It is located at a good point, close to the center and the beach. The rooms were big but cold.

It was a very nice place to be in the beach.
Definitely inadequate for paying €1000 in September.
Poor furnishings and reclaimed from who knows where, unusable couch, broken tiles everywhere and old and uncomfortable bathroom. Very uncomfortable beds with old mesh mattresses. Pool beds only 5 in number for 3 apartment buildings, so no amenities.
Scomodissimo the reception service because for anything you have to go in the lobby of the Hotel Sunway 20 min walk or with a taxi (6 Euro day €10 in the evening). Idem for the convenience store, to use the super discount of Ben €3 that offer you must always go to the hotel at 20 min because the convenience store to the apartments does not exist.
Free bike service, you must always go to the hotel at 20 min to enter into the contract, then return to the apartment area again and take the old bikes broken and rusty. On 20 bikes of our measure to fatigue we found 2 healthy to use.

The location, the terrace and the tranquility are unique.
Amenities? The minimum indispensable old furnishings, kitchen and bathroom to the limit of tolerability.
unusable couch. Broken tiles, etc… really inadequate for the price requested.
Very uncomfortable check-in that takes place in the Hotel Playa Golfo about 1, 5 km… without means it is very imfeasible, especially if you arrive in late evening and you have to spend about 20 euros of taxi to get taken to the hotel for check-in and then to the apartment. No accompaniment provided.
Frankly for almost 1.000 Euros the first of September the service and the quality of the apartment really bad.

What a great experience, will definitely come back.

Bed bugs and very uncomfortable beds in the room I was given — AT23 Chloe. I'm amazed that no one before me in this room we're not also bitten as there was masses of them and they were not skinny! As a single lady traveller it was a terrifying experience to wake up to! I can only assume others thought they had Mozzies bites or an allergy to something… They moved me out immediately of course, but to a ground floor apartment where I couldn't leave open the patio doors overnight for fear of anyone coming in. No windows to open & no safety locks on the doors. No air con or fans so you can imagine how sufficating it was overnight, in July heat. I only stayed the one night instead of 4 & they refused to refund any monies because they had ' upgraded' me. No offer of compensation for my ordeal either! On the plus side, although the apartment was shabby it was clean & the balcony was big & secluded.

It's simple, calm and super clean. They're now upgrading it to a slick new vibe. Will probably get the fifth star if I stay in the new ones new time.

The place is close to the beach and lots of small biz. From the apartments to barcelona center is about 25 mins or so. The place is nice in the outside but the appartments needs a little updating done. I would give it a 10 stars if only it was kept better from furniture to the mirrows in the bathroom should be updated, put nice one and the place will be a 10 star not a 5. They have balcony so it makes it a btful place to stay. The bathroom shower curtains were dirty and the tiles needs grout. I can tell you that this place can be updated with some nice sofa covers, nice mirrows in the bathrooms, better dinning table cover and in the bathroom puting cheap white plastic curtains and replacing them every month they still make the money back. I dont know here in spain but in the US the bathroom cheap curtains are 2 dolars so damn do that and it will look nice and clean or wash the more often because they had mold growing on them. Well everyone for the price the place is ok and you still get to enjoy the pool and beach near by so give it a try and rent them out is still a good place.

Very poor Wi-Fi. It is no more than it is. In the morning wake up to the sound of the punch constantly construction here.

The apartment has no reception, to pick up the keys should go to the other end of the village, if you don't have car is one hour walk. Not warn in booking that not has reception and there is that search the keys away… to deceive to the customer.
They charge 21 euros for cancellation and the staff serving is unpleasant. Not go there especially if you have no car.

No kettle, toaster or microwave. Keys must be collected on the other side of town. Some booking sites misleadingly don't mention this. Check in 5 pm, out 10 am. Otherwise it's great, roomy, clean and kept in good condition.
