A very clean hotel and delicious food even if I eat almost no bcp 10 out of 10 except see again bathroom faucet I return next year thanks to you all for your welcome.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and every time has given an excellent service. The rooms are well maintained and always clean, the food and restaurant are are also excellent and the bar is well served and the prices reasonable. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Well worth a stay.

I arrived on the 2nd of October and from the moment I entered the premises, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was given a room facing the back of the hotel, which didn't bother me because it was a roof over my head for four nights. The rooms were very clean, big, with double beds and the cleaning ladies were very polite and they’d work hard everyday, changing the beds and toilets. The one thing I would complain about was the breakfast. I'm a fussy eater, so there wasn't a lot of choice for me. I noticed the fried eggs were hard boiled and had been through the war, so not very tempting, so I just had my coffee and a chocolate croissant. I really enjoyed the top terrace, where there is a pool (which was very cold) and a hot bubbly jacuzzi with loads of seats and deckchairs available, where you can have a sangria (which I did) and you look upon the sea and coastal areas. You can clearly see the stars at night. I found the area very ideal as it has lots of supermarket and clothing type shops and stalls nearby. There was also a local bodega (Bodega Sa Xarxa) with an outside terrace to order food and drinks and they showed live football matches. Before leaving to go to Girona airport, the hotel staff were kind enough to offer me a packed lunch. I would definitely book with Santa Rosa again. This has been my third holiday to Lloret de Mar in two years and I had a fantastic five days in Lloret.

The pool is deep, the adult person doesn't get to the bottom, the feed is good, the room is cozy, but I wouldn't give a "only three, but solid!

All is well, the only negative is that in the pool you can swim until 19:00, now the heat is unbearable, the evening is to plunge and sit in the bar, but a bummer

It's not a 4 stars hotel. 3 at the most but you get what you are paying for. Cafeteria is great though. So get a package with full course meal in it. It's worth it. Stuff is helpful too.

Clean tidy hotel, food ok. Not really a place for children.

I had the pleasure of staying here. The food was excellent, the Hotel is spotlessly clean, its a great location. All of the staff are 'Old School' which means exceptionaly polite and efficient. I don't normally book full board on a holiday as some hotel food can be dissapointing, but I would here definitely. Thanks for a great stay and a relaxing vacation.

Second time at this hotel. The kitchen is gorgeous. Clean. The staff are friendly. In general, Europe. It's close to the sea, 5 minutes on foot. Near the street with shops. But aside from the bustling nightlife.
We liked it, so came the second time.

Perfect location. Very good attention in all sectors (reception, dining and bar is the most noteworthy) beautiful city very safe and nice to walk along its beaches. Recommended 100%

The staff is the best. A friendly, direct deal. Constantly asking if you need anything, if you are well and everything is to your liking, etc. The food very rich, and the terrace with the pool, is a luxury of views. Highly recommended.

Hotel more than OK for the price. However, this property remains difficult to access by car! The least: room old but decent. The plus: rooftop pool and Jacuzzi.

Horrible hotel do not go here! staff is so extremely unfriendly dumb and unprofessional. My stay was almost a year ago and I am still mad thats how bad it was!

All perfect! The room was very clean. Excellent food. Close to everything. Beach of about 100m. Best of all is the Terai above the hotel with pool and bar with view!

Very clean hotel, bad for free Wi-Fi, and too much air conditioning late October not helpful… Overall I am satisfied good value for money.

A bit dated, a little kitschy. Nice and friendly welcome. Some cooking but tasty. Attention to the bedding, the springs are a little aggressive for the back.

Pretty good Hotel. The cleanliness is not its strong but it compensates that the staff are friendly and the location is great; Also the services offered are good. Evaluation 6/10.

Food was standard, not much selection. Clean and basic rooms. Good house keeping. The reception staff made no effort to make us feel better after a 6 hour delay and a terrible transfer, they were short and even after stating that we wanted to leave early there was no effort made to make the experience less trumatic. We left 36 hours after arriving.

