Sublime SPA, Buffet hearty breakfast, very nice staff, clean.

We've been with two young children in the middle of the coronavirus season. We have been very comfortable and felt at home. The hotel staff is very friendly. The staff at the buffet are very attentive. Earrings put high chairs, lifts, replenishing meals, collecting dishes and always with a smile. The food is good! The pool area is nice and has a very friendly lifeguard. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are comfortable. It sleeps well because they are soundproof. We will gladly repeat one day and advise families with children. The hotel is very prepared in times of pandemic with gel everywhere and extreme cleanliness. You don't see a little piece of paper out there on the floor. It's worth it! Congratulations Hotel Anabel!

A beautiful place very clean and with friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and great variety of drinks in the bar served with a lot of sympathy and variety of visual and participatory shows. A perfect place to spend the holidays.

A hotel where the staff is very nice! Special mention to the Management who advised us of very good traditional restaurants. We will miss you this year ♡. Long live 2021 we can come back!

Hotel Anabel must be experienced and lived.
Cordiality and service start at the reception and carry through all areas of the facility.
There are no language barriers here.
At the end of the day, everyone understands you, you just have to smile
The food must be explicitly mentioned and praised
The rooms are a bit bright, but with "some people" it might be better to sleep on the beach.

Very nice hotel some staff were friendly the only problem was you have to hire a kettle and iron not good for a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel. Well located. Near the pedestrian shopping area and the sea. Isolated from the noise of night owls. Great performances. Friendly and helpful staff. Room spacious and nickel cleanliness. Restaurant business. Varied. And fresh. Only ic. Insufficient number of electrical outlets in the room to charge phones and the like. I recommend it. Price quality. Correct.

Nice hotel. Great service at the front desk and all the personnel is extremly professional and nice. A few things could be improuved like giving tap water at the dinner and putting shampoings.

I was in this hotel for the second time. I love the staff, it's amazing :) Rooms are clean, food is excellent. Ramon is gentleman (old Ramon), younger Ramon is funny :)

Beware of standard of room allocated to you. We booked 4 triple rooms. We were all mortified at condition of all rooms. Decor 2 star, view totally depressing, totally unacceptable. Felt more like a dungeon. We did manage to swap rooms however the the welcoming attitude at reception quickly disappeared. Our arrival was ruined. On the positive side, restaurant and bar staff very polite and facilities are good. I wouldn't risk booking this hotel again the rooms initially given were unfit for purpose.

Hotel was very nice and clean, staff were very helpful but I was very disappointed that my son could not use his lilo in the pool, wasn’t allowed to jump in the baby pool which I have never heard of, what can a 5 year old do? so I had a very upset son. It ruined our fun time at the pool, It was not child friendly at all I found the pool SOS lady very rude however the guy was amazing and was teaching my son to swim but unfortunately I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Hotel at the height of a four star, indoor and outdoor pool, Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi, pétanque area, ball, various animations, at the restaurant a lot of variety, the sea at 300 m. Price accessible.

Good for a hotel like this. The terrace and the furniture of the bar have been renovated and changed this winter and it is much better. For the restoration also it is good for the price…

Nice hotel spa indoor pool Jacousie, server super friendly speak all languages and I had a good price for 3 days but reserve the parking also and for meals all drinks are paid small flat.

Very good experience, the staff very friendly, both the facilities and the rooms very clean and although the BUFFET is limited, the food is excellent. At the time of booking I advise booking with parking space as the theme of parking is complicated. I recommend this hotel at 100%.

The Anabel Hotel is certainly one of the best hotels not to mention the best of those who flock all over the Catalan coast The kitchen is fantastic healthy varied has its own bakery its own pastry the staff is the same as ever from a lifetime with a deal EXCEPC ional. They make you feel like you are from home everything is absolutely clean the rooms are one pass the pool is absolutely clean the spa and the heated area also the gym equipped with towels and different machines in which you can be quietly by €2 additional. The bar has the champion of Catalonia Gintonics and the truth is that you can be without leaving the hotel because it is a real wonder often that fails you are the views as it is an indoor hotel. It really is one of the few hotels that you can recommend with total tranquility.

Nice setting for a downtown hotel.
The staff is a rider even though some stiffness remains in the management of the good quality restaurant elsewhere.
The street can be lively-not to say noisy-until late at night.

