This is a nice hotel. Mainly younger people but not had any problems yet as they are all well behaved.
Sorted us vegetarian meals everyday as part of our full board and a good range of food. Room cleaned
everyday. Good value hotel.

We have been staying here for 5 days and the staff is nothing but friendly! Maybe even the most friendly staff I ever met. Always smiling, always ready to help and always full of hapiness. Even tho I was only one of the many guest I felt so welcome and happy to be here! if you want to go to a hotel with some of the friendliest staff you should definitly come here! its a 10 minute walk to the city, trainstation and beach. Everything is closeby. Its about 30 minutes from the airport, 45 km from barcelona (1 hour with the train). I had a blast here and wohld definitly come here again!

Have been there for 6 days in august and enjoyed it a lot. The food was alright and the staff lovely.

Been here 3 days and so far it has been great. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Staying AI and have had a fantastic choice of meals. Will definitely come back here.

Staff are really helpful! Hotel rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Hotel is 3 stars and great for families Food is good everyone in our family managed to find something they liked to eat! Which isn't always the case for us Will definitely return next year.

It was 2 weeks ago. The hotel didn't have maximum cleanliness… Rooms weren't sweeped… Soaps don't do it every day. Sometimes they forgot the towel change.

Long waiting times at reception, dirty rooms, broken air conditioner, bad food Fine price I guess.

Where to begin the food is awful there is no disabled access we were not notified of this my mother in law has struggled all holiday. No ball games allowed in the pool but yet other families were allowed not allowed to play your own music endless you have headphones even tho we were told it is OK and all other guests were enjoying it. Over all can't complain about my room that's why I give 2 stars if the room was bad I'd give 1. No entertainment you need poker chips to get drinks if you give 1 you only get one drink and have to take back you empty cup for your chip. I see the point but it is a lot of hassle especially when other people are taking your cups and stealing your chips. You can tell reception you lost a chip but a bit of a pain. Wouldn't come here again.

Hotel and staff are great however a return trip this year has shown a huge change in the quality and quantity of the food a let down this year andwe ate out most nights, fried eggs for dinner on a saturday night! the food has let this place down for us this year.

Lovely hotel rooms spotless and tidy. Staff extremely friendly and nice the pool is small but was clean, food was nice and what you would expect from a three star hotel. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day central to callela short walk to town. Beach was a short five minute walk. There is jacuzzi by the pool as well. And there was some entertainment for children and adults although we went in middle of the week so was on towards the end of our stay. If you are all inclusive there is snacks till seven when dinner is served. There is little tubs of ice cream which were delicious in freezers,. Would recommend if on a low budget don't believe the other bad reviews as I feel they were looking to pay less for more it is what it states a no frills hotel however it is very adequate.

The staff is nice, but unfortunately it seems unable to handle the amount of loud noises that reigns until 4am in the morning.
To understand, you have to know that the public is made up of very many groups of young athletes who are there to celebrate.
We had booked for 7 days, but after 3 days of noises: loud musics and songs on the balconies, young people running in the hallways by tapping in the doors, those who walk above your room and who move the chairs and beds etc. We took at our expense another very quiet hotel: the unrivalled MAR BLAU…
We therefore strongly recommend this hotel to families and retired people who want to sleep…

Location Varied food. The normal rooms.

Check in was quick and food is great but that is pretty much the only good thing. We came with two children as a family and the hotel is full of young boisterous loud teens, already complained twice due to noise, kids running up and down the corridors, doors slamming, people shouting and waking the children up. After complaining nothing has been done and they are still continuing to do so, being pushed out of the dinner que by boys and being laughed at it is very intimidating, cannot go to sleep with all the noise, kids waking up crying and scared with the noise its an absolute disgrace.

Very good service, very attentive reception and are X ti at all times, very clean room, very quiet, very large flat TV, varied food and very good, my stay has been very pleasurable, a 10 for all LIS services.

The four stars relate above all the level of value for money. The buffet was unfortunately a bit repetitive, greasy and not always easy to digest. That was the main point a little negative. Compared to the price paid, the comfort was reasonable. On the other hand actually even in the middle of the season the noise was strong. It is not possible to impute to a hotel the lack of respect of its guests but the lack of soundproofing of the rooms. A pool quite sufficient and beautiful, clean salt treated comes to bring freshness when you need it. The reception is available h24. Only one person out of the 4 different at the front desk was a bit silly even unpleasant, the others were all hyper helpful and even spoke sometimes French. The animations are available at the nearby sister hotel ' ' good rest ' '. The hotel's location is just dreaming! Very close to the shops and a fast food… 100m! Convenient for the craving of the night! Great content of this hotel so but buffet in relation to the price: fairly average but sufficient.

Good place, good drinks, cool pool, foam party, music. Absolutely great.

Rooms are quite dirty and food could be better. The staff doesn't speak English. I really enjoyed the view and the fruit.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, nice room, food all inclusive was really nice good selection, only thing I didn't like was the milk for cereal and brews. Fantastic location for everything. (quite central) 10 minutes to beach, near to getting local train, and coaches for tours. Overall I would definitely come again and recommend.

It was a very nice hotel. Good for stopover but not to stay. Staff very professional and very helpful.

Hotel Esplai is part of the local Eco Hotels group with three or four properties in the area. We stayed in a family room with one double and two singles, there isn't much room for anything else! The room is very basic, there is a good sized TV but no international channels, not even good old BBC World. Bathroom again basic and you need a physics degree to work out how to turn on the lights. There is air con in the room but it takes ages to cool and is quite noisy. The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive resort, burgers and chips galore, loads of salad but sadly limited seafood options. Drink options are good and served until 23:30. There's no entertainment in the hotel and you need to go to nearby Hotel Bon Repos in the evening, on the whole the animacio team are good but there is a magic show called Mag Magic which uses animals as part of its act, sadly I fear for the welfare of the animals and hope that the hotel stop engaging this act in the near future! Overall if you want somewhere cheap and cheerful to put your head down then this is the place for you, we got a room on the 6th floor (top floor) which was great as its far awsy from the rowdy reception and a great sea view, if you want luxury look elsewhere,

Check in was a disaster. There was trash all over the place and the whole lobby was full with people on the floor. We needed two hours to check in. The rooms are very old and there were many long hairs in the bathroom. Only two good things were the location of the hotel and the food was pretty nice. But you shouldn't take too long in the restaurant or you will be kicked out because it gets too crowded there.

Quite bad hotel but not worse than the others. Good for a Party vacation. The alcohol is always mixed with water so getting drunk is really hard in this hotel.

Perfect for people at parties emphasize that only, rather less for the holiday. Heavily stretched and included very easily kept but sufficiently clean alcoholic drinks at the bar room are a little alcohol, room service good. Guests to 99% teenagers.

No alcohol for under 18 year olds are suitable but for party. Rather go lorett.

Hammer hotel! But bad food.

Terrible Hotel! Our WC lost water for about 4 days and the hole bathroom was a swimmingpool! The security does not mind slapping people if they think you made something wrong. They rush your room at 8 am. To " clean " it. In fact they just make you clean up the mess you have to put up because you can not put your empty bottles anywhere if the rooms do not have a trashcan!

I recommend staying at "Hotel Esplai" is a 3 star category, about 200 m from the sea, very pleasant, clean and if your languages are not your forte here speak Italian!

Rested the second half of August 2012. The staff were very helpful, the food is excellent, a lot of fruit. Lack of a noisy German youth, but not louder than the animation in Turkey. Pros anymore. Good "threesome"
