The building is old and has not been repaired for a long time, cockroaches run through the corridors, to be honest, BOMY.

We were quite surprised. Excelent bed/room, and the facilities were the best — everything you could think of — they had it. On top of this, the staff was super nice and available. Specially the girl during the day. We'll definitly return.

Nice places and nice people. Very close to the beach. 15 min to center of Barcellona.

Good hostel with nice kitchen for common use. Very clean. Common showers were not so nice… Little cold and no place to hang stuff and no place to change. But the rest was all good :)

Wonderful hostel. Close to beach and only steps from the metro rail. Extremely fair for the price and is in a much more relaxed and laid back area of Barcelona. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is a couple situation I saw a staff member (man that often worked behind desk) handle poorly. He was pretty irritable and would overreact to simple situations. For example a group of people were being loud before going out one night and a simple "Hello please be quiet for other guests and neighbors" would have done, he spent about 2 minutes going off on them. They had not caused any problems earlier. He also yelled at people for using a door that was not marked well to say it should not be used.

Attentive and present Reception, spacious and clean private rooms. Clean bathroom. Only discomfort the pressure taps, every 10 seconds must be pressed again. Common area equipped.

Nice, chilled out place. Situated right in front of a Subway station.

Youth-friendly backpacker hostel, dreadlocks, rare accents… If it's okay with you, it's okay (it's my case). The habiitaciones are not so good anymore. The door to the bathroom did not close well, we were not given towels and in general it was all very cumbersome and scarce. I guess for the price you can not ask for more…

Very helpful staff and clean bathroom.

Hostel is alright, one of the staff members is a bit aggressive and mean. There were some ants in our room but furthermore its sort of clean. It is okey but I would not come back or recoment it to anyone.

Good big hostel. Friendly stuff and close to metro station, but a bit far from Barcelona.

Nice place, very good Internet connection in all the hostel. Clean the room. The bad, cleanliness in the bathrooms, are small and encompass many guests hence require more cleanliness.

Very average hostel. Location is very out of the way but it's right next to the public transportation which isn't bad. Unfortunately transportation is a bit pricey. Rooms are decent but the kitchen is very unorganized and slightly dirty.

The one who sleeps under the stars recommends to all who are looking for a place to be and do. To be or not be?

Good value for money despite being for many people is kept clean and with good common spaces, has Wi-Fi kitchen and soda machines.

Great location and all went smooth, you cant expect 5star standards from hostel, it is just wrong. But this hostel is friendly, super comfortably located, Badalona is amazing and prices are top deal — I could say its the best place to stay in Barcelona in this price range. Our double room had a private bathroom; very happy. Needs little maintenance but they are working on it. Greets!

The rooms are all type shared and for couples, it is a hostel. The room that we alojamosp perfect and the bathroom TB.

Good hostel in Complex, space room and chicken and also a really good space outside, the only problem is that the hostel it's far from the center… I really appreciate the stoner receptionists.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is good as it is a few steps from the Metro that takes you to the most turisictos places, the room is clean and with the perfect temperatures, it has a kitchen and refrigerator accessible for everyone if you want to cook or Refrigerate food as well as tables and armchairs to eat and generate good atmosphere with the other guests, totally recommended!

As part of the study tour, our course booked this hotel, which proved to be a terrible mistake. The fact that the furnishings were very Spartan was the smallest Evil. Here is a list of some problems: 1. Bath/toilet permanently dirty, mold to room — and Baddecke.
2. The beds are very unhygienic. Despite their own bedding! I came home with scabies (Scabies) and had to deal for 3 weeks.
3. In front of the hostel, local teenagers sell drugs every night, some of which are also taken in the Lobby.
4. The room cards do not work in part. So a broken lock has led to 5 people with me locked out of the room at 11pm at night and no longer came IN. The reception couldn't help either, so we had to wait until 6am in the Lobby.
5. The food tasted awful and I'm glad there were numerous bakeries nearby.
I could continue my listing, but this is already enough information to advise against the booking!

Good reception very friendly to attend and I want to add that is a good place for travelers who are spending a few days.

This is a good hostel with cheap price. The bed is a bit small (short) and make a noise when you turn your body. However, the other facilities are good such as kitchen and bathroom. So, this is a good choice for saving your budget while staying in Barcelona. Moreover, it is close to metro, supermarket and some place that you can have a breakfast. P. S. Staffs are nice and friendly.

We've had our graduation ride there and I have to say such a bad hostel i've never seen Before.
The beds squeak in every little Movement.
The showers are an imposition the entire bathroom smells like chlorine the mold is looking for the way along the Walls.
Breakfast can not be called breakfast it is almost all not enjoyable.
I wouldn't let my worst enemy live here.
People prefer to spend a few more euros and go to a decent hostel or hotel and not to this Ranzbude since you have to be afraid of every visit to the toilet to get Salmonella.

The hotel is at an excellent location, near the metro station and lots of amenities. There are plenty of local shops near. Rooms are a bit dated and pale, but it's a reasonable place for a good price.

