This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in staff or grant and the entertainment team are now rooms are clean and tidy food can be good nice and quiet.

Absolute joke of a hotel. Currently staying here for two weeks and wish to god the hotel stay was over. Rooms tiny (half board) but not fridge to keep juice cool. Left our own cups and straws with gin and juice full to the top in them and when we came back these had been binned. Replacement… 4 clear plastic drinks and loads of straws… I wanted the strawberry gin that was in them. Bathroom and room is dirty but the main issue is the beds. One bed has a cigarette burn in… a cover while the bunk beds for children don't have any ladders for them to get up and down. Apparently this has never been brought up as an issue before. If my children fall this hotel will be liable. The lifts can only be called to go up fe the ground floor so when on the restaurant floor the buggy has to be bumped downstairs before we can get a lift to go up to the room. Only decent thing is the restaurant and entertainment staff, they are fab at what they do but the hotel itself might as well be a hostel, saying that the hostel next door probably gives their residents more than one pillow so they can sleep comfortably unlike in here. Pic attached shows my son trying to work out how to get down safely but can't do it. Horrific.

Estuvimos con el todo incluido, la verdad que todo bastante bien, Los buffets increibles hay bastante variedad y cosas vegetarianas, muchos postres y cada dia varian bastante La atencion desde un principio ha sido directa y precisa nos dijeron todo muy educadamente y tampoco les falta risa que eso agradece ver a la gente feliz y no agobiada (aunque he de decir que hacen unos jornales muuuy largos) En el todo incluido les falto un ooco de variedad en las comidas del bar o algun descuento mayor en el resto de cosas Tampoco tenian este año la opcion de picnic : (Pero por lo demas nos dieron una muy buena habitacion muy espaciosa y bien limpia Sin duda volveria otro año Aah tambien tienen actividades en la piscina todos los dias y varias actuaciones por la noche la verda que calidad precio es inmejorable.

In this hotel for the first time, we were immediately greeted by a friendly, always ready to help and make your trip most comfortable.
Among the advantages can be distinguished: 1) Comfortable balconies with concrete walls, which give complete isolation from noisy neighbors and confidence that the next day you will not see the loss of your favorite towel from Turkey and a neighbor proudly wiping it on the local beach. At the rest of the hotels were seen glass partitions, through which, perhaps it is someone in a plus, you can say hello to the neighbor and hold parties at least every day without noticing the obstacles. 2) Very good view of the hills and very cute cacti (it was determined, if you look at this type of plant for a long time, they become more and more every day! ). By the way, you will not be watching from another hotel a person and his balcony at a distance of 30 cm from your nose. Who likes the view of the window in the windows? 3) There were only breakfasts, everything is tasty and a very good choice for a European hotel. 4) Excellent hotel location. To the beach roll a barb (after hearty breakfasts from the point at number 3! ) only five minutes, which can not but please. To the city center to go about 8 minutes, there can be easy to start your shopping or find a cozy restaurant with good prices and Spanish food.

Great holiday and surprisingly good food.

The hotel quite pulls the three stars that it has.
The rooms are neat, though not new. The reception is multilingual and polite. They feed as standard. Not bad, but Turkish hotels with three stars does not reach.
The location is convenient, within walking distance everything the tourist needs, the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants.
For lunch and dinner there are no free drinks, paid, it's alcohol of all kinds and sodas. This should be taken into account, especially for those who like to drink tea or coffee, they simply do not exist.

The hotel itself feels agy in places but is kept clean and seems to be maintained well. It has a nice swimming pool with the bar next to it and it is located close to the sea at the quieter end of the town but still close to the centre. People working in the hotel are very helpful, well mannered and friendly. Animators team is fantastic! Food is nothing special but it is OK and often better and safer choice than some of the local Bars/Restaurants. There is little variety especially at breakfast. There is no parking and finding a space on the surrounding streets can be difficult. It is a very good place if you are after budget holiday.

