We vacationed with the family in mid-June. The room was overlooking the sea on the 3rd floor. Noise insulation is normal (maybe the neighbors are quiet) if you take over the view of the pool there will definitely be noisy. A little surprised that the refrigerator is 3 euros per day (asked in advance). But so the price as a whole was democratic, quietly paid extra. The staff are very friendly, love the kids. There is a free shuttle to the bus station (admittedly only carry things and you walk). The old town is not tense. The food is amazing for a 3 star hotel. For dinner sometimes even there was a ham. You can ask for an umbrella for free on the beach. In the room sometimes appeared ants, but they are very cunning) appeared if the food to leave unattended. No food, no ants. The hotel is generally great! Thank you very much.

Pleasant surprise. We did not know the Hotel Neptuno but it is worth it. Spacious room with a very comfortable bathroom and good views. Charming common areas. Swimming pool, children's area and jacuzzi. Private Parking, reasonable buffet breakfast, friendly staff. 8, 5 out of 10!

The hotel in general is fine. It does not wave the Spanish flag, only the Catalan and the European.

Good value for money, quiet, on the height of the city center, pedestrian Street at 100m, coffee 1 € 30, beer 2 € 20, buffet formula possible €12, possible to book parking outside (200m) for 10 €/day strongly advised.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not for noisy gatherings.

Well-positioned Hotel in the centre of Tossa. No free parking But there is public parking nearby. Hotel divided into 3 buildings, only 2 with pool view. Swimming pool and small solarium area for all guests. Very varied and correct restaurant the service of the employees. Bar in the performs performances.

We are surprised, a little cozy, a little outdated but the rooms are very nice. The breakfast is simple but there is everything. To be a 3* this very well and five minutes from the centre.

Great hotel, location is perfect, staff are really friendly even when you see them on the street off duty. Best in Tossa.

All staff were incredibly kind all the time. We have had an amazing time in there. Accommodation is really good and also all the amenities. Hotel is close to everything, including the beach. We will be back for sure!

Varied food but very fair buffet compared to Ghtcosta Brava to be two 3estrellas the Neptune is very justito the Costa Brava buffet. The entertainment the spa by Price is better the Costa Brava.

Large room, with views to the swimming pool, good breakfast and staff both at reception and in the dining room that are for all. 3 minutes from the centre of Tossa, where starting from the month of April-may no longer open their tents, we will return.

This place was recommended to us but we thought it was terrible. Very old fashioned and desperately in need of refurbishing.

Great quiet Hotel. A lot of tourists in the age, which says that there will be no drunken deboshes, the most unaccelerated tourists-this is also a plus. Good food. For me as a plus location (Old City), for someone it can be minus (to the sea it is necessary to walk, about 5 minutes). As a minus very strong audibility, not just with closed windows audible animation, and the impression that you are a sidish in the first row. Everything the neighbors do is audible.
In general, the hotel can be recommended to those who like a quiet holiday.

I liked the hotel. The category is three stars, but I'm going to bet five. Because if all the three hotels are going to work like that, four will disappear for nothing (-'s not going anywhere, because there are always people willing to die to prove their are). Good food, clean, private, nice service. It's a pleasure to go to the sea. You can rest on the hotel grounds. The shops are in two footsteps, but the noise of trade is totally undisturbing. I really like Tossa.

The neptuno is a great hotel, close to the old town, literally 1 minute walk away from the main shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean throughout with the cleaning staff very cheerful and fast. Breakfast had a good variety offering both cooked breakfast, pastries, tea coffee and cold drinks too from 8-10 am. Pool although on the small side never really got too busy even at peak times in august. If arriving via a shuttle bus, again just a short walk to the main bus station. We took a day out to barcelona and it costs roughly €22 each for a return ticket. Very good hotel would stay there again no doubt.

Excellent hotel, rested there in June 2014, great service, delicious food and animation in the evening. Passage to the sea through the picturesque streets of Tossa de Mar.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful place. Best holiday ever!

We are frequent travellers to Spain, so we have plenty to compare with. This Hotel is a little gem, the hotel, pool and gardens were kept beautiful and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was excellent too, the bbq around the pool on the Friday night was fabulous, the singers great too. The location is on a small hill, takes about 3 mins to walk up and is in the centre of all the quaint shops and restaurants. The castle is well worth the walk around, nice in the evenings too when lit up. Tossa de mar is a lovely resort, mainly families and mixed age groups, probably less teens there. We went on the bus to lorret, took about 20 mins, which is more the Stagg and hen doos. I couldn't believe, such a beautiful immaculate hotel and people write reviews about thin walls, we didn't notice, these ppl should probably stay in 5 star hotels.

Hello, we have six years going to the Neptune 15 days with our two small children, has always been a character humildon hotel. Last year they smokily us air conditioning for three hours overnight, but this year in July they have been turned off of the dining room for four days, and before any excuse it was automatic. The kids especially with so much heat have been nervous, and waiters drop fat, sweating didn't stand with ball, and gave us very strange explanations. The director is in the month of July to the funeral of the grandmother of his wife in Madrid, is not kidding. Until it has not returned has not given the order given the avalanche of complaints to reconnect the air in the dining room. In the rooms, follow by turning it off a couple of hours at night. We are still waiting for response to the sheet of claims that we have made, even the sorry for prickly heat than the smallest of our children to developed. It is the latest in the years that we come to this.

The hotel is located next to the jumbo Center just across a small road. From the main road, once 3 flights of stairs are to face up to the front desk (25 steps). You leave the case best after 2 steps from the elevator. The rooms are small for a 4-star hotel (approx. 12-14-sq m). The pool is normally great and even has a water slide. Nevertheless I would take no children, because the hotel mainly by Homsexuellen WG. The jumbo Center is booked. Is also available in the catalogue of (*), that children are not allowed. Is located in the Centre of Playa del Inglés, just beside the Jumbo Center C. With an incredible March. The hotel has a very friendly service, nice and very professional. I wouldn't mind returning again on a future vacation.