Room very nice for the price… perfect home… a 20mn from the center of Barcelona… hostel a book without hesitation…

Very nice stuff. The rooms are big enough. We stayed in a hostel in Barcelona with half of the space for the double price. Breakfast is OK. Actually we haven't got a better one on our trip yet. You get Toast, jam, terrible juice. There is a very nice terrace on the roof top to chill and to get in contact with the other people living there. They are offering free tours through Valencia. Just asking for a tip. All together we enjoyed the stay and we chose that hostel again.

I l liked it and very satisfied of the staff are accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean.

Amazing place close to the Badalona Beach 15mn Subway to Catalunya place. Nice people very helpful night and day. I will go back for sure.

I stayed here with a group and we were all in a male room with bunk beds and lockers. Bathrooms were nice but not private. Only male / female. Free computers for internet access was nice! Very nice hostel and cheap! A small trip on the metro from Barcelona. And this hostel is located close to a metro station.

Large spaces for socializing. Pc and free internet connection. Close to the beach and the shops.

Location is a bit far from the center, but right next to the metro for easy access. Tons of great things nearby. Service was quick and helpful. Rooms were nice. Only problem was the Wi-Fi didn't reach my room and there was no power plug for my bed.

Stayed overnight. Staff were all extremely helpful. I knew about half of the people in our 12 person room and every one was very friendly. Amenities were more than satisfactory and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hostel. Exceptional value. Right by the metro therefore getting into the city was no problem and only took about twenty or thirty minutes for a Euro ride. Getting back from clubs was around 15 Euro taxi ride. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to get to the beach, a bit far from the center. Rooms and kitchen clean.

Old-age inn, expensive for the service.
No breakfast, Deco and non-existent comfort (bedding. No shutter so day at 6:00 in Figure + Street noise, no TV, no towels. Faded and garish paint on the wall, with a bonus of station Hall neons. Lol). A refreshing drink is necessary. Soon the shooting of "nightmare at the hotel". The worst I've ever done. To avoid.

Very good reception the rooms are comfortable and the price and top a recommend.

Good hostel recommend it I especially the location to visit the Centre of Barcelona and the company at night is very good very good atmosphere.

They need to clean the guest kitchen as its full of dirty dishes, I wouldn't make any food in there as it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Dirty dishes all around the reception area as well. No lighting outside Dark and dank with no lighting inside It says the recption is manned 24/7 and when the staff are there they aren't helpful more intrested in whats on tv. Rooms are big enough but not very sound prof, I could hear everything next door. Bathroom was cleanish (never had mine clean whilst there.

This hostel was probably among the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at in Europe. It's located just right outside of Barcelona City in Badalona, a small beach town. The hostel is very clean with comfy bunk beds and private toilets inside the room as well as public ones outside with showers. Lockers are assigned to your bunk and opened electronically with your room key card. They are free! Public computers are also free to use. Those are already a giant plus in my book considering that many of the hostels I've stayed at will charge you for these things. It is located right across the street from the Pep Ventura underground train stop and a brisk 10 min walk to the ocean which has a nude beach. :) Wonderful and helpful staff made the stay that much more nicer. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice place, very helpful crew. Beware of the site where you book, the check in is not before noon (even later if they are over booked) even if the reception is 24/7. The help of the cute receptionist helped me to find my uncle, thanks to her translating skills. Badalona is a great familial neighborhood, the beach is amazing, and if you are coming with a car you'll most definitely find free parking spaces around (search the white parking lines, it means free)

The beds only with savanna under-mattress, no towels, no tv, no air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is not what gets into the rooms.

I've stayed there 5x now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! atmosphere is great and staff are so helpfull. 5stars from me).

Be Dream is a valuable and fun youth hostel to stay, especially just 5 minutes by walk to the Badalona playa (beach). The location is strategic by the same metro to go to iconic establishments in Barcelona. Indeed, the metro station is just across the hostel. The double room that I had was spacious, clean and got Wi-Fi connection. Meanwhile, the kitchen was exhaustively equipped. The lobby room and dining room were extensive and cozy. It was a perfect place to chat with other young travelers. I forgot to print out my boarding pass, then the receptionist told me that they can help to print any boarding pass and hotel booking for free. Also, I could left my luggage in its safe store room for a half day before leaving Spain. Next time I'll be in Barcelona, I would definitely like to try Be Mar and Be Ramblas.

Wonderful place, wonderful people who work there! We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona.

Stayed at this hostel with 45 children We asked if it was suitable for a group of this size before booking and also verified kitchen, catering and eating facilities. When we got there there was not enough room for our group let alone other groups and the kitchen was not only too small but didn't even have a pot big enough to use for us all-we had to eat in relays. All a bit frustrating when we had taken the time to verify before hand. As for eating utensils, the staff had to rush out each time we ate to go and get plastic platesm knives, forks etc-and then not enough. I would imagine as a small group this hostel would be adequate although in our experience it was not. Toilets and showers were also disgusting for the first part ofthe week.

I loved this hostel on my visit to Barcelona, I recommend it.

Outstanding Active 24 staff hostel on 24 always helpful and polite.
Beautiful weather and bathrooms very clean not to mention inside the room (sometimes from 12 persons).
The only problem is the distance from the city centre, although this problem is solved by the presence of underground (Pep Ventura, line 2 purple) exactly opposite the entrance of the building that leads into little more than 15 minutes in the social boat of the city.
Recommended for all those travelers who love simplicity and comfort.