This hotel completely spoilt our yearly family holiday. We booked to go all inclusive as a treat this year and so we could just relax and not worry about having to go out and find food in various places… however the food here was absolutely disgusting! Cold, undercooked and most of the time they were offering dog fish/ cockle stew/ squid ink rice. Completely inedible. And brekkie was hot dog sausages and smiley faces! This is not what we were told we would be offered on the all inclusive package! We spent 700 euros because we just couldn’t eat any of the food! Your drinks are served to you in tiny plastic cups and you are only allowed 2 at a time which meant if we wanted drinks as a family we all had to get up and get them! The snack bar only serve the all inclusive guests at certain time during the day and god forbid you happen to ask for something out of that time because you are frowned upon and made to feel like a naught school child! We have never had such a horrific holiday as we’ve just come back from! In fact your hotel has put us off ever visiting Spain again!

Generally a good hotel, basic rooms but comfortable and very clean. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Food is okay we stayed half board and there's usually something that we'd eat. Hotel is well placed for the beach or if you want to explore Barcelona I'd recommend the train in (about 15 minute stroll to the station) only cost 10euros each. Took just over an hour. Calella is aalovely town to walk around plenty of shopping / food to have. Enjoyed our stay, if you've got younger kids then plenty for them to do during day and evening as the hotel puts on lots of activities.

Nice hotel. Good food. Nice staff BUT certainly not enough umbrellas and far too much emphasis on the entertainment for the children far into the evening and a lot of noise, so if no children its probably not for you!

I have been recently, staff correct reception, the fabulous dining room, the wonderful animation, good breakfast, bad lunch, bad bad dinners without quality, as far as the room I got without maintenance, carelessness and abandonment, cleaning shines for your Absence as well as in the bathroom, towels and bedding very worn, the beds do not make them limited to cover them, I will not return or recommend it.

It's super good. The food could get a little better. But it's better than many around the corner.

Wonderful hotel on a solid 3 star. If you come and seek out flaws, then it is better to sit at home. Food (we had HB) lovely and varied, cleaning daily, staff helpful, attentive. We are very pleased. Thanks to Santa Monica Hotel.

Good and variety food, room clean and spacious, with a balcony and bedside tables. A ten.

Great location, great service (especially bar service). British style breakfast and dinners but that was ok for me (sometimes there were queues for dinners but not not very long). The whole place was very clean, pool area was cleaned every evening. Generally I recomend it in 100%. Great place to rest and visit Barcelona — that's how we did it and it was our best summer for now.

The hotel is very fairly priced. It is in a great location, so nothing is too far away, especially the beach. The train to Barcelona takes roughly 40 minutes and when I went there weren't any late trains back, so be sure to get back to Calella before you end up paying too much for a taxi.

Hotel a little old being able to improve cleanliness, animation very entertaining with Jona and Micaela (I think it is written ASI) and very friendly waiters (especially a cordovan Jose). We. Had a good weekend.

Very good and very nice animation.

The hotel is not very. Have been in 3 stars Namgogo better. The bed is changed once every 3 days. In a restaurant as on a zone stdish, tables stand in one long row and all sit as at a wedding, but quietly poking in plates and next go waiters with a walkie-talkie and constantly pass something in it… Very unpleasant, constantly in suspense. This is the only hotel that I do not advise anyone. Alas. Have been in many countries and hotels.

Great, pleasant and helpful staff. Ask about their daily excursions, I just finished a day out in Barcelona. The tour guide spoke 4 languages, very informative and pleasant, quite reasonable in price too.

Very good hotel for your money. Close to the sea, the lighthouse, the old town. If you go a little further than the lighthouse, you can find yourself on the beach in a picturesque cove, next to a nudist beach) ) ). Food at the hotel is 4 +. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ok at check in, not much information from the desk girls, just a quick hello and some leaflets. We meet our rep with Thomson the next day, and we were not impressed but that's for another review. Food is good but dinner time gets really busy so go early. There's a lot of stairs, even on the 4th floor, so you have to go in the lift especially with a pram but with so many floors in the building it's hard to catch a ride in one without it being full. The beach is only down the street, but you have to cross under a train track bridge. Your room is cleaned daily no complaints here. Pool side can be busy but is great for a family. Entertainment on an evening is fun but a bit like cheesy Butlins. All round a good place to stay but its only day two so will have to review more at a later date.

