Отличный отель и общее впечатление оставляет самое положительное! Слабые места конечно есть, но они с лихвой компенсируется плюсами Подробнее о минусах: Слабая звукоизоляция, хорошо слышен шум с улицы, мопеды, машины, уборка мусора, ну и конечно отдыхающих (кстати, модлодежь тут не шумная, спать не мешает). Wi-Fi как и везде, очень посредственный. Теперь о плюсах: Самый большой плюс это кухня. Еда изумительная! Удобные кровати и подушки. Есть бассейн. А главное, отличный персонал на ресепшене. Приветливые, отзывчивые и жизнерадостные! Хочу отдельно выделить девушку Юлию, которая помогает решать наши вопросы и всегда готова подсказать, дать совет (ну и по русски она говорит отлично! ).

Hotel needs a refresh to claim 4 stars. Probably was 4 stars 10 years ago. Food is good, always had something good to eat. Guests were civilized, most of the tourists were from western Europe. Location is very good, just 10 minutes to Fenals beach, and aroud 30 minutes to Lloret beach. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close. All in all I had a good vacation but the hotel needs a renovation.

From the moment we entered this hotel I didn't feet the 4 stars. In the check in, there was no air conditioner in 32° degrees outside I almost past out so I waited for the hotel dinner to drink tap water. In the dinner it was even warmer then the lobby and there was no free water. They even didn't accept my friends to drink water that they brought by themselves at the dinner zone. The room was small and tidy. 4 hotel stars is not. Be aware.

Very good place for kids. Staff barely speak English. We ask something in English and they answer in Spanish. Snacks could be better, it's almost the same things: pizza, nuggets, chips. They could offer more fruit or salads, perfect for a snack when is hot and you want to go to the pool… My son had loads of fun at night at Minidisco. The indoor pool is perfect for kids. Loved the Spa.

In my opinion one of the best hotels in Lloret. Successfully located, near the mall and the beach. There is an animation (flamenco, Spanish guitar), there are swimming pools, spa, good massage. Nearby is a Russian barbershop, on the next street a russian tour office (you can go for two days to Nice and Monte Carlo, or one day Montserrat, Jerome, Toss, for wine tasting). The rooms are nice, there are Russian-speaking receptionists, a good feeder in the restaurant, a buffet with a large selection of dishes and wines.

Came with my 4 kids absolutely loved it, staff are so friendly and helpful and the entertainers for kids and families are amazing made us feel part of a big family and will defiantly miss them I would recommend any 1 with kids to go xxx THANKYOU FOR A AMAZING HOLIDAY XXX.

A very unpleasant experience! From the reception to the decoration going through the location of the hotel everything is horrible!
The worst part of all this is meals! Do not get yourself by the full Board C is IMMENGEABLE! no taste that at all ready no servers ask how it goes nor a word they are just the to rid necessarily C is disgusting (meat unidentified in photo! ) and speaking with our table or room neighbors everyone shares the same opinion of PLU s no water point therefore necessarily to be settled at each end of meals.

I highly recommend we took a suite with Jacuzzi and Super disappointed. Linen towel dirty Ant permanently in the bathroom and unpleasant staff. Screw overlooked on the horrible Jacuzzi no privacy we could not enjoy it and go back to the sickening sewers. Sheets not change. Frankly very disappointed and very angry.

Positive points:-the location (5 minutes walk from the beach edge).
-the food is varied although a little rich, there is for all tastes. I stayed 1 week and did not eat twice the same thing. The food is very good.
Negative points:-extrement noisy, the walls are made of paper maché and I do not speak of children who howl day long.
-the staff of the bar is composed of 3 people but only 1 works, the others look straight into your eyes by fuming with you (believing that you do not understand the Spanish). Endless wait for a simple coffee even when the bar is empty. So I advise you the bar in front of the entrance to the hotel or everything is cheaper and the reception very friendly.
-everything is paying: the water during the meals, the fridge in the room that is brought to you for 3 euros 60 the day and I say the day! Parking fee but the management is not responsible for the steals or degradations of the vehicles.

Every year we booked for the weekend. The second Passover. My daughters have a great time and if the weather is not yet accompanied by the outdoor pool, we always have the option of the indoor pool. All the staff are very friendly (reception, bar and dining room…). The location is perfect because it is located in a very Tanquila area and 3 minutes from the beach on foot.

