The staff is at the small care.
The restaurant is both precious intimate and of a very high quality. The triple room is spacious. However, I didn't get a chance to enjoy the sea view. Next time maybe.

It is for the second time when we come to hotel Marsol and evening it was great, we enjoyed the room with air conditioning, very clean the room, the mattress was very comfy and the food was amazing with a lot of choices. The restaurant and the pool has a beautiful view of the beach. We definitely recommend this place! Love it! ❤️

Lovely hotel. Very clean great rooms. Location Brill. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone. Sea views are lovely but not quite the same at the side but it doesn't deter anything from the hotel or holiday. Says 4*. Definitely deserved.

L'hotel is well located we have been able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi it n'was not many people
however the receptionist are not very welcoming (being myself in the business I have found it very quick)
Otherwise I recommend the breakfast they are nice and helpful.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A variety of dinners with a good selection of dishes. Breakfast standard for Spain: Scrambled eggs, toast, fruit etc. On the 7th floor there is a small swimming pool with sea view, in May the roof over the pool was closed, perhaps it is being moved in warmer months. There is a hot tub and a gym next to the pool.

Great place to spend time with your family. Location is great, foods are lovely with loads of choices, staffs are good too. Yeah, it's not like a four star hotel in traditional ways, but definitely a star on the beach.

Very nice hotel. Taken in all inclusive in March, pity that the drinks are not at will all day as in an all inclusive. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff is very nice.
The heated roof top pool has a beautiful view of Lloret.

Stayed in a junior suite. The tub was missing a plug and wasn't able to take a bath until the next day. The mini bar wasn't cold. The pool and hot tub are on the top floor with a beautiful view!

Good but a bit all fashion — I mean rooms only. Reception is modern location superb. Beds are old spring mattres hmm time to improvement asap. View from balcony not the best is you in the back of the hotel. Over all good cos the location and staff (very frendly). But beds. Not that comfortable.

The hotel is very nice with beautiful sea view. Personal discreet and friendly. Breakfast is very plentiful with choice. But in the evening a little less choice that says this remains correct…

Everything seems to be good. Very nice. Breakfast is not good. For dinner tea, coffee, etc. Drinks are paid. Nearby there is a temple in which every 15 minutes bells are ringing, even at night!

The hotel is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar. This is the first line from the sea. The hotel rooms offer a beautiful view of the beach. An evening splash of waves will create a romantic atmosphere for your dinner. Food with local flavour. It is varied tasty and beautifully framed. On the top floor there is a swimming pool.

Good value for money. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, lunch and dinner are of average quality. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and Nice. On the other hand the rooms are absolutely not soundproof and most of the guests are noisy (think of the earplugs). Sea view and hotel close to the city center and its shops.

In general, there has not been a very good experience. We could qualify as passable at best. We were placed in a room that was a dungeon, where the same staircase was under construction and there was noise. After complaining we were relocated on the fourth floor to an acceptable room. Part of the hotel is renovated and very good, especially reception, but as you climb to different floors of the rooms, there is no reform, and note that the hotel has its years. The food is acceptable, not anything of another world.

I like to go for breakfast.
Not because of the great breakfast, because besides the delicious mini buns and croissants, the breakfast is rather minimalist and the grumpy Omletkoch, in its dingy uniform do not make it any better. The coffee from the machine is really sh… Lecht, but the view in the morning at 8h is unique!

+ Nice Hotel, beautiful haul, room not bad, good food especially the breakfast, cleanliness of the room correct! The housekeeper spends every morning, C is great, pool and Jacuzzi super!
— the noise is quite disturbing at night but it stops fast enough, the walls are a little too thick.

Very nice hotel very well located facing the sea. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gym on the roof all glazed with a beautiful view. Only downside the view of the rooms that are not sea view we saw on a wall. The food is also delicious.

It consists almost exclusively of hotels and restaurants. For peace and relaxation seekers not recommended. Hotel Marsol I do not recommend. No parking. We parked in a parking garage 15 minutes away. Buffet was I. O. Larmbelastung very large. Not recommended for individual stay. Many rooms overlook an alley. A terribly sad outlook. Staff is friendly. Overall rating 4-. Despite the early season, very strong noise nuisance from school/youth groups from France who celebrated their loud parties in the rooms, with the consent of the teachers. As a 72jahriger traveller I have already experienced many things, but so much negatives in a short time never before.

Great food. Good location: quiet, in front of the promenade, large beach and playground. The indoor pool, in winter, cold for my taste. I could not bathe with the small. Breakfast in the room.

The place is cozy as it was weekend the food was fair but good.
The theme of the heating in the rooms, we had it to 25 and to cold.
The swimming pool, the water was shaking and the heating was not set.
But the truth that they are renewing and the entry for example is very pretty.

It is necessary to enable more zones for handicapped because for example in the theme of the pool they do not have access to it.

Very good attention. The place is very nice and with a lovely view, either from the restaurant on the 1st floor or from the indoor pool on the 7th floor. The rooms are normal, neither large, nor small and the food not very varied but of very good taste. I would highly recommend families with children.

Doesn't deserve four stars in my opinion. The rooms are very small and quite dated. I would not stay at the hotel Marsol again. However, the proximity to the beach and the friendly staff are good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope my pictures can help you further.

For the end of the year. It started badly on Friday night. Too many customers and not enough room. Hotel clean and redone recently. Menus not quite varied. The good surprise was the New Year's Eve with a very good meal. Make an effort on the variety and choice of meals.

We've had a great weekend. The food right, the best the breakfast. It is a small but cosy hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. Excellent quality price.

Great location in front of the beach line. Lots of bars and restaurants in nearer surrounding. Furniture in the room outdated and needs to be replaced. Dinner buffet was good lots of meat and fish varities. Breakfast was good also.

