Seriously don't bother, maybe prices are cheap but the hotel is not even worth coming to. 1. Staff is very rude and even aggressive, don’t want to help you at all. 2. Rooms are disgusting, and it’s very hard to get take a shower as the water pressure is to low (happens in 2 separate rooms). 3. All inclusive is a joke not worth paying for. I have read their opinions before going and told myself it will be fine after reading 1 stars reviews, how wrong was I. AVOID at all cost.

Of the pluses only proximity to the sea, supermarket and tolerable food.

Food was very limited in selection — great if you like chips and plain pasta. Children's roof top pool nice but shuts at 5.30pm even though still hot. "Main" pool quite small downstairs with no sunbed space. Had a fire alarm go off and were told no problems and to go back to our room with hotel unchecked. Only once we insisted were the fire brigade contacted. Staff ok. Overall wouldn't go back.

The hotel doesn't pull three stars. You can relax, but on the beach or excursions — better. The room requires repair and antifungal treatment, the central air conditioner requires cleaning, furniture — replacement. There are no complaints to the staff, wet cleaning in the room every day, to the restaurant claims no, to the bar too.

Still here and loving it Yes hotel is dated but it's clean staff are great Food is good To people who want Hilton hotel. For premier Inn prices then book 5 star. Food is European so if you only want roast beef and shepherds pie then stay in the UK. Hotel may be 3 but every thing else is a 5. Brilliant.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. No comfort, TV CRT and without remote control HS… bed Springs, chairs broken terraces… wooden furniture in the room ready to fall. Pub and untruthful pictures. Elevator at risk. POOL as the size of a spa…

This is a nice hotel that has two warm jacuzzis and a 10 metre swimming pool. A 2 minute walk away there is a nice supermarket close to the hotel sea. The food in the hotel is very tasty (huge variety). The rooms have a large balcony, but the view rests on the buildings, and because of this the view you have not on the sea, and on the ridge of abandoned buildings.

This is not a hotel but rather a very noisy Hostel ' not renovated ' fortunately. That the staff is nice to avoid.

Stayed twice April 2010 and July 2011 both times decent enough for me, liked the jacuzzi and barman was so lovely (doubt he’s there anymore! )

I am very sorry, but in the topic of cleanliness, food it is one of the worst hotels I have travelled. I have been following this condition for years now and cannot recommend it.

A short stay, a good hotel but badly lacking adequate structures for tourism.

I wouldn't give this hotel one star! This was more of a dirty b&b than a hotel. Not the place we booked but was moved here as it turns out our original hotel was overbooked!. Staff unfriendly and rude, rooms were filthy. Food wasn't edible. Worst holiday ever… felt more like a sentence to prison facing a mental asylum!

It's a nice hotel to stop overnight. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is okay. Location is very good, 5minutes walk to the beach. Overall is great.

Cheap & very basic, only ideal for a boozy weekend with friends, would not dream of bringing my family here. Reception staff nice but bartenders never smile. Animation team do ok to get people involved. Food is basic but edible. Whole place needs a revamp. View from balcony made me feel like I was in the film Slumdog millionaire.

I've just got home and I'm glad to be away. The lift was a death trap waiting to happen so my partner and I took the stairs up and down each time (we were on the third floor) staff were very rude and unwelcoming. Rooms were decorated by a blind grandmother. The walls were thin enough to hear your neighbour use the loo. The baclony was grimy with a beautiful view of an abonded hotel. The rooms were full of ants and grime. The food was raw and undercooked. The drinks were served in plastic cups in a room that looked like a community hall where they decided to do "fun family discos" which was loud enough to hear clearly three floors up. The pool was dirty and cold. The cleaning staff walked in without permission when I was changing and then took minutes to leave when she should've left instantly. Would rather sleep on the street than stay there ever again.

Poor excuse for a all inclusive hotel nice staff but in need of a good refurbishment beds are horrible and the bar closed too early.

Location is great by the distance to the beach, however the view from balcony is unpleasant. Food is good but quite small variation. Rooms could be much better honestly.

Hotel isn't the greatest but you get what you pay for. Majority of staff were polite and helpful. Food could be better, but again what do you expect for a budget hotel.

I was lucky enough to stay from 4 to 6/11/2016 and I can only say that beyond the property itself, the friendliness, professionalism and availability of employees of every grade was superb.

Great food, great value for money.