Very bad hotel. Not nice people en you're not allowed to do anything here, really not reccomandable!

On several occasions the Mister Ath committee offered me a trip to Lloret de mar in this hotel.

The staff are dedicated and helpful.
The rooms are nice and comfortable.
The buffet is varied and delicious. The different themed evenings make you discover the cuisines of different countries over the days.
The activities offered in the evening are very friendly.
I recommend it to you!

Nice hotel, very clean, we got separate room for child! Staf is very pleasant. Meals are rich with different food. For breakfast you can taste local vine or shampaigne. Pool + jacuzi and cafe on top. There is a also free internet. Very often organise some show or music. Pool work 10-19. Nice view on sea. For safebox you need 10eur + 10eur deposit, but if lost your key it will cost you 20€.

Nice very clean rooms are comfortable, and the food is really good.

Clean place close to the beach. Staff speaks Frech and little English. Swimming pool to use even in April Bad internet connection even though you pay for it From the centre of Lloret if you wanna get to Hotel no signs and easily can get lost Breakfast ok. I would probably say 3 stars Hotel.

The room that was assigned to me Haz actually hasn't earned a star.

Excellent food, excellent location.

Staff very unfriendly, us has been assumed we had unpaid fees for the local tax which in addition are €1 per person per day, Wi-Fi is also €1 the hour. The hotel itself was ok for the price, but the food was suck! I would never return!

Everything is perfect but they are sometimes a little edges.

Wonderful hotel where I came 7 times by coach and then an accident interrupted my holiday with you;
The hotel is very clean, in the quiet area of Lloret, but not too far from the dancing, 150m from the beach by two very nice little alleys;
Buffet meals are always different, hot and trays regularly reassorted; Breakfast is awesome, very complete with bread, pastries, sweet, salty, toaster, fruit juice, coffee, tea… Ect.
The staff are very nice and very nice, always at our service and speak French.
The rooms without being very spacious are very suitable with bathroom and private toilet. (We don't go to Lloret to stay locked in the room)
On the roof a small swimming pool, a bubble bath, sunbeds and a great cafetaria where you can attend shows and dance parties and where you absolutely have to take: a jug of a litre of sangria with champagne, it's fresh, delicious and for nothing!.
I try to find a solution to go back because I miss the Santa Rosa very much!

Hotel recommended for its value for money. Friendly staff and listening to customers. Excellent and varied buffet. Room with balcony, very bright and very clean. Located near the centre and the beach.
Stay 10 21, 2015 at 03/11/2015 in couple and decided to go back next year.

Food is not good, always the same pasta, and fries, chambermaids at have some point cleared up, had no certain times, in the Pool, swam in the hair and rocks it has not been cleaned for a 4 star hotel we have something else expected, drinks are pigs expensive cafe for Breakfast was cacao with milk not more, the only thing that was tasty was the Breakfast but it was every day the same! I do not recommend! I am very dissatisfied! The images we see are at least 10 years old because it no longer looks like that from the outside, there are also nicer hotels as well as from the inside, the beds move with each movement!

Hotel very clean, staff very friendly, food very good and very complete buffet! Sea 3 minute walk! Clean pool! Parcontre think a book parking in advance as not much room and Wi — Fi a 5 euros per day (and device) is average. And the walls very thin so you can hear everything that make neighbors (we had the bad luck to fall on young revelers. )
I would still recommend very strongly this hotel!

Very good 3 star hotel at 100 meters. From the sea and in a street parallel to the main street, very friendly and helpful staff and good housekeeping. Catering buffet with so much choice and the buffet is replenished continuously. Beautiful terrace with swimming pool, Jacuzzi and bar as well as sun beds available. Large rooms with all services air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, tv. Great price. I like her so much that every two years step there my holidays for 15 years. Give it a try.