The hotel is OK for Lloret de mar conditions. We were there two years in a row and we always felt comfortable.
The staff was nice, the rooms were OK and it was always cleaned.
The food was not so varied but you could eat it.
It is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and is not directly in the party mile. Accordingly, you can sleep at night or early in the morning when you get out of the disco reasonably well, even if the walls are extremely thin.

We went all inclusive at this hotel. Food was nice managed to find something to eat each time but sometimes very large ques and a wait to find seats during breakfast and evening meal. Pool was ok always managed to get a sun lounger. Small park for kids to play in just next to the small pool in a more shaded area. No food or drinks aloud by the pool at all. And if u went all inclusive they would not serve you through the outside bars you had to go in which was a bit of a pain. Staff do not speak much English. But enjoyed our holiday for the reasonable price we paid. Would not go back again.

We were in this hotel staying in the junior suite with Jacuzzi on the terrace, the room with kitchen and very well decorated and complete with TV in the living room and TV in the room up here very well, but the surprise was the buffet of a 4 *! The cleaners are amazing. Most of the staff are helpful to be fair, just a few niggles like not being able to take food outside, not being able to use the poolside bar with the all inclusive pass, only one lifeguard for 2 large pools and his only interest is judging that an inflatable is too big for the pool. The entertainment isn't great, 30 min show per night, 30 min toddler disco and some nights bingo. The food is very much okay. Quite a lot of choice so you won't starve but nothing you'd get excited about and the restaurant is bedlam, hard to find a seat at times and people everywhere, don't leave your table unattended else you'll lose it. The apartment we stayed in was lovely, poolside balcony, plenty of room, the standard rooms however which the rest of our party booked aren't so good, a bit pokey and not much storage. It's been peaceful on an evening but we're staying in school holidays so all families. Overall nothing to complain about but nothing to shout about either.

We wasn't told that there would be no fridge and there would be no seperate bedrooms, and there's only three beds together, but it's good and the food is very nice!.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all! Me and my partner got really bad food poisoning which was absolutely ignored by staff, when I asked for a doctor they sent us to rehabilitation centre instead of normal GP. We paid for the apartment room and on our arrival they tried to make us sleeping in standard room. We arrived at 2am tired but happy for my holidays and needed to argue and stress at the reception to get what I paid for. Jacuzzi in the room didn't work at the start, water was splashing all over the place and to get it fixed we needed to wait for the maintenance guy few really long hours, later our room key didn't work and we needed to spend most of the evening in the bar tired after whole day spent in Barcelona for them to find out that battery has to be changed in the room door. Evening bar staff was really lovely however morning people rude and were treating us like kids on the camp. I will never ever come back to this hotel and you think twice before you book your holiday there!

The location is great for what we need, with plenty of shops around from inflatables to alcohol. Rooms are kind of what you expect in this part of the world, are a bit tight for space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Service is great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is very old and the smell of mold rises from the carpets. Awful service, especially in reception who decided to place the blame for every issue I had on the restaurant, such as when I was refused certain drinks despite being all inclusive. They also ignored our request for a door that locks as our room had a faulty door, meaning our safety was at risk. Furthermore, we left our room all morning to allow the maids to clean and came back to find they still hadn't bothered, we asked them 3 times politely and they then just ignored us, before they told reception that we "didn't want them cleaned. " For a 4 star hotel I'm shocked that this service is allowed, the food is mediocre and the pool is nice though. I wouldn't recommend unless you want less for your money!

Was given a different room to one that we had booked which was resolved quickly. Pool very good. Drink good. Food aimed more towards foreigners. Our room (junior suite with balcony) was amazing and well worth paying extra for.

Very bad choice as a hotel. As points good, the staff is friendly. As points bad, all the others. The Spa, is laughing. Ridiculously small. For a maximum of 12 or 15 people because more does not fit. The hotel is very well, is quite large and clean rooms. The dining room is quite large and there is variety to choose (it is all-you-can-eat buffet). Part are the swimming pool, spa and an indoor swimming pool in case it rains.

Stay in the first week of September, marriage with two children. The hotel is correct. Close to the beach, pool, spa, gym, sauna, attractions, night, attentive and friendly staff, and a buffet service very complete. Recommended.