What to say… 1st Stay in this hotel to how "luxurious". The staff met is experienced, professional. I come back later to make an additional comment regarding my stay in this beautiful establishment (the next day…) : Full board appreciable, we eat very well. Sauna and indoor swimming pool to close the stay (booking after season, October)

Very nice Hotel, 5 minutes from the clubs 8 from the sea you eat really good (only flaw the water you pay) nice and clean rooms, staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff is so nice, they speak French German English or Spanish. They offered us some extras for free. The hotel is very clean and looks new thanks to a refurbishment in 2014. Buffet excellent Customers are mainly French, them German or British The Buffet is excellent One of the best hotel for the price in the area Beach is at 5minutes.

Comfortable and complete structure of all the services. The food is great and plentiful.

I quite like staying here, room for a lot of improvements email enquiry e. G. TV in rooms need more veriaty of languages, the staff could be more polite, maybe learn more languages as the resort attracts attention from other countries not just Spain, the restaurant needs more clearer signage of what the food is and what is free. The location is situated in a decent area for the city centre or to travel. Overall more of adults hotel not the greatest for kids. Ps the walls are fine and it can be hard to sleep at night young or old.

If you are under the age of 70, don't book this hotel! the rooms are dated and small. These hotel may be paradise for the pensioners and that is it. The staff is very unfriendly, rude and unaccommodating at times. You dont get a kettle in your room (which I I thought was standard set up for a hotel room). To get a get Kettle, it will cost you 20 Euros. It doesn't stop there! Now that you have a kettle for your 20 euros, they did not want to give tea cups. You would think the two would go together. Nooooo.! The reception staff passed the responsibility to the bar staff and it was a ping pong match between them to confirm who can give the tea cups. It is about a 15 minutes walk form the beach and the main area of Loret de Mar. I would advise you not to stay at this hotel. i.

All in all very pleased. Some things that bother me but, so could eg. The water at the dinner be also free of charge. The water dispenser will be distributed free water breakfast extra switched off so that it fetches a glass of water for €2 ^ ^
But only small things.

This Hotel meets the Standard in every respect and makes his stars. The show room a great look with a touch of luxury. The food is always recommend a pleasure and absolutely. The reception has several languages and is very friendly. The equipment is an absolute OK. Since you can only say Bravo.

Topfloor ceiling was cracked. Looks dangerous with all that heavy airco equipment on the roof.

Beautiful hotel in lloret de mar. The price-quality relationship and the treatment are very good.

Hardly any selection at the Buffet. The food you find swims in the fat or taste bland. Rooms are poorly cleaned up. You find foreign hair everywhere and the bathroom stinks, it constantly drains. The only Good thing is the outdoor area with the Pool.

I was thrilled! relatively cheap for a super selection of food and drinks. Clean rooms with air conditioning, a beautiful large pool. Also the location was top, and to the sea you had to walk for a long time! I can mpfehlen the hotel more.

What a hotel that does not deserve 3 or 4 stars, currently given offers.
I found a total neglect by the staff of the hotel, which has been limited only to collect and deliver the room key.
To see the queue of people to enter the enclosure where is served the breakfast, opt for breakfast outside, since the tail, was more the feeling of being a tail to a soup kitchen, a hotel of such reputation.
The room, and all of its contents, was so austere as sound insulation of walls.

I recommend it to anyone who want to stay in lloret de mar. To my I love.

Cosy double room with pool view. Good food in the restaurant. To take pool towels at the reception to pay a Deposit of 15€.

Impossible to sleep more there from 10 in the morning you are with music all chestnut and don't let sleep nor to God, and the day that you'll say you at 10 you gotta have evicted the room instead of 12 as usual.

I liked enough and the food is pretty good.

Vacationing families with 5-12 July 2011. Family 2 adults and two children took two rooms next to the pool at the 4 floor. Very comfortable rooms. The room was not hot. Internet and in-room refrigerators! free of charge. Pay only for the safe. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A bidet. Zubn packed. Brush and paste. Friendly staff, clean every day. There are Russian-speaking and Russian-speaking waiter Andrew Porter Artem in the restaurant. The area is relatively large. Closed. There is no noise, the hotel is in a quiet location. In the narrow streets. In the morning at the 11:0 in the Fiery Aqua-gym with animator, Hernán. Mandatory evening kids disco, then evening show (very interesting), and then all sorts of contests, with Hernán stay up to 12:0 night. At exactly 12 buzz zatihnet. Everything is thought out! In general this Hernan is simply an Energizer! During the day, too, your children will take the help of Hernán. In General. You won't be bored.