During our stay, in the room there were 2 cots we ordered and there was enough room to move around comfortably, that is, the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) are large, comfortable and clean, the bathroom also spacious. The food was good, and the pool for the kids was great.

Great location, some higher rooms have sea view. Staff very friendly. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. The entertainment team are fab. Special shout to David and Susie. All the team put lot of energy into all shows.

Wonderful people, but the cleanliness leaves Muuucho what to want. Old room poorly maintained and small. I am nothing whiny or pijotero and for that price I thought it did not give the height. I would definitely not recommend it to my friends, nor would I go back to it.

Had an amazing holiday here, stayed from 4th July for a week, five of us. The entertainment team are great. Get there before 9pm to bag your seat :) you'll have a smashing good time haha all jokes aside the rock you act was the best. Rooms are a good size, cleaned every day, towels changed every day, A/C in every room. There is internet in the hotel & rooms, you will be given the code on arrival, signal is very good. The reception team are friendly & know their stuff, ask them about trips to water world etc The town area is 12mins walk, theres a laundromat, clubs, pubs etc Beach is a few mins walk from hotel, its not soft sand, grainy. Bar staff — what can I say, stars! Ray is so funny and the two ladys can keep up with him lol you can get hot dogs, chips, burgers, drinks by the pool area, theres a list by the pool bar. My son & nephew kept Ray & the team busy! We were all in, food is good, plenty for everyone, salads, fruits, lots of different dishes, Sunday roast and the pork chops were delicious If your all in with TUI, this hotel is the last drop off & the first to pick up. It may seem like there's not much time to get to the airport & through security but there is, its down to a fine art.

Good Hotel. Great location.

This is a good hotel for 3* the rooms though not huge are an ok size and clean, a small balcony with table and chairs is fine to sit out on with a coffee or wine. There are no tea or coffee making facilities provided in the room but you can hire a kettle, (we took own and sachets of coffee). The bathroom is not a bad size with shower over a bath and no problem with plenty of hot water. Wardrobe space is a little limited and I suggest you take spare hangers, if you can't hang everything and some gets creased you can borrow an iron for free. The rooms are cleaned every day and towel exchange no problem. The restaurant provides a good choice of food to cater for all tastes and was surprising tasty, the staff are friendly and efficient, give your room number as you enter and you are give a table number as soon as there is one free, only once in our week did have to wait more than a couple of minutes. The pool area is a good size with plenty of sunbeds but a shortage of parasols (get your towel out early and reserve a spot) the animation team make it a great place for kids and adults alike, they work very hard to keep you from getting bored. In the evening the bar staff will keep your glass full without making you wait too long, the drinks are reasonably priced if you're not all inc. The entertainment is as you would expect basic but ok, again the animation team return to entertain and involve the guests in the fun.

Good service. Rooms cleaned daily. Fed tasty and varied, and if you still and all inclusive, you can provision and such hardened his whole day to graze near the bar combining drinking cocktails with sunbathing around the pool. The only minus-wall though cardboard. The next rooms above you and below you and those that you will hear all that you do in your room.

Third time of going, we have taken 5 grand children without their parents and have had a whale of a time everyone. Friendly, helpful staff, nice airy dining room, meals buffet style where we always found something we enjoyed to eat. Clean comfortable airconditioned bedrooms, cleaned daily and towels changed as required. Comfortable bar and lounge areas and gun entertainment which the children loved. Super swimming pools and short walks to town or the beach, going again in late July 2016, this time with a sixth grand child; phewww!

Excellent food. The rooms have towels, liquid soap. Toiletries-toothbrush-pastes-gowns is not. There are rooms with views of the sea. Overall, a wonderful hotel for its price!