The place is excellent, on a terrace of Lloret's promenade overlooking the sea. We took a menu and it was not entirely satisfactory.

If I could I would give less than 1 Star. The photos they provide showing just reception swimming pool and sauna and it makes people to think it's nice hotel when in reality rooms' standards are very low. I booked room with double bed in reality I had two single beds inside. There was no water pressure, couldn't take shower properly. Very poor service and no choice of food at restaurant at all in addition all guests must pay for the drinks during lunch. Manager shouting to workers in front of the guests which is not very professional. On the page showing room with sea view but we had view to another building which makes you to think you are in prison. I have no idea how somebody rated this hotel as a four star one. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

Quick info About me: 30 male Filipino American, healthcare professional, traveled to 77 countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. Summary: Hotel is 2/10 | (+) Great Location as it is beach front. (-) extremely Rude Staff, Noisy — Thin Walls, Smells like pee in the lobby, smells like damp in the room and Zero amenities! Check-in was poor (August 29, 2017 at 5pm). Guy greeted us with smile but that was the end of his good deed for the day. He forgot to include the logistics of breakfast time, amenities, Wi-Fi, etc. It was like pulling teeth to ask everything. The lobby stinks like urine. Room stinks like a towel that didn't get dried appropriately. The bed was two twin combined to make a king bed but both kept separating in the middle. And to top it all, It was hard like a cardboard. The bathroom was poorly maintained and the lighting is atrocious. There is a window access with a view of five story apartment with tenant's cooking and showering. Underneath were restaurants and bars so it was so noisy the entire time! First day was horrible and just when you thought it could not get any worst, it did! The following day (August 30), I went down to get a wine opener, because there is none in the room. Don't ask me why. I arrived at the lobby and IGOR was the front desk person. IGOR was talking to his "guy friend" and they were giggling and talking about upcoming night plans.

The worst eaten of my life, it seems cool the place and for this we have been atttratti, but with the waiting times and the poor quality of the paella and fish, I would never go back and then never, rather I sew a pasta.

I enjoyed staying at Maraol. Clean rooms, great dinner and breakfast, convenient downtown location, however it may be noisy at night.

Definitely does not deserve 4 stars! The sanitary facilities in the bathroom are of cheapest quality and are worn out. The bathroom stinks of disinfectants. Had room with city view. The view from the window is awful. Directly to the neighbors of a residential house that stands only 2 meters opposite the hotel. I always had to leave the curtains. It was like being in a prison. The breakfast was good but the hygiene is poor. The chef has dropped a croissant on the floor. He picked it up and put it on the tray to the other croissants for the guests! Parking is a disaster. Only places available in a public car park that is half a kilometre away from the hotel. This car park is also very close and the whole for 20 euros per day! Staff is not very friendly and little helpful. On the bed there is only one thin lacquer, which serves as a day cover at the same time. But there is no proper duvet. Was very disappointed.

Decent hotel in the heart of the waterfront, but I think there well out of season) ) ) Obviously in the summer it would be noisy. We were in February — just class! Wonderful place, beauty all around. The rooms are small, clean, but no balcony… Tiny pool on the roof, and the view from the roof.

Hotel room is too small for 2 people or For a double room. The food is always the same no change, the food is not seasoned at all. In part, the food is cold and just ungeniesslich. Reception is not friendly. The area for the hotel find I is too loud, it has no rest. The rooms will be cleaned otherwise thoroughly and clean. There is a small swimming pool is covered and the fitness devices don't work and are also not clean. The sauna is too small and dirty. The staff is not friendly. I would discourage anyone who wants to spend the holiday at the hotel Marsol.

To choose a hotel that will satisfy our needs and will correspond to stardom was not easy, because in Lloret de Mar, well-developed network of hotels. When you search for hotels in Network selection criteria was not so much the star hotel as its rating among similar, reviews about the hotel, its infrastructure, location and distance from the sea, and, of course, price indicators. Based on the foregoing, we stopped at the four-star mainstream hotel Marsol (Marsol), which is located on the seafront of Lloret de Mar, where are concentrated all the main tourist and cultural centers and attractions, and just 50 metres from the beach.

Dreadful, Food Stone Cold. Our Room no resemblance to website, everything shabby and outdated. Lady Receptionist false and unhelpful. Not even a balcony to sit out on. One good thing cleaner friendly and room very clean if old and shabby. Don't go there.

Fed perfectly. Rooms clean. At the reception very strongly smells like air freshener, why not asked. No pool. And so everything's cool.

My wife and I have been for the first time spending a weekend in Lloret de Mar and chose the sea Sun hotel. The experience has been fantastic. From the moment we arrived we find kindness and sweetness of Daniela, the receptionist at the hotel, which made our stay more pleasant thanks to their advice and the facilities that provided us both at the entrance and at the time of the exit so we could seize the day. Congratulations on having this person who is a gift for clients. As we had hired a room overlooking the sea, we were given one on the 5th floor which was a delight. The room has one large enough, is clean and hours you could spend sitting on the balcony watching the spectacle of the sea and the environment of people strolling along the promenade and the pedestrian promenade that is just below the balcony. Food (self-service) is of good quality, in quantity more than suffice, since they do not stop to replace the trays, and the dining room is quite cozy. The terrace has a swimming pool only for an occasional bath, since it is a little small, but for sticking a dip suffices. The location of the hotel is excellent, ideal to stroll through its narrow streets where you can find all kinds of establishments. No doubt we will return someday to Lloret de Mar and undoubtedly will return to stay in the same hotel. Thanks again to Daniela for his sensitivity and his kindness, making our stay more enjoyable.
