food, where this is no longer met, comparing with Europe, Turkey and Egypt are not taken into account. Great pool, very friendly staff. There are animations, not in Russian, but our baby in the evening all had fun. A great beach. Weather. The safe in the room. Out not bad, really left a tip, if you have to change the towel, throw it on the floor. Everywhere can be reached on a comfortable bus. Next PortAventura. Us all if you enjoyed it. More in Europe, such as hotels and staff.

Fatal hotel, fatal service, Peña buffet. The truth q melo pass well but the hotel me quite disappointed. Makes missing uan good reform, the waiters should be well cleaned and antenderte such as toca and not in a bad mood, also clothing including the waitresses had q a q rea highlight fuzz Lady uniform was black per you cooked in the buffet all full of white balls fatallllllllll. Are we fallen Cabinet shelves are a complete disaster. I do not recommend it.

Vacationing in 2005 year. According to our notions of (Russian) to 3-ečku, although operators evaluate to 4 *. For families even very good, but for "was hip" is not suitable. Then the best in Salou. A good hotel, in general, well located, very close to the beach. My only complaint would be the elevator that doesn't ever, my husband can't walk, and we spent a long time waiting for the elevator, although there are only three running one.
